This paper aims to provide education and guidance in the implementation of regular exercise programs that must be realized as a solution to minimize the occurrence of COVID-19 transmission in the regular training process as well as provide understanding to the main sports branch management, coaches and athletes in carrying out regular training programs. This study uses a literature review method where the researcher conducts a series of studies by reviewing and analyzing various content and data, which involves various kinds of information related to the implementation of the training centering system in the new normal era. There are 4 key principles in the re-implementation of the training process on a regular basis or training camps, including preparation for resumption of training, criteria for training commencement, assessments and guidelines that serve as a reference for the implementation of training camps, as well as management and strategies for mitigating COVID-19 risks at training camps.","PeriodicalId":429971,"journal":{"name":"JP.JOK (Jurnal Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga dan Kesehatan)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131114567","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The zigzag run exercise is a form of agility training that involves the use of bollards and stakes. UM Palopo futsal players must have good dribbling skills. The conditions experienced by UM Palopo futsal players still often make mistakes in their dribbling skills. The lack of skills possessed by UM Palopo futsal players is due to the lack of agility training models that can support the achievements of futsal players. This study aims to reveal the effect of shuttle run and zig-zag run training on dribbling skill. The method used is a quasi-experimental (quasi-experimental). The population is 20 people from UKM Futsal UM Palopo. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The data collection technique used the dribbling skill instrument and was analyzed by using the sig level t test. = 0.05. The results of the analysis show that there is a significant effect of shuttle run with a value of tcount value of 20,904 > ttable of 1,812 and pvalue that is 0.000 < 0.05. Zig-zag run with tcount value of 26,826 > ttable of 1,812 and pvalue that is 0.000 < 0.05. The improvement in shuttle run training with an average value of 17.55 and zig-zag run training with an average value of 15.61 and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. The aims of this research are to discover the influence of fullover training towards badminton smash basic skill , and also applying the research and training process which correspond with Covid 19 health protocol. This research is an experiment type. Independent variable (badminton smash basic skill) dependent variable (fullover training). Sampling technique used saturated sample wich is all the population of badminton student activity unit at UM Palopo which are 20 atlethes. Test instrument used smash basic skill test. Time and place corresponded with WFH( work from home), research processes (pre test, treatment, post test) were monitored online through Zoom meeting and UM Palopo E-learning . The purpose of this study was to determine the level of fitness after doing Circuit A and Circuit B. The method used was a quasi-experimental method with a Nonequivalent Control Group Design research design. Where in this design there are two groups, namely one experimental group and one control group, and 60 students were divided into two parts and sampled for the experimental group using ordinal pairing technique. The instrument used is TKJI for ages 10-12 years. The results of this study: 1) Circuit A, r arithmetic 0.908 > r table 0.3610 with = 0.05, N = 30 there is a significant effect. 2) Circuit B, r count 0.8903> r table 0.3610 with = 0.05, N= 30 there is a significant effect. 3) Different test with t count 2.08 > t table 1.671 = 0.05, N = 60 there is a difference. These studies explain that physical activity has a very positive effect on improving motor skills and athlete performance in all sports. However, the results of each study tend to be different, so it is necessary to carry out inclusive data analysis to provide comprehensive information about the importance of activity in improving athletes' motor skills. This study examines the effect size test of physical activity on motor skills in sports. This study uses a meta-analysis study method. The source of data in this study is Google Scholar. Search literature from various sources using relationships, physical activity, and motor skills. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of identifying variables, identifying the value of r, transforming the value of r into a z distribution, the effect size of each study, calculating the variance, calculating the standard error of z, and calculating the summary effect. The summary effect calculation uses Jeffreys's Amazing Statistics Program (JASP) software. The final result of this study explains a significant positive correlation between physical activity and motor skills. A correlation value of Random Effect (r_RE) 0.8453 indicates that the relationship between physical activity and motor skills is included in the high category.","PeriodicalId":429971,"journal":{"name":"JP.JOK (Jurnal Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga dan Kesehatan)","volume":"103 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121855378","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The number of regular students is 221, students of Islamic boarding schools are 245. The instruments used to measure the variables of this study include: the strength variable (Push Up, Sit Up, Back Up). Concentration variable using grid concentration test. Interest variables using a questionnaire. The physical activity variable used the international physical activity questionnaire (IPAQ short). The body mass index variable uses the national nutritional obesity formula. This research was conducted semi-online. Items of interest and physical activity were carried out offline, while physical fitness, concentration and body mass index were carried out boldly. Regular school excels at item strength and physical activity. Islamic boarding school-based schools are superior in concentration and interest. Regular school students tend to be obese than boarding school students.","PeriodicalId":429971,"journal":{"name":"JP.JOK (Jurnal Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga dan Kesehatan)","volume":"76 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123964589","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
