Advantages and disadvantages of these methods were analyzed. Modeling framework “Algebra of systems” and Data Fusion Model were applied. A mathematical representation of knowledge, based on algebraic model of the subject area and ontological approach was developed. The question of the use of low-frequency queries and without anchor links and their influence on the processes of popularization is presented is considered. The scheme is devised and recommendations of without anchor promotion of web sites are formed.
