The new generation of internet protocol IPv6 serves as the next generation of the internet standard, IPSec will also serve as the network security standard to enforce in IPv6. This paper analysises the satety of IPSec protocol, in the IPSec security architecture, using Authentication Headers protocols AH and Encapsulating Security Payload protocol ESP can successfully carry out security package for packets, the transmission mode and tunnel mode of AH and ESP allow the application methods of IPSec more flexible. In physical layers, in order to transmit high speed data flow in limited bandwidth, they both use the OFDM technology and MIMO technology to enhance system capacity and frequency spectral efficiency, avoid inter symbol interference, and improve system performance. But, they have more different methods in design of MAC protocols and sublayer allocation of MAC functions. In this paper, we firstly introduce the MAC protocols in WiMAX 16e and 3GPP LTE Release 8. Then compare their MAC functions in control plane and data plane, and provide the comparison chart of MAC functions between WiMAX and LTE. In the proposed scheme, each user feeds back its preferable precoding vector index as well as a scalar to a BS, then the coordinated BSs share all users' feedback and work as a virtual enhanced BS. BSs determine a first user with maximum expected channel gain, and then use its preferable precoding vector to generate a unitary matrix. The columns of the newly generated matrix are used as precoding vectors for the following selected users. The circuits are designed by using CSMC 0.5µm CMOS process. Simulation results by Cadence software show that the temperature coefficient is about 10ppm/°C, zero temperature coefficient is about at 31°C, close to room temperature. And good temperature characteristics can be achieved in practical applications. For revealing internal relation between stability and system circuit parameters, VCBUCK in CCM was studied in details. According to practical closed-loop control logic, the general simulation model of difference or indifference in balance was set up by using the exact state equations in CCM. And the general discrete mathematical model was deduced by stroboscopic maps. Through varying parameters, nonlinearity characteristic was simulated and analyzed by numerical method. Through the experiments the result shows VCBUCK is sensitive to input voltage, filter capacitor, inductive storage and error amplifying coefficients, while it is not sensitive to error integral coefficients and load.
