The research was carried out with 35 classroom teachers teaching primary school students forced to leave their city due to the earthquake that occurred in Kahramanmaraş and continue their education in public schools in Istanbul. In this qualitative research, a semi-structured interview form prepared by the researcher was used as a data collection tool. The data were analyzed via the descriptive method. Within the scope of the research, findings related to the educational needs of the earthquake survivor primary school students, the role of the classroom teachers in the classroom climate in the context of the earthquake experience, the support training needs of the classroom teachers regarding the education of the earthquake survivor students, the teacher guidance for the well-being of the earthquake survivors’ parents, and the teachers’ expectations from different ministries under the theme of the earthquake were determined. The method of the study is a quasi-experimental research design with a pretest/post-test control group. The sample of the study comprises 38 vocational high school students who attend 9th grade. The experimental process was conducted for five weeks in the mathematics lesson on “Clusters.” Motivated Strategies for Learning Questionnaire (MSLQ) and achievement tests were used as data collection tools. According to the results of the research, while gamification did not make a significant difference in academic achievement and motivation, it caused a significant difference in the elaboration and peer learning dimensions of the learning strategies scale. Although this is not reflected in academic success in the research, it is considered to contribute positively to student performance. The sample group of the study, which was based on a correlational survey design, consisted of 232 pre-service Turkish language teachers studying at 14 different universities in different provinces of Türkiye. The study data were collected using the ‘Personal Information Form’, the ‘Artificial Intelligence Anxiety Scale’ and the ‘General Attitudes toward Artificial Intelligence Scale’. SPSS 23.0 package program was used for data analysis. Based on the findings, it was determined that the pre-service Turkish language teachers’ positive and negative attitudes towards artificial intelligence were at moderate levels while their anxiety was below moderate levels in the learning dimension, but above moderate levels in the dimensions of job replacement, sociotechnical blindness and artificial intelligence configuration. The relationship between anxiety and attitudes towards artificial intelligence was found to be negatively significant. It was determined that the variables of gender and time spent on the internet did not make a significant difference on the pre-service teachers’ anxiety and attitudes towards artificial intelligence. Among these etudes, no.30 Chaconne is a concert etude combining elements that require advanced technique with musical expression and style. This research, which aims to examine Karg-Elert’s op.107 no.30 Chaconne etude in terms of form, technique, and pedagogy, is a descriptive case study. A general form analysis of Chaconne was made in the first dimension of the research. Chaconne was examined from a technical perspective in the second dimension of the study. The techniques included in the etude are categorized as articulation technique, finger technique, sonority/embouchure technique, and ornaments. The techniques’ usage rates in the etude are determined by frequency and percentages. Among the various articulation techniques included in the etude, the legato technique has the highest usage rate, with 42.10%, and among the fingering techniques, chromatic scales had the highest at 30.26%. In sonority techniques, the usage rate of wide intervals of octave and above is very high at 39.47%. In this context, it has been determined that the most decisive difficulty in the etude comes from the use of wide intervals, and it has been concluded that a significant level of flexibility and embouchure control must be provided in the performance of the etude. The technical difficulties included in the etude were determined on a variation basis in the last dimension of the study, and a study guide consisting of original exercise suggestions was presented. This study is novel in the literature as it presents a study guide on Chaconne. Gender and age differences in attitudes toward Turkic World texts were also examined. A quantitative research approach with a weak experimental design was used. Fifteen students studying in a public school in Bursa, Turkey, participated in the study. The experimental procedure applied “Course Content Prepared with Turkic World Literary Texts (CCPTWLT)” for six weeks, while the researcher used the “Turkic World Literary Texts Achievement Test (TWLTAT)” and “Attitude Scale for Turkic World Literary Texts (ASTWLT)” as pre-test and post-test to reveal the effect of the experimental procedure were developed by the researcher. Mann-Whitney U and T-Test were used to analyze the data. The study results show a significant increase in students’ academic achievement by implementing CCPTWLT (p=.003). However, no significant difference was found between the pre-test and the post-test, although students’ attitudes increased in the Interest sub-dimension (p.05), Turkic World sub-dimension (p.05), Language of Texts sub-dimension (p.05), Pronunciation dimension (p.05) of the Attitude Scale after CCPTWLT practices. Based on this need, the main purpose of this study is to evaluate the digital storytelling process in history teaching and the contribution of this