This is necessary from the perspective of building lasting relationships with their environment. It is, therefore, desirable that traditional reports, containing data recounting their ability to generate financial profits, be augmented by statements concerning social responsibility facilitating the assessment of the impact of their overall economic activity on groups of stakeholders, society and the environment as a whole. The aim of the article is to present social reporting as a tool for building confidence in relationships between a bank and its environment, to show the national and international trends in publishing these types of reports by banking sector entities and to analyze contents of social reports prepared by selected banks operating in Poland.","PeriodicalId":42848,"journal":{"name":"Problemy Zarzadzania-Management Issues","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.2,"publicationDate":"2018-08-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"44971811","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Drawing on examples of successful (social) enterprises, this paper aims to address this gap by proposing a typology of refugee and refugee-related (social) entrepreneurship, using Germany as main example. It aims to provide a framework for future research on these kinds of entrepreneurship by identifying three types of entrepreneurship for refugees and two by refugees, namely social intrapreneurship, intermediary concepts and job creation for refugees as well as refugee entrepreneurship and refugee social entrepreneurship by refugees.","PeriodicalId":42848,"journal":{"name":"Problemy Zarzadzania-Management Issues","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.2,"publicationDate":"2018-07-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"41761001","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Previously, the higher education system has not focused on creating a conducive environment for entrepreneurship within its system. The emphasis was more on teaching and learning followed by research, the concept of entrepreneurial university has taken centre stage. This study seeks to contribute to the literature on entrepreneurship and ecosystems in three ways. First, this paper will attempt to clarify what it means for universities to be entrepreneurial. Secondly, the study will assess the climate for entrepreneurship at universities in South Africa. Thirdly, it will determine whether there is a relationship between the university ecosystem and higher levels of entrepreneurial activity. The full study will follow a mixed method approach while this paper presents findings from the literature review.","PeriodicalId":42848,"journal":{"name":"Problemy Zarzadzania-Management Issues","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.2,"publicationDate":"2018-07-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"43234459","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Therefore, Slovenia strives for continuous improvement towards the simplification of legislation and procedures, especially those related to tax compliance and financial and accounting reporting. The aim of this paper is to identify differences between different groups of SMEs, divided by size, turnover and age, in coping with and perception of administrative barriers in the aforementioned fields. The results of the empirical analysis of the sample of 654 SMEs provide evidence that different groups of SMEs use different ways of coping with administrative barriers, which also affects their perception of those barriers.","PeriodicalId":42848,"journal":{"name":"Problemy Zarzadzania-Management Issues","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.2,"publicationDate":"2018-07-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"47946385","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
