The wealth of various combasic tourist potentials, with attractive motives and competitive advantages, represents a base that enables the formation of a selectable tourist product based on mountain, spa, cultural, hunting, and rural tourism. The structuring of the tourist product of the Rasin district should be based on evident requirements and expected modern tendencies and trends of domestic and foreign demand, as well as the necessary establishment and functioning of market-oriented and sustainable economic developments to satisfy various tourist needs. Based on the SWOT analysis and defined criteria, the priorities of the first and second categories of tourism development were determined by the available tourist resources and advantages of the Rasin districts. Identifying and defining tourism development priorities is of great practical importance from the point of view of assessing real potential opportunities and the direction of the district's economic development policy to achieve coordinated development.","PeriodicalId":43325,"journal":{"name":"International Review","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.6,"publicationDate":"2022-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"71237054","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Given that some CEECs are not members of the European Union, while others are, this study aims to examine the impact of EU membership on their trade relations with China. The analysis of the data shows that countries that are EU members tend to have a larger volume of trade, as well as a larger range of products that are traded. In contrast, higher growth rates of trade between non-EU CEEEs and China could indicate that EU membership is hampering Sino-CEEC trade. Finally, econometric analysis, based on the gravity model, suggests that EU membership has a positive and significant contribution to Sino-CEEC trade.","PeriodicalId":43325,"journal":{"name":"International Review","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.6,"publicationDate":"2022-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"71236754","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Human development is the process of increasing human values, through the expansion of human choices and the level of well-being achieved. The human development approach places the individual at the center of research, taking into account the personal elements that are relevant to each individual. There is a strong connection between the level of human development and economic growth because economic growth expands the material basis for meeting human needs. As a multidimensional concept, human development should not be equated with economic growth, because economic growth does not represent a guarantee of the socio-economic well-being of the entire society. Economic growth encourages human development in all its dimensions, that is it generates full employment, promotes human freedoms, and evenly distributes the benefits of future human development.","PeriodicalId":43325,"journal":{"name":"International Review","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.6,"publicationDate":"2022-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"71236837","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Still, on the other hand, it is specific in relation to all other markets; the market subject to sale is a risk that may or may not be realized in the future. Insurance is a form of risk management, primarily moderate to reduce financial losses or transfer of risk from the insured to the insurance company, with insurance premium payment. The security market has its own branch institutional network consisting of: companies (important factors in the global financial economy), intermediaries (brokers), insurance agents (banks, companies), directorates for business supervision of insurance organizations, professional associations (insurance associations), the association of actuaries, etc. In addition to them, an important place belongs to the individuals and legal entities like insured objects. Using a questionnaire, 100 experts from the fields of psychology, pedagogy and social work were questioned. Their communication skills, mediation skills, teamwork skills and the ability to empathize were investigated, as well as the connection between the level of professional competences and the level of education, age and length of professional experience. The results showed that experts in helping professions have a high level of professional competence for psychosocial work. Experts of older age and longer working experience have a lower level of competence, while the level of education does not affect their professional competence. Supervision is recommended as an efficient way to prevent professional burnout, but also to develop personal and professional competencies.","PeriodicalId":43325,"journal":{"name":"International Review","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.6,"publicationDate":"2022-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"71237197","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Globalists have never emphasized the negative effects of globalization, such as creating conditions for increasing drugs trafficking and other illicit things, human trafficking, creating conditions for increasing terrorism, creating growing disparities between rich and poor, and what is, no less important, exploitation of the underdeveloped by the developed. The migrant crisis has completely exposed everything that was proclaimed years ago. Already \"erased\" borders have become stronger than ever (countries have literally fenced themselves off with multi-level physical barriers) [11], rigorous entry measures have been introduced, etc. A further collapse of globalization has been caused by a corona virus pandemic. The countries that most proclaimed freedom of movement made it impossible, there was a lack of solidarity in the equal distribution of medicines and other medical devices, especially vaccines. Thus, globalization is no longer a common interest, but the interests of