method to history teaching through the views of students. To achieve this goal, a history lesson about “Kara Fatma”, one of the heroines of the National Struggle in the 12th Grade Turkish Republic History of Revolution and Kemalism course, was designed using the digital storytelling method. A seven-week-long study was planned. The qualitative research method was used in the study. The study group consisted of 15 volunteer 12th-grade students. A semi-structured interview form was used to determine the evaluations of the students about the digital storytelling process, and a checklist was employed to evaluate students’ digital stories. The study data were analyzed with content analysis. As a result, it was found that students only used internet sources during the evidence search process, their knowledge of history was enriched with digital storytelling, and that they had difficulty eliciting material for their stories from a huge stack of information. It was concluded that this application contributed to making history lessons fun and could contribute to the presentation of brief and concise, but not long and boring, information and the use of critical thinking skills in lessons. Effects of the Frostig Visual Perception Training Program were evaluated within demographics of gender, age, parental education level, previous kindergarten attainment and family income. The sample group consisted of first graders between the ages of 5-7 at a public primary school in Bursa, Türkiye. The study as an experimental model was designed based on screening-model sampling and conducted in the 2017-2018 academic year. Upon Pretest application of the visual perception instrument, Frostig Visual Perception Training Program was administered to the Treatment group once a week as part of art classes during 14 weeks. Visual perception skills of children were measured before and after training to examine, analyze and evaluate the developmental capacities and scope of children’s visual perception. While there was no significant difference between the Treatment and Control groups at the beginning, Post-test results showed a significant difference between cohorts upon training and utilization of the Frostig Visual Perception Training Program. Results were also compared based on various demographics. It was conclusively supported by the findings that the Frostig Visual Perception Training Program contributed to the children’s visual perceptive abilities positively. It was also concluded that visual perception development may contribute to children’s development to support early literacy-skill development. This also provides some beneficial information for the dissemination and development of Shaanxi folk songs, allowing them to be disseminated and passed on more effectively. The study’s objectives were to analyze the musical characteristics of northern Shaanxi Province’s folk songs and to propose guidelines for the dissemination of folk song literacy in northern Shaanxi Province, China. The study investigates and analyzes how to better disseminate Shaanxi folk songs from various perspectives, including educational dissemination, media dissemination, and official institution dissemination, using qualitative research methods. The results of this study show that the folk songs of northern Shaanxi have a strong local flavor and a simple style that people appreciate. They have a distinct musical charm and range from small two-stanza styles to large multi-stanza styles. The descriptive scanning design of the quantitative model was adopted. It was decided to develop an analytical rubric because it serves to measure the sub-skills of each skill and can be presented as feedback to the students. The rubric consists of three dimensions: layout, spelling, and punctuation, language and expression, and 18 items. It consists of 4 levels 1 (improved), 2 (moderate), 3 (good), and 4 (very good). The study group of the research consists of 114 7th grade students. The students in the study group were asked to write a travel writing text in one class hour and the travel writings were evaluated by two experts using the travel writing rubric. The collected data were analyzed using the descriptive analysis technique. As a result of the research, it was determined that most of the students were at a good level in using titles, including observations and impressions, commenting on the places visited, giving place to their memories about the trip, and making descriptions and coherent writing in their travel writings. However, contemporary scholars have limited attention, requiring further exploration and research. The objective of this study was to propose guidelines for promoting literacy transmission and education through Rongshui Han folk songs in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, China. This is a qualitative study that includes relevant literature research, surveys, interviews, and transcriptions. This information is drawn from the research of two scholar informants and four informal informants. Analyze data from Rongshui Han, Miao, and Zhuang folk songs, focusing on their cultural significance and historical context. The result of this study shows that the government plays a crucial role in promoting and safeguarding Rongshui Han folk songs for literacy transmission education. Emphasizing their unique attributes and leveraging their inherent advantages is essential. Nurturing younger generations and investing in training initiatives are crucial. Online media platforms can further broaden the dissemination of Rongshui Han folk songs for the preservation and propagation of this intangible cultural heritage.
