The aim of the study is to identify the reasons for the decrease in the productivity of dump trucks in the conditions of the Yemelyanovskoye open pit. In the course of the study, data on the movement and maintenance of BelAZ 548 dump trucks in the conditions of the Yemelyanovsky quarry were analyzed. Data processing was carried out by statistical methods. Methods. The publication provides statistical data on the distribution of time for the operations of the cycle of the BelAZ 548 dump truck in the conditions of the Yemelyanovskoye open pit. This type of dump truck is paired with an EKG-5A excavator, which has a bucket volume of 5 m3. In connection with the long-term operation of dump trucks at the Yemelyanovsky quarry, the time spent on the repair of BelAZ is 18…25 % of the calendar time fund. The existing system of maintenance and repair of mining trucks is characterized by the fact that from 8760…8784 hours of the annual calendar fund, the productive time averages 2500…3600 hours, while for 1 hour of productive work of dump trucks, the repair downtime ranges from 0,3…1,1 hours. The production base of the Yemelyanovsky quarry allows for repair work, but in the absence of original spare parts, the dump trucks very quickly return to the repair shops. Also, the performance of dump trucks is affected by the changing conditions of the functioning of vehicles leading to overloads of units and parts of dump trucks. When constructing a mathematical model of the aging dynamics of BelAZ-548 vehicles with a carrying capacity of 40 tons, it was assumed that the output parameters are independent, with the help of which the failure parameter λ(t) changes. Results. Scientific novelty: for the first time for the Yemelyanovsky quarry, the dependence of the performance of the BelAZ 548 dump truck on the transportation distance, which has a linear character, was obtained. And for the first time, the dependence of the failure parameter λ (t) of BelAZ-548 dump trucks on the service life t, which is described by a logarithmic function, was established. Practical significance: it was found that the main breakdowns of BelAZ 548, which make up 90% of all malfunctions, are breakdowns of the engine, drive axle, suspension system, wheels and tires, electrical equipment, transmission system and brake system. Study of distribution of helium content in hydrocarbon deposits of deposits of Ukraine and their spatial location in oil and gas basins of Ukraine. Methodology. The work used: data from directories on the composition of gases in the fields of Ukraine, MapInfo programs for constructing SQL queries and displaying the results on maps.. Results. According to the directories, a database of deposits of hydrocarbon deposits of Ukraine with helium content in each deposit was created. Spatial mapping of the database of deposits to hydrocarbon deposits has been carried out. Special studies were conducted on the helium content in various types of hydrocarbon deposits. The spatial distribution of the deposits in which helium was determined was studied and their ranking by helium concentration was performed. It was established that the content of helium in the deposits is decreasing in the East-West-South oil and gas basins of Ukraine, and in marine water areas, helium in the deposits of hydrocarbon deposits has not been established. Scientific novelty. For the first time, maps with a ranking of helium content in deposits of Ukraine are given. The number of helium-containing deposits on the territory of Ukraine was analyzed. The prospects of the oil and gas bearing basins of Ukraine for the search for helium-containing deposits have been determined. Practical significance. The established features make it possible to zone the territory of oil and gas-bearing basins according to helium capacity. The main questions for the continuation of scientific and research studies have been determined. The aim of this work is to develop an improved circulating system for airlift reverse circulation drilling in such a way that it allows the use of commercially available drill pipes with conventional connections. Methodology. The tasks were solved by a complex research method, which includes a review and generalization of literary and patent sources, analytical studies of existing methods for improving the technology of drilling wells with reverse circulation. Findings. A comparative analysis of the two main methods of creating reverse circulation was carried out: using a centrifugal pump and using an airlift. Particular attention is paid to the airlift method of creating reverse circulation. The dependence of the limiting depth of drilling with reverse circulation using an airlift on the speed of the upward flow of the drilling fluid and its density is studied. A fundamentally new improved version of the circulation system device for drilling wells with reverse circulation using an airlift is proposed. Its use allows the use of commercially available drill pipes and connections for this drilling method. Originality. It has been shown for the first time that it is possible to use commercially available drill pipes with conventional connections to create a circulation system for drilling wells with reverse circulation. This allows you to increase the drilling speed by reducing the time spent on hoisting operations and the build-up of the drill string. Practical value. An improved device of the circulation system for drilling wells with reverse circulation using an airlift has been developed. Thanks to its use, it becomes possible to use commercially available drill pipes with conventional connections. Investigation .of the composition and features of the formation conditions of the Soymul olistostrome stratum in outcrops along the upper course of the Velyka Ugolka River in the Marmarosh Klippen Zone (Inner Ukrainian Carpathians), which is of important theoretical importance for the reproduction of the paleogeography of the basin and its tectonic history. Methodology. In this work there traditional structural-geological methods of field large-scale geomapping were used. Results. During the field work, geological mapping and documentation of the supporting outcrops of the Lower Cretaceous Soimul olistostrome was carried out. The material composition of the rocks in the outcrops was studied, the conditions of occurrence of olistoliths and matrix of the mixtites were investigated. A model of the formation of the Lower Cretaceous Soimul Formation is proposed Scientific novelty. For the first time, specific formations – ophiolithoclast breccias, several types of which are distinguished by the composition of fragments and cement – have been described in the outcrops among scattered fragments of ophiolitic assasia. Practical significance. In detailed geological mapping, the display of thrust and associated mixtite