nation-states have become the only interests and disregards for other countries and their interests. The aim of this paper is to show that globalization, as an economic and political process, results in the creation of wealth for the already rich and the poverty of the poor, as well as the exploitation of the poor by the rich. In addition, the paper should show that in case of crisis (migrant crisis and pandemic), globalization shows all its negative effects manifested by lack of solidarity, taking into account only their own interests, breaking trade and international trade chains, increasing prices of all products, etc. During this research, the method of analysis and synthesis, the method of induction and deduction and descriptive analysis will be used, and a conclusion will be made on the basis of all relevant data.","PeriodicalId":43325,"journal":{"name":"International Review","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.6,"publicationDate":"2022-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"71236581","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In recent years, sustainable development in tourism has emerged as a necessity, but in order for such processes to be adequately completed, it is necessary to reprogram people's awareness of environmental protection, consumption of sustainable products, healthy lifestyles and preservation of tourist destinations. The rapidly evolving digital environment has become an indispensable tool for marketing professionals. It is possible to communicate more efficiently with the target market through internet-based platforms. Influencers have played a major role in influencing other members of society even before the advent of digital technologies. However, electronic word-of-mouth communication (eWOM), as a form of word-ofmouth communication in the digital environment, can be a very successful tool for influencing consumer attitudes, including attitudes towards sustainable tourism development. Today, travel influencers play a particularly important role on social networks. If the influencers are focused on a healthy lifestyle, environmental protection and the development of sustainable tourism, there is a good chance that their followers will adopt such behavior. Given that eWOM communication can have a viral effect, it is very likely that such positive information will continue to spread exponentially in the virtual space, continuing its uncontrolled influence.","PeriodicalId":43325,"journal":{"name":"International Review","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.6,"publicationDate":"2022-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"71237009","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The objectives of the research are to perform an analysis of wood products and their market prices, as well as an analysis of trade trends (procurement, sales) in the Sumadija district. The purpose of the research is to point out the possibilities for improving the economic efficiency and the existing business policy in the PE \"Srbijasume\" SG Kragujevac. The subject of research is the financial elements of the production process in order to obtain information on the production and sale of wood assortments by class. The results show that the wood market in the Republic of Serbia has a large imbalance in the built production capacities of wood processors and the potential provided by forests. Since the production potential of the PE is not sufficient to meet the needs of processors, customers engaged in wood processing on the domestic market provide raw materials for production from several sources.","PeriodicalId":43325,"journal":{"name":"International Review","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.6,"publicationDate":"2022-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"71237115","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Based on that, this paper investigates the efficiency factors of agriculture enterprises in Serbia using the CODAS method. The AHP method is used to calculate the weight coefficients of the criteria. The AHP method is used to calculate the weight coefficients of the criteria. The goal and purpose of that is to process the given problems through the complex theoretical, methodological and empirical prisms in the function of improving the efficiency of agriculture in Serbia in the future by taking appropriate measures. The theoretical and practical significance of the research of the treated problem in this paper is reflected in the fact that the application of the CODAS method provides a more realistic situation in relation to the ratio analysis in order to improve the efficiency of agriculture in Serbia in the future by taking adequate measures. There are no similar studies in the literature for other countries, which makes international comparison difficult. Research using this method and including the period from 2013 to 2020 has showed that agriculture in Serbia were the most efficient in 2018. Then we have: 2020, 2019, 2017, 2016, 2015, 2014 and 2013. Recently, under the positive influence of numerous macro and micro factors, the efficiency of agriculture in Serbia has significantly improved. The effects of Covid-19 on the performance of agriculture in Serbia have, among other things, been mitigated to some extent with increased electronic sales of agriculture products.","PeriodicalId":43325,"journal":{"name":"International Review","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.6,"publicationDate":"2022-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"71236558","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The goals were to establish the nature of the relationship between the psychological factors of the business performance of managers and creativity and launching practical activities and actioncy by which we could encourage and develop creativity. The research found that not all components of the creative process are equally important for managers and opened new issues related to examining the direction from which factors make it difficult to express creativity.
