Iwase","doi":"10.3755/JCRS.11.91","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.3755/JCRS.11.91","url":null,"abstract":"温帯域の造礁性サンゴは地球温暖化や海洋酸性化の影響を敏感に反映し,骨格に記録していることが期待される。温帯域に生息する造礁性サンゴ骨格を用いた古環境復元の可能性を検討するため,高知県土佐清水市竜串湾において塊状のPorites lutea(コブハマサンゴ)骨格のコア試料を採取し,骨格の酸素・炭素同位体比分析及び軟X線画像解析,蛍光バンド観察を行った。現場の水温変化と比較するとサンゴ骨格の酸素同位体比には低水温が反映されていなかった。また軟X線画像解析の結果,低水温時には高密度バンドを形成し,骨格伸長量及び石灰化量が高水温時に比べ大きく減衰することがわかった。以上の結果からも本研究試料のサンゴは低水温時に骨格成長速度が著しく低下していると考えられる。炭素同位体比の値は2001年から2008年にかけて増大傾向にあった。蛍光バンドは2001年から2005年の間で強く観察された。また,2001年に竜串湾で起こった集中豪雨による懸濁物質の流入から竜串湾の濁度は数年間を経て減少しており,サンゴの光合成量が徐々に増大していることが示唆された。本研究試料は今後,コア全尺の分析により過去数百年間の海水温の変化を検出できる可能性がある。また,同時に竜串湾沿岸の開発や漁業,災害を記録していると考えられ,長期間にわたる竜串湾の歴史を復元できることが期待される。","PeriodicalId":432348,"journal":{"name":"Journal of The Japanese Coral Reef Society","volume":"76 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124523381","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To begin with, we will focus on the problem of “KUSHIHADA-MIDORIISHI / NANYOU-MIDORIISHI”, whose Japanese names are often confused. As a result of morphological, genetic and taxonomic analysis, all the Acropora hyacinthus-like populations in Japan should be treated as a “species complex” rather than a species unit, and should be referred to as the “Acropora hyacinthus species complex” (simplified version: Acropora hyacinthus complex) and as “KUSHIHADA-MIDORIISHI SHU-GUN” for Japanese name. Sultana","doi":"10.3755/JCRS.10.1","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.3755/JCRS.10.1","url":null,"abstract":"ハナヤサイサンゴ科の3種のサンゴ,ハナヤサイサンゴ,トゲサンゴ,ショウガサンゴは,多くの海域でプラヌラ幼生を一年のうちの長い期間,月に1回の頻度で産出すること,産出の期間は低緯度ほど長く,高緯度になるにつれて短くなることが知られている(Harrison and Wallace 1990)。沖縄にもこれらのサンゴは生息し,しかも沖縄が分布の北限に近い(西平・Veron 1995)。沖縄県瀬底島(26°40′N, 127°50′E)において(1993年9月~1995年5月に3種を,1995年4月~1996年6月にショウガサンゴを飼育観察した結果,ハナヤサイサンゴは,自然温度(常温)下では,冬季(1~3月または2月~4月)には幼生産出がなく,その間に26℃に暖めると幼生産出し,温暖期でも22℃または20℃に冷やすと幼生産出がなくなることがわかった。20℃では,最初のひと月だけ幼生産出をおこない,以後死亡した。トゲサンゴとショウガサンゴは常温では,5月~9月及び10月の間に幼生を産出した。ショウガサンゴについては,1995年4月~1996年6月に,常温と定温(26℃)下で飼育観察した。常温では,6月~8月に幼生産出し,定温(26℃)ではそれ以外の季節でも幼生を産出した。この結果から3種のサンゴの幼生産出は水温に依存し,ハナヤサイサンゴの幼生産出の下限は20℃,トゲサンゴとショウガサンゴのそれは24℃と推測できる。これは,これらのサンゴの分布の北限とも関連する。西平・Veron(1995)によると,ハナヤサイサンゴの分布は串本(34°N, 年平均水温22.0℃),トゲサンゴは奄美大島(28°N, 24.5℃)(環境省・日本サンゴ礁学会 2004),ショウガサンゴは天草(32°N, 13-27℃)である。海水の温度は Yeemin et al.
