The Fama-French five-factor model was used to perform the regression of the portfolio returns composed out of the mutual funds with the chosen investment theme, as well as the regression at the individual level for 64 analyzed mutual funds, against the model's factors. The study covers the period from January 2010 until November 2021, using monthly returns. Our findings suggest that the factors from the original three-factor models are in line with the expectations and there is no presence of the potential style drift. In addition, the operating profit factor shows the expected causality relation. However, the exposure relating to the investing factor is slightly negative and may be surprising to a certain extent, having in mind the stated value style. Investment performance attribution of the portfolio explained the portfolio returns in the relation to the factors and found out that there is a statistically significant underperformance. Positive contributors to the investment performance are, in the presented order of the importance, market premium, as well as portfolio tilt towards stocks of the companies with the strong operating profit, small-capitalization, and aggressive investing policy. The research was carried out using a questionnaire with 13 questions on the Psychosocial Adjustment Scale, specially created for this research. This research aims to describe the positive and negative aspects of the adjustment to working from home. Additionally, the research will examine the similarities and differences among respondents from four countries of the Western Balkans. The findings showed that the psychosocial adaptation of the respondents was positive, in general. However, respondents in all four countries highlighted the lack of time for socializing with close friends. They also underlined the feeling of social isolation due to working from home as the most difficult. The authors noticed that one of the reasons for the challenges of enduring social isolation and loneliness is the more emphasized collectivist patterns of sociability in the countries of the Western Balkans than in Western countries. Respondents from Montenegro show significantly weaker psychosocial adaptation in several aspects compared to respondents from the other three countries. In this regard, the respondents from North Macedonia are similar to a certain extent, however, the respondents from B &H and Serbia are the most similar to each other. This study attempts to carry out an investigation through using both quantitative and qualitative research tools to examine the extent of women's technology adoption in agriculture and their consequent empowerment attainment in selected villages of Mymensingh sadar. To achieve the objectives of the present study, necessary data were collected by using simple random sampling technique, the study selected total of 60 women respondents. The quantitative analytical tools employed to attain the specific objectives included various descriptive statistical measures, perception index and women empowerment index by adoption technology. The results of perception index analysis indicated that majority had moderate to high favorable perception on greater extent of women's engagement in adoption agricultural technology among which may had low to moderate favorable perception on consequent empowerment attainment. The findings show that almost in all cases, decision was taken jointly by male and female. It is very satisfactory case that decision is taken by female alone particularly in the cases purchase of agricultural equipment, maintenance of agricultural equipment, motivating to use agricultural technologies, selling of old machineries. In the paper, it has been discussed on the Kirkpatrick's model of evaluation being applied under Covid-19 conditions, the condition that has never been present in the entire world before. It has been described and discussed the evaluation process under these circumstances and what is the satisfaction level of both students and tutors in it, and also all changes occurred during this pandemic. The discussion part of the paper has been researched in its several segments, where both pros and cons have been presented, where the focus is in the virtual classroom activities since the pandemic conditions. The examined sample has included both tutors and students at a university level, where the real outcomes of this process are seen through a prism of the main hypothesis of the paper and it is to examine why the evaluation process is also of importance to be present under Covid-19 conditions. Dragojević","doi":"10.5937/intrev2202113m","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.5937/intrev2202113m","url":null,"abstract":"In this study, the authors use a specially constructed Family dysfunction Scale to examine the spread and structure of familial disorders on samples of 2803 respondents from Serbia and 1123 from Montenegro. Given that it is about a normal, non-clinical population, more than 4/5 of respondents report good or very good family relationships, while 15% of cases report disturbed family relationships. In order to examine family dysfunctionality, we subjected the 17-item scale with answers in the form of a five-point Likert-type scale, to Varimax factor analysis. The scale, which is being used for the first time, has shown excellent metric properties. Two factors stood out; the first, much stronger, which carries 55.64% of the variance and the second, much weaker, which carries 8.19% of the variance. On the first factor, 8 items were singled out with very high saturations, which provide a picture of cohesive and functional families. On the second factor, also with high saturations, six items describing weakly cohesive, emotionally disturbed and alienated families stood out. Using the T test between the samples of Serbia and Montenegro on the Scale of family dysfunction statistically significant differences were found on 8 of 17 items. In the sample from Montenegro, quarrels, physical conflicts, stressful situations, alienation and lack of understanding between family members are significantly more common. Existing cases of technology in the economy has been analyzed in this work. Authors highlighted barriers and prospects of the technology development. The work combines the theoretical aspects of blockchain technology and analysis of practical applications, high operational problems and predicting the potential beneficial effect of a new technology introduction. The aim of this work is to give an economic definition of efficiency of blockchain implementation in modern world. In this article the author used following methods: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, thought experiment method, hypotheticaldeductive method and retrospective analysis. In the process of research, the author came to conclusion that the evolution of blockchain has been explored. First of all, the aim of the paper is to display the state of legislative regulations on status changes in the Republic of Srpska and the degree of compliance of this area of commercial law with EU regulations. The author started from the fact that the Law on business companies of the Republic of Srpska from 2008 and subsequent amendments to that Law harmonized this area with community law. In terms of methodology, the paper used the method of analysis, and the comparative method, which achieved a concise observation of the distinctions between the described and analyzed legal regulations.
