It also brought a revolutionary change in day-to-day activities and in various sectors such as entertainment, health, agriculture, employment, revenue earning and social change. It has also some negative impacts like cellphone addiction, wasting time, distraction and radiation-related health issues. This paper focuses on the impacts of mobile technology in Bangladesh perspective. Both secondary and primary data have been used to conduct this survey. The result shows that mobile phone technology and their providers make a significant contribution to GDP and directly and indirectly generated 0.80 million jobs in Bangladesh. The most important finding is young people prefer internet or social sites to television, and the duration of spending leisure in mobile phone is increased significantly whether spending time with family, reading newspaper-books decreased remarkably. Result also shows that the internet has more negative impacts on younger people than on older ones. It is generally known, that no two languages in world have more similarities than differences in their construction. Because of high number of differences that they may share, problems or challenges in the process of translation increase. This research paper focuses on the usage of cohesive devices during text translation from Albanian to English and vice versa. Firstly, this paper introduces the theoretical background on translation, text linguistics and the internal part of a text. Secondly, it elaborates the importance of cohesion and coherence, as criteria of text linguistics as well as their role in the process of translation. In this research has been used the empirical method, in analyzing the texts translation from Albanian to English, by elaborating the addition of cohesive devices which enabled a coherent translation. Specifically, the research discusses management peculiarities at private and state universities, their strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The thesis examines both the challenges of teaching process management and infrastructure issues as well as the relevant legislative and normative frameworks that are the basis of the functioning of the organization. Ongoing reforms, achievements and challenges of the tertiary education system in Georgia are also reviewed in the article. Research was conducted in 2019 to analyze the above-mentioned issue in depth at one state and one private university. 342 students in total have been interviewed. The faculty of Economics and Business was selected for piloting, as almost all multi-profile private and state universities have this faculty. Focus-group Methodology was used to interview the students. 36 closed ended (multiple choice questions) and one open ended questions were included in the questioniar. We studied students’ attitude to the learning process, programs, professors’ skills, and level of students’ trust to the university, whether they believe that they will get modern knowledge and will be able to engage in the global competition after graduating from the university. During the research we were interested how fascinating was the scientific work for the students – young generation, whether they wish to become lecturers, scientists, what challenges they see along this path and in general how they appreciate their professional choices. We were interested in the attitude of the students toward the current situation in management. Do they feel bureaucratic barriers and gaps in the university governance? We were also interested in how the students value their life at the university, whether they like the university infrastructure. The study shows a very positive attitude of private university students toward their university. Recent developments and the changing landscape of teaching and learning English for Specific Purposes around the world lead to the decision of analyzing a complex of factors that affect or hinder the effectiveness of the process of teaching and learning ESP courses at the University of Prishtina as well as at the private colleges in Kosovo. The research questions include: What are the problems faced by students learning ESP at the University of Prishtina and at the private colleges in Kosovo? What are the ways of solving these problems? etc. The data has been collected by conducting a survey in six academic units of the University of Prishtina including both teaching staff and student population. The selection of academic units is done on the bases of their specificity of the study field. That means the faculties that need a more specific vocabulary of English Language. There has also been conducted a survey in three private colleges considered as more successful colleges; “Dukagjini“ College, AAB College and the College “Biznesi”. Theoretical part is based on outstanding scholars and researchers of the English for Specific Purposes .Research findings have confirmed our research hypothesis displaying expected pattern of obstacles faced by the teaching staff and students in the process of teaching and learning ESP courses. Status of the course, large number of students in groups, lack of equipped laboratories and lack of qualified staff, present a hindrance in achieving the objectives of ESP courses at the University of Prishtina. A questionnaire was completed by 298 respondents (208 females and 90 males). The mean age was 32.7 yrs (SD 13.4) for women and 28.9 yrs (SD 13.4) for males. The questionnaire included scales measuring positive attitudes towards cultural and structural efforts to enhance the situation of immigrants, openness to diversity (Phelps, Eilertsen, Türken, - Ommundsen, 2011) and intense group identification. Positive attitudes towards cultural and structural efforts to enhance integration, and openness to diversity all correlated significantly positively with each other, and negatively with intense group identification. Age did not correlate with any of the scales in the study. Females scored higher than males on the three subscales measuring proactive attitudes towards integration, and males scored significantly higher on intense group identification. Respondents with a higher educational level scored higher on cultural efforts and on openness to diversity, and significantly lower on intense group identification. Social integration efforts could be fostered by enancing prosocial traits, especially among males, and by encouraging people to study at the higher degree institutions. The marking of the 75th anniversary of the Albanian school, being commemorated this year in all Albanian lands, is a good opportunity to see the long-lasting path of Albanian education. There are many reasons, but some are more necessary to be written and spoken about. It is rare that nations had to pay dearly for the right to write on their own language compared to Albanian people. So much blood has been shed to escape assimilation. However, when World War II had spread largely over Europe, the Nazi-fascist powers had invaded other countries including all Albanian-inhabited areas. After Albania, Yugoslavia succumbed as well. At that time, the territories of today’s Republic of Kosovo were also occupied. At that point, Kosovo was divided into three occupation zones: Italian, German and Bulgarian. Almost most of Kosovo's lands belonged to the Italian occupation zone. Thus, most of Kosovo and Western Macedonia joined Albania with Royal Decree and King of Vicar Decree no. 264, dated 12. VIII. 1941. In all three areas of occupation, the administration of governance was established in the service of the occupiers. The long and harsh oppression had an impact that Albanians would experience and perceive the new circumstances in every aspect as a resemblance of a real freedom, because the tyranny of the 1918-1941 period had exceeded all genocidal dimensions. With the initiative of Albanian Minister E. Koliqi, a contingent of teachers was sent to Kosovo as Kosovo lacked educational-pedagogical staff. The object of this article is to look at what types of contents museums usually share and to understand how they are using this innovative communication channel based essentially on images to document, communicate their daily activity, their identity, and get in touch with users.
