Political education is the process of imparting knowledge to the public about state politics and finally implementing it in general election activities. The success or failure of political education carried out by political parties to the public can be seen by the level of community participation in general elections. This study aims to describe people's assessments and preferences for political education conducted by political parties in Indonesia. Descriptive quantitative approaches were used in this research. While testing the hypothesis the Mac Nemar hypothesis on signs and testing changes was used. Based on testing the hypothesis on signs, it was found that more respondents who answered that political education carried out by political parties for the community failed or were not successful were more than respondents who answered that political education carried out by political parties for the community was successful. As an implication, political education carried out by political parties is declared a failure or the function carried out by political parties in conducting political education has not been carried out properly. Based on the Mac Nemar change test hypothesis, it was found that the calculated chi-squared value was 0.167 and this value was smaller than the khai squared value in table 3.841. Relevant definitions of distance education are first discussed in the paper and after, the key provisions of the social constructivism theory in the context of education are presented. Various types of distance education tools, including communication, learning management, content creation, assessment, and artificial intelligence tools are identified in the article, and appropriate provisions of the social constructivism theory that allow for the implementation of these tools are explained. Using the theory of social constructivism as a basis, the article analyses modern distance education tools based on various parameters, including interactivity with peers, interactivity with teachers, engagement, problem-solving, and decision-making. In the article the advantages and disadvantages of using these tools are also examined, their potential to enhance communication, collaboration, and personalised learning, while also acknowledging challenges such as a lack of social interaction, technical difficulties, and pedagogical issues are highlighted. Overall, the article emphasises the need for careful design and regulation to reduce risks and overcome limitations, making distance education a valuable option for both learners and institutions. The used design was the enrollment of pretest posttest non-equivalent control group. The research sample was VIIB class students as the experimental class and VIIC class as the control class who were selected through cluster random sampling technique. The research data was presented in the form of quantitative data, namely the average pretest, posttest, and N-gain values which were then analyzed by statistical t-test with a significance level of 5% using SPSS 22. The results showed that the GIM model media puzzle has a significant effect on students' CTS with an average of N -the experimental class gain was higher (0.45) while the control class (0.22), and sig. 0.00 < 0.0. Online learning is becoming increasingly important, especially with the evolution of new information and communication technologies. Consequently, the purpose of the article is to consider the experience of using and implementing information technology in the educational process, informatization of education, the spread of cloud technology, and the popularization of the use of cloud computing technology. This IT tool is adapted for easier access to a database or services through a secure virtual space. It is also an efficient solution for storing and accessing information at any time. The growth of digital literacy is accompanied by the institutionalization of the use of information and communication technology (ICT) in education. As a result of the process of selection and verification over a large number of scientific papers involved in the topic, only the 20 most current sources from 2018-2022 were selected for this analysis. The paper used scientific methods such as analysis and synthesis. Several examples of cloud computing technology in education were selected for analysis. The synthesis method identified the main drawbacks and The conclusion notes that digital innovation has proven its usefulness in accompanying, enriching, and transforming education, and has the potential to accelerate progress toward the goal of sustainable development for education and transforming overall access to learning. This will help strengthen the quality and relevance of learning, reinforce inclusion, and improve the administration and management of education. The methods of providing distance education, the challenges faced by specialists in higher education, and the advantages of such training of managers are considered. The presented article contains a review of the literature concerning distance learning in administration and public administration published in the last five years. According to the results of the processing of 45 articles presented in scientometric databases (Scopus, Web of Science, Index Copernicus), the trend of comparative analysis of distance and traditional educational models is typical. Research studies mainly focus on specific technologies and the degree of their effectiveness, the number of publications with the study of competencies has been growing only in the last two years. In addition, the predominant method is the analysis of quantitative data on students' academic performance and the adoption of the latest technologies by educators. Accordingly, the novelty of the study lies in highlighting the limitations of the discourse in the problem field: the focus on WEIRD sampling (respondents from Western, educated, industrialized, wealthy, and democratic societies), the lack of a meaningful conceptual framework for competency and self-efficacy research, the lack of qualitative data specific to a particular industry. Therefore, the purpose of the presented work is to determine the elements necessary for the professional development of future managers in a distance learning environment and the degree of their implementation. In the course of the empirical study, the subjective perception of the quality of education in the conditions of distance learning and the compliance of qualifications obtained by students with the requirements of the professional environment in the field of management were analyzed. The research methodology is embodied by exploratory design, which is based on surveys of participants in the educational process and semi-structured interviews of specialists in the field of public administration. The results allowed drawing conclusions about the sufficient level of skills in the digital environment and the sense of satisfaction with the educational process among students and teachers. The main indicator of academic achievement was determined by the content of the curricula, which corresponded to the current trends of professional activity. The objectives include: to carry out a close-open survey in order to distinguish the teaching strategies used in mathematics education; to establish traditional and innovative teaching strategies and describe the difficulties; to assess plausibility of hypothesis and to outline the most efficient teaching strategies. Within the framework of research 28 works published from 2018 to 2022 and devoted to the problems of mathematics education in Indian higher educational institutions were analyzed. A number of legislative documents and teachers’ guidelines were studied in order to outline the government policy on education modernization and the principles of organization of educational process in India. The deductive approach to apply theoretical methods like literature review and analysis of research results was used. Empirical research methods included a close survey, mathematical analysis and statutory interpretation of answers. The