Mathematical and algorithmic support for the implementation of a polynomial Rabin cryptosystem based on addition without computationally costly arithmetic operations is presented. This allows us to develop reliable and effective systems for protecting information flows by increasing the dimensions of input parameters (key size, message size), while improving the robustness of the cryptosystem. The encryption / decryption scheme of a polynomial Rabin cryptosystem applying addition is presented. Analytical expressions of time complexity of the classical and proposed approaches to the implementation of the Rabin cryptosystem in the polynomial ring are obtained. The prospects of research of the directions of using the IoT technology in automation of accounting and cybersecurity of an enterprise in three directions have been grounded: transformation of accounting, improvement of audit control of economic activity and optimization of work of accounting and controlling specialists. The purpose of the article is to study the prospects of the combined use of IoT technology in the organization of accounting and its cybersecurity. The advantages of using IoT devices in the processing and cybersecurity of accounting information (reducing the participation of the human factor in information processing, distancing the collection and processing of primary data, automation of documentation of business transactions, delegation of accounting and control and security powers, compliance with quality characteristics of information, improving the forms of accounting) and shortcomings (probability of theft, substitution and blocking of information, obtaining third-party control over the equipment or failure of its operation, illegal increase of access rights of third parties to information). For the study, we used export of digital services and economic complexity data on Ukraine and its biggest trade partners. For the retrieved data we applied a pairwise correlation test. As a result, we found strong and statistically significant links between export of digitally deliverable services and technological exports as well as between technological exports and the economic complexity index. Such findings indicate that the development of export of digital services, including information and communication, is strongly connected to the level of economic complexity. It is shown that its covariance function is the same as covariance function of the raw signal and cross-covariance functions of them differ only by a sign. It results in an identity of cyclic spectrums of variances for analytic and raw signals. The properties of band-pass filtered signals are examined and it is shown that band-pass filtering can reduce both the number of signal variance cyclic harmonics and their amplitudes.
