In contrast to existing technologies, the use of a set of software based on a single-chip computer is proposed. The essence of information technology is to stimulate the tissues of the surgical wound with an electrical pulse and further fix the result of stimulation. The result of the stimulation is a sound signal that is processed by a computer. This result then indicates the location of the nerve. Mathematical models of electrophysiological properties of surgical wound tissues were also used for this purpose. The results of electrophysiological experiments in which the efficiency of the proposed technology is confirmed are given. For the first time the parametric identification method of static objects' interval models based on the interval data analysis is offered and proved. In contrast to the existing ones, the developed method is based on the computational procedures with the self-organization and self-adaptation elements by analogy with the artificial bee colony algorithms. However, it may include noise at the time of printing or scanning due to some environmental or mechanical factors. Therefore, the study analyzes various machine learning models to detect noise presence in QR code. For this, we first generated own dataset by creating 14,000 images of QR code, and then enhanced the dataset by adding several noises to the original QR code images. Later, it exploits several machine learning, deep learning and pre-trained models to segregate noisy images from original images. Experimental results show that ResNet101 and Xception models outperformed others by attaining 100% accuracy, recall, f1-score, and precision, each. It represents another way of verifying a person’s identity, for example in the context of continuous verification. In order to explore the possibilities of such authentication method, it was necessary to create a capturing software that records and stores data from EMG (electromyography) sensors, enabling a subsequent analysis of the recorded data to verify the relevance of the method. The work presented here is devoted to the design, implementation and evaluation of such a solution. The solution consists of a protocol and a software application for collecting multimodal data when typing on a keyboard. Myo armbands on both forearms are used to capture EMG and inertial data while additional modalities are collected from a keyboard and a camera. We describe a model based on graph analytics which allows us to analyze various options for changing the state of information flows as they pass through the system’s structural modules. As a result, it is possible to calculate the failure coefficients for the structural modules of information and control systems and the connections between them. In order to detect and forecast failures, a software application has been developed using the mathematical methods proposed in this paper. Theoretical bases of potential of sustainability of institutions of higher education are substantiated, the definition of the concept “sustainability potential” is offered. The groups of indicators of sustainability potential are systematized, including: scale indicators, financial indicators and indicators of external competitiveness assessment. The methodological principles underlying the research, such as dynamic, unified, systemic and holistic, are determined. The algorithm for constructing clusters of universities using R programming language is described. University clusters were built and analyzed according to similarity of indicators. Based on the analysis of scientific and methodological literature, it has been determined that research competence is the ability of participants in the educational process to perform tasks involving modeling and research of physical and astronomical phenomena and processes using specialized software environment. The study focuses on the possibilities of information and communication technologies (ICT) for the formation and development of research competence of students in the study of physics. The authors analyze the possibilities of the Stellarium software environment and present an algorithm for using a virtual planetarium to develop research competence in the study of astronomy. For educational purposes, Stellarium is used to form ideas about the apparent annual motion of the Sun and the motions of the planets; to determine distances to celestial objects; as an interactive multimedia for understanding and motivating students in the study of astronomy, etc. Given that one of the important tasks of modern astronomy is the study of exoplanets, the authors describe the method of studying the planetary system TOI 700.
