ELF electromagnetic wave radiation produces non-thermal effects on the biological objects used, meaning that it does not cause temperature changes when interacting with or inducing the system. Electromagnetic waves are waves that arise due to changes in electric fields and strong magnetic fields. This research aims to prove the effect of Extremely low frequency (ELF) magnetic field on the food resilience process. The research method used is experimental research method. This research was carried out in the basic physics laboratory at the University of Jember. Data collection techniques using observation. Based on the research, it can be concluded that ELF magnetic field radiation has the potential as an alternative method in increasing the nutritional value and durability of fermented food ingredients. ELF electromagnetic waves are waves consisting of magnetic fields and electric fields that do not require intermediaries in their propagation and have frequencies ranging from 0-300 Hz. The study uses a unique experimental method that exposes 2 kg of sticky rice tape, divided into 10 control and 10 experimental samples, each weighing 100 grams and wrapped in ziplock plastic, to ELF electromagnetic waves for two days. The study uses a device that generates ELF electromagnetic waves with a certain intensity and frequency. The study measures the changes in the pH, density, and taste of the sticky rice tape samples after the exposure. The results show that the experimental group’s sticky rice tape had a higher pH, higher density, and sweeter taste than the control group’s sticky rice tape. The study proves the effect of ELF electromagnetic waves on the fermentation process of sticky rice tape and provides insights for the development of new food processing techniques. The study demonstrates the applicability and innovation of using ELF electromagnetic waves for food fermentation.","PeriodicalId":431520,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Ilmiah Ilmu Terapan Universitas Jambi","volume":"77 2","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-12-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139173732","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper aims to estimate the level of efficiency of rice seed production and determine the factors that influence it using a frontier stochastic production function approach. The rice varieties developed are Inpara3, Inpari Nutri Zink and Baroma. The research was conducted in Rawa Medang Village, Batang Asam District, West Tanjung Jabung Regency, Jambi Province, in December 2021. Data collection was carried out through observation and in-depth interviews with seed breeders. By using the frontier production function, the conclusion is obtained: The efficiency level of rice farming for superior varieties is relatively good, with the efficiency level at level 6. All rice seed breeders show effective performance. To increase the efficiency of rice farming in the future, it is necessary to sharpen the use of production input inputs. The consideration is that the breeder's orientation is to produce quality seed for use by the farming community. Therefore, more intensive technological assistance is needed.","PeriodicalId":431520,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Ilmiah Ilmu Terapan Universitas Jambi","volume":"502 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-12-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139176834","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As the number of teachers increases, server performance needs to be evaluated to ensure it can handle requests from each teacher. This research tested the performance of an Information System Website using two tools, namely Apache JMeter and BlazeMeter. This test includes four modules: login page, updating teacher profile, uploading images, and creating questions. Testing uses 50 and 100 samples with a ramp-up period of 10 seconds and several loops of 1. Test results show that the system works well on these modules, with a stable average response time, increased throughput, and decreased deviation. This information reveals system performance and can help make improvements and optimizations to improve the speed and quality of the user experience. The obstacle faced is the limited use of existing seeds and labor, so that additional use of superior varieties of seeds and additional labor from outside the family is still needed. The paper also analyzes the production costs and benefits of chili and celery farming, taking into account the labor costs in the family. The results of research on red chili farming with celery show that this business is profitable with a total profit of IDR. 20,553,500,-. This farming business has provided profits with celery production of 405 kg, red chili production of 585 kg, and BEP price of IDR 15,495/kg celery and IDR 14,143/kg red chili. The R/C ratio value is 2.95 and the B/C ratio is 1.95, indicating that the farming business observed is profitable and worth pursuing. The novelty of this paper is that it introduces a new perspective on the adaptation and innovation of chili and celery farmers in dry land agroecosystems with wet climates, based on the FSA (Farming System Analysis) concept. The paper also provides empirical evidence of the effectiveness and feasibility of chili and celery farming in the region. Toxic positivity is defined as the overgeneralization and ineffectiveness of happy and optimistic states in all situations resulting in the denial, minimization, and invalidation of authentic human emotional experiences. The research sample consisted of male and female teenagers aged 18-24. Data was collected through a questionnaire that measures the level of toxic positivity based on responses related to positivity and behavior that can ignore or override negative emotions. The results show that there is a significant difference between male and female adolescents in the level of toxic positivity. Adolescent girls tend to show lower levels of toxic positivity than adolescent boys. These findings indicate that adolescent girls are more likely to acknowledge and manage their negative emotions more openly than adolescent boys. This study provides important insights into gender differences in the context of toxic positivity in adolescents. The results can be used to develop more targeted interventions and approaches to help adolescents manage their emotions healthily and constructively. The novelty of this research is that it introduces a new measure of toxic positivity that can capture the subtle and complex ways in which people cope with their emotions. This study also contributes to the literature on gender and emotion regulation by highlighting differences in patterns and consequences of toxic positivity among male and female adolescents.","PeriodicalId":431520,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Ilmiah Ilmu Terapan Universitas Jambi","volume":"13 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-11-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139216675","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
