Hence power has become a critical design parameter in low power and high performance applications. In most of the digital circuits, digital signal processing and communication systems, multipliers play a major role where adders constitute the basic blocks. Adders with huge power consumption affect the overall efficiency of the system. Adiabatic logic is a promising design paradigm for low power circuits since the energy which is to be dissipated is recycled back. Adders based on conventional CMOS circuits consume much power thereby affecting the overall efficiency of the circuit. This paper presents a comparative study of full adder using different adiabatic logic styles. The earlier detection and treatment is the best way of survival from melanoma. Clinical diagnosis of melanoma is extremely difficult due to its irregularity in edges and its shape. This paper proposes a novel scheme for early detection of melanoma using Multiclass support vector machine (MSVM). There are five different skin lesions which are grouped as Solar Keratosis or actinic keratosis, Basal Cell Cancer, Nevocytic nevus, Squamous Cell Cancer, Seborrhoeic Verruca. The proposed system uses an automatic procedure, where the queried images are grouped and matched with higher probability type to classify the type of melanoma. The multi class [6][7] support vector machine is a powerful tool for solving classification problem. The algorithm is based on learning of each stage with some training sample. Here, the color and texture features such as gradient, contrast, edges are extracted. The proposed system contains an image database which has the all five types of melanoma for testing and classification purposes. The proposed converter has an integrated with two coupled inductors in a single magnetic core which reduces the size of magnetic components and provides high step-up Voltage gain (Gv) without requiring an extreme Duty ratio (D). The voltage conversion ratio of ANC is high and has low switching losses due to the low voltage and current stress of power switches. The Voltage gain characteristic curve of this converter circuit with different turn's ratio (n) has been studied for various duty cycle. The efficiency of this converter is about to 98.73%. Further, this proposed converter is integrated with the Photovoltaic panel for the harvesting of solar energy. The performance of the solar system for extracting the maximum power depends on the solar irradiance (G), cell temperature (T) and the operating point of MPP (Maximum Power Point) with respect to working conditions. Here, the Incremental Conductance (I&C) algorithm and Fuzzy Logic Control (FLC) method are incorporated for finding the MPP under different operating conditions. The Incremental conductance method overcomes the drawbacks of conventional P&O algorithm. The simulation works have been studied under MATLAB-SIMULINK environment. The effectiveness of the FLC technique adopted in this work for finding MPP has been evaluated and the simulation results are compared with IC method. Normally, a wireless communication system has radio frequency (RF) sector as the front end and digital signal processing sector as the back end. Issues in the RF section are addressed at the fabrication level by consideration of suitable chip fabrication technologies. Whereas digital signal processing section, forming the baseband sector after analog to digital converter (ADC) is concerned with prime issue of channel estimation which is essential for data detection in a wireless communication system performance. Though, other issues of DSP in a wireless communication system exist such as time-frequency synchronization, power control, and interference minimization, this paper considers the issue of channel estimation because of its aforementioned significance. In this paper, channel estimation issue of DSP is performed under multipath fading scenarios which are normally Non Line of Sight (NLOS) environments modeled by distributions such as Rayleigh distribution, Nakagami and Line of Sight (LOS) environment by Ricean distribution. Simulation results are performed to evaluate the metric of mean square error (MSE) against signal to noise ratio (SNR) for channel estimation algorithms in LOS and NLOS environments. But the self powered sensor is desirable one without compromising the sensitivity and to enhance energy scavenging credibility at the same conditions. Now piezoelectric materials are being used to harvest ambient energy. In this paper the squared shaped diaphragm based sensor has been designed and simulated to explore the energy generation capability as well as the sensitivity of the sensor using finite element software INTELLISUITE. The analysis shows that the deflection of the diaphragm is in a linear relationship with pressure applied.