complexes (melanges and olistostomes) is a necessary condition for the reliability and conditionality of geological maps.The improvement of the theoretical and scientific-methodical basis of large-scale mapping of mixtites is also important for the identification of new tectonic criteria for the search for minerals, the forecast of dangerous geological processes, and geostable construction. In addition, the studied section, in our opinion, is a unique geotourism object of the Ukrainian Carpathians. Substantiation of the backfill massif parameters in fully mechanized selective mining thin coal seams, taking into account the influence of technological and mining-and-geological conditions. Methods. The integrated approach which includes the analysis and generalization of scientific developments in the field under study, analytical and numerical methods for determining technological parameters is used in the work. Findings. The results of studies of the influence of complex technological and mining-and-geological conditions on filling massif parameters while selective mining are given in the paper. Using the example of numerical calculation methods for the selected initial characteristics of the mined coal seam the following trends are revealed: the shrinkage value of the filling material Eв from the ultimate rock strength σст and the relative density γв; the length of the filling mined-out space lз and the size of the undercut rocks mпр, the filling density γв and the technological gap Δhтех; the initial height of the filling massif formation hЗ and the effective seam thickness mеф from the support resistance Pк and the rock strength of the filling material σст. Originality consists in the determination of the change regularities in the roof subsidence and deformation of the filling massif from the technological parameters of the site and the face support while effective coal seam development by technological scheme of selective coal extraction. Practical implication. The research results can be used in the design of technological schemes for coal mining with backfilling and leaving waste rocks in the worked-out area. Investigate and compare technological schemes with the use of extraction and loading equipment and the organization of work during the development of the front of mining operations. Consider the parameters of benches when extracting soft overburdened rocks. Obtain indicators of time to accelerate the working out of rocks in the upper overburden horizons. Methods. Analytical and grapho-analytical methods were used to determine the time for carrying out operations during extraction and loading operations. When determining the expediency of using the extraction and loading equipment, the analysis method was applied, and the results were compared. Research results. It was established that the use of a loader in the face compared to excavators has its advantages related to maneuverability, absence of dependence on power grids, and execution of auxiliary operations without the involvement of additional mining machines. Technological schemes for the use of loaders and excavators during loading into railway transport were considered. Calculations were made, and the deadlines for loading overburden at the extraction site were graphically displayed. Scientific novelty. The obtained indicators make it possible to determine the terms at which effective execution of work will be achieved in a short time for loaders and excavators with a mechanical shovel. It will make it possible to significantly improve the current planning of mining operations when working out the upper horizons of deep pits. Practical significance. In pits of many countries engaged in the extraction of minerals when extracting rock and soft rocks, in addition to excavators, front loaders with different bucket capacities are increasingly used. The article proves that in the upper horizons of many deep pits, the loading of soft rocks can be carried out more efficiently when loaders are used as the main production unit. Determining the effect of corrosion wear on the change in the load-bearing capacity of a metal fastener due to the moment of resistance of the cross section of the SVP profile and providing recommendations for the timely replacement of metal fasteners damaged by corrosion. Methods. Laboratory studies of the dependence of the corrosion rate of St5ps steel on the time of observation under conditions of periodic wetting with aggressive mine waters were carried out. When conducting corrosion tests, quantitative methods of corrosion rate estimation were used, which include the weight method. Using the provisions of construction mechanics, analytical studies of the change in the moment of resistance of the cross-section of the SVP profile from corrosive wear were carried out Results. It is defined the dependences of the corrosion rate of St5ps steel on the time of observations. In the analytical studies of the change in the moment of resistance of the SVP profile section due to corrosion wear, the calculation was carried out for the case of uniform corrosion over the entire surface of the SVP profile section at the same speed. The moments of cross-sectional resistance (W) of SVP-17, 22, 27, 33 profiles were determined considering corrosion wear at a corrosion rate of 0.24 mm/year. Changes in the load-bearing capacity of the fastener due to the axial moment of resistance of the SVP profile from corrosive wear are determined. The assessment of the impact of corrosion wear on the load-bearing capacity of fasteners from the SVP profile is based on the requirements for rejecting corroding metal frames for reuse (SOU 10.1.00185790.011:2007). Recommendations are provided for the timely replacement of metal fasteners damaged by corrosion. The originality. It is proposed a methodology for determining the loss of the load-bearing capacity of the profile (in %) from the time of its operation under the action of mine water during the period when the minimum permissible wall thickness of the SVP profile is reached. Practical implementation. The use of the proposed method of determining the loss of the load-bearing capacity of the profile (in %) from the time of its operation under the action of mine water allows to significantly increase the stability of products fixed with metal fasteners, as well as to establish critical time ranges for SVP profiles 17, 22, 27, 33, in which a critical decrease in the load-bearing capacity of corrosion-prone fastening frames should be expected and a decision to restore the load-bearing capacity of the support in mine working should be made. In the calculations of the required number of supporting frames, it is proposed to use the correction coefficient of corrosion wear, which characterizes the degree of loss of the load-bearing capacity of the profile and support.