numerical data contributed to the assessment of plausibility of hypothesis and proved that innovative teaching strategies make the educational process more effective. The close survey was conducted during 2022-2023 academic year. It includes three stages: preparatory, experiment and final. The close survey involved 216 mathematics teachers from different higher educational institutions throughout India. The results show that traditional teaching strategies are still widely used in Indian educational institutions. Nevertheless innovations are essential to present qualitative changes in the system of education. The following innovative teaching strategies were used: bilingual education, inter-subject links, mobile learning, microteaching, gamification, ICT, flipped classroom, personalized learning. The same trends are characteristic for the development of higher education and all participants involved in this process. The purpose of the article is to analyze the mutual influence of the professional training of future scientific and pedagogical workers and the trends of education digitization. Particularly, the importance of acquiring digital competence was established – the importance of this process was confirmed by the use of content analysis of the literature: search engines found 60 most concerning articles for the years 2015–2023. In the results, materials of empirical and theoretical content were elaborated. It should be noted that students in Ukraine are not enough competent in the use of igital technologies, but some of them have not completely realized the essence of the responsibility and academic integrity regarding the use of various sources. The results also show that there are a number of difficulties (for example, lack of motivation and knowledge about digital competencies) in the professional training of future scientific and pedagogical workers using digital technologies. The conclusions summarize that digital skills will become especially relevant in the future, so the training of teachers and scientists should pay great attention not only to the use of digital technologies and resources in teaching, but also theoretical counseling, the formation of students' ability to critically perceive the digital content. Therefore, the system of professional training of future scientific and pedagogical workers should focus on the formation of digital literacy, critical thinking, and information competence of students. At the same time, the mutual influence on the digitalization of education is possible. The purpose of the study is to analyze the applicants for higher education digital competence based on the features of modern education. In the work were used general scientific methods: analysis, synthesis, deduction. By means of prediction method, further opportunities for the development and improvement of the digital competence of students are characterized. The study contains a systematic literature review on the development of digital competence in higher education students, published over the past decade. Based on a full-text analysis of 20 articles published in known databases, the study identifies the need for developing digital literacy skills in undergraduates. The results define the role and importance of digital competence for future specialists’ formation, outline the structure of digital literacy, highlight the main tasks of digital competence: the creation of digital content, digital culture of communication and cooperation, formation of information control and interpretation skills, etc. Although the digitalization of education is active in Ukraine, but the study highlights the possibilities of its development: improving the legislative framework, state support for the implementation of digital products, the development of digital educational content, the development of innovative material and technical base, etc. To conclude, the effectiveness of the development of digitalization of education is provided by the continuity, consistency, and coherence of preparation for the digital transformation. The research objectives address the close-open survey that outlines the methods currently used in the educational process, selection of the most efficient teaching strategies, and development of the recommendations for the teachers of architectural and artistic disciplines to use combined teaching methodology. For the study, we analyzed 30 recent scientific papers devoted to the problems of the organization of architectural education in Libyan higher educational institutions and abroad including China, Spain, Turkey, Egypt, India, Pakistan, Poland, and UK. We applied a number of research methods including interdisciplinary literature review, generalization of research results on the existing requirements to architectural education and the peculiarities of its organization. Also, we used teachers survey with close-open ended questions to collect objective data on teaching methodology. The survey was conducted among 187 faculty members with different teaching experience in different Libyan higher educational institutions that train future architects during one academic year. All of them participated in the survey voluntarily and answered the questions objectively and openly to further elaborate the appropriate recommendations for the enhancement of educational process. The findings demonstrate that effective and qualitative educational process requires combination of different teaching strategies and methods. The use of combined methodology depends on many factors such as students’ needs, learning objectives, peculiarities of educational environment, employer’s requirements, and pedagogical mastery of teachers. The research proves that the effective teaching methods are productive, informative, satisfying, interactive, innovative; they must consider interdisciplinary links and contribute to improvement of integrated professional competency as well as soft skills. The purpose of the article is to analyze distance learning as a form of organizing the educational process, which is dynamically developing in response to global challenges, from the point of view of an integral approach.   Accordingly, the object of the study is modern forms of distance learning as a way of organizing the educational process. To achieve this goal, an analytical research approach was used that allows correlating and identifying effective solutions taking into account the unique features of the educational system: content analysis (32 items of scientific literature were analyzed), prognostic, systemic, structural methods, as well as methods of specification and abstraction. The empirical data for the study were obtained by using a survey method, which involved 100 higher education students. Its main goal was to determine the readiness of students to perceive distance learning not only as a response to the challenges of quarantine restrictions but also as a separate form of educational activity. The results showed that despite the efforts of teachers and the use of modern digital technologies, students had to study a lot of new educational materials on their own. The transition to distance learning has led to an increase in the importance of homework and independent work compared to traditional forms of educational activities. The majority of respondents noted that despite the increase in the share of online tests and other control activities, the average academic performance has not decreased. It was found that the number of students who improved their performance did not differ from those who used traditional forms of education. As a result, many higher education students expressed the opinion that studying remotely was generally easy, despite all the obstacles. Such a positive assessment allows us to interpret distance learning as a promising and independent vector for the development of future education. The conclusions emphasize that a condition for the further development of distance education is the development of digital technologies that form the basis of the technical implementation of distance learning.
