Information and Digital Technologies in the Evaluation and Development of International Cluster Systems

Abstract

The article investigates the preconditions and historical ways of forming cluster initiatives, and identifies the determining factors for the cluster structures creation. It proves that nowadays all the efforts of the world community should be aimed at resolving conflict situations and ensuring sustainable development of the global economy. The advantages of cluster systems are determined as compared to multinational and other companies in the competitiveness of regions and their sustainable economic growth. The article shows author’s point of view and the role of international clusters in the global economy formation. It also investigates the main indicators for assessing the cluster development guidelines as to implementation of innovation and intellectualization of labor. It substantiates the international clusters essence, their advantages both for the participating countries and for the development of a new type of world economy capable of ensuring the sustainable development of global society as a single social and economic system. The article states the necessity of state regulation of transformation processes of international clusters formation, defines the principles and develops the algorithm of their creation.
