This reflectarray is make up of a THz CP horn antenna and a metasurface which is based on graphene. The unit-cell of the proposed metasurface can realize a reflection phase coverage of 360°by rotating. Simulations show that the proposed reflectarray can achieve stable high gain across the 1.4 THz ~1.7 THz band. In this paper, through the improved discrete transform electro magnetics method, a 2-D flat lens can be obtained by compressing the 2-D convex lens, the thick is reduced by near 50%, besides the compressed lens can be filled with impedance Surface units. The simple reflector are used to make the electromagnetic wave pass through the compressed lens. The simulated data indicate that the flat lens has similar phase adjustment performance with the convex lens. For example, we can observe the stats of reinforced concrete (RC) in buildings. However, if the concrete gets moisture by rain and so on, the quality of concrete will deteriorate. To avoid this, we have to regularly monitor the quality of the concrete. When a concrete gets wet, the resonant frequency of a sensor antenna having a probe in the concrete shifts lower.
