In this paper, we have proposed to use the YOLOv2 model as a classifier through which we have trained the model using our leaf dataset. In this transfer learning approach our target leaf data set was used to classify leaves as our target task. Both recognition and localization of the leaves are done through this work. Multiple leaves detection and classification is also an achievement of this work. Approximately 96% classification accuracy was achieved to classify the leaves which had also shown a satisfactory localization accuracy also. HSI produces a rich set of both spectral and spatial information for possible recognition of earth materials, minerals and vegetation categories. Since HSI has high dimensional spectral information so that, feature extraction methods has been used to reduce the dimensions. The most widely used feature extraction method Principal Component Analysis (PCA) is applied in HSI for dimension reduction. The aim of this paper is to analyze PCA and its different variants Segmented-PCA (SPCA), Folded-PCA (FPCA), and its nonlinear approach Kernel-PCA (KPCA) for effective feature extraction and classification of HSI. Moreover, the noise adjusted methods Minimum Noise fraction (MNF) and its variants segmented MNF is also studied for comparing the feature extraction methods. For comparing the robustness of the studied methods, two real HSI is used for the experiments. The aim of designing a reversible sorting circuit is to reduce power consumption and reliable communication. Two efficient sorting circuits are presented in this paper which can sort binary numbers in descending order. The proposed circuits includes 3 or 4 inputs where each input consists of 3 bits. Fredkin and Toffoli gates have been used to design the comparator. Fredkin gate has also been used for the proposed switch which generates result bit according to the comparator’s input. The proposed circuit needs 102 primary reversible gates for sorting 3 inputs and 170 gates for 4 inputs, 195 garbage outputs for 3 inputs and 325 garbage outputs for 4 inputs, 510 quantum cost for 3 inputs and 850 quantum cost for 4 inputs and (150α + 246β + 96γ) hardware complexity for 3 inputs and (250 + 410β + 160γ) hardware complexity for 4 inputs. In this modern era, sorting is used in many fields like pulse generation, counting and searching operations. The resonant frequency of this antenna is 3.532 GHz and 6.835 GHz where high realize gain, bandwidth and efficiency are 5.26 dB, 4.35 dB, 8.16%, 6.1% and 99.99%,85% respectively. The overall size of the antenna is 33.5x33.5x1.59. Due to huge number of characters in Unicode, it takes 16 bits to manage the total codes. Each of the language has a block of codes. We describe a technique to compress the 16 bit Unicode Bangla natural text along with English characters by 8-bit encoding. The encoding and decoding schemes consist of two steps. In step1 we replace some frequently used Bangla phrases with the extended ASCII characters and in the second step we assign the ASCII characters by an 8-bit binary value. We create a bit stream by appending the sequence of the binary values that we get after encoding the text. From this bit stream every 16 bit is taken and converted into a Unicode character. It creates an arbitrary sequence of Unicode characters with the values of the encoded bit stream. The scheme guarantees at least 50% compression in the worst case and 63% in the average case. This Unicode character sequence is then stored or transmitted. To decode it, we use the reverse process that was used for encoding. Finally we compare our result with well-known Huffman and LZW algorithm. As a result, their size and user-generated content are growing day-to-day. One of the requirements is to capture such a huge amount of data and analyze them for desired purposes, such as target marketing, recommender system design, open-source intelligence, and cybersecurity. Twitter is one of the most popular social network sites (aka microblogging site) and it is used by almost every person for the news update, information sharing, viral marketing, etc using 280 characters. In this paper, we have applied a text analytics framework to analyze Twitter data at different levels of granularity. One of the distinguishing features of the proposed framework is to exploit both content and structural information for tweets analysis. The proposed framework first models the tweets into a multi-attributed graph, wherein tweets are rep-resented as nodes and inter-tweet relationships are represented as edges. For node labeling, we have used NLP techniques to identify features from tweets, whereas edges are labeled using meta-data (such as hashtags, mentions, followers, etc.) that are common to the tweets connected by the edges. For analyzing the multi-attributed graph, we have considered two algorithms, MAG-Dist and MAG-Sim, to convert the multi-attributed graph into a simple and similarity graph. Finally, we have applied MCL (Markov Clustering) algorithm to cluster the nodes of the multi-attributed graph, each group consisting of a particular subset of tweets representing an event. Surface current density is studied and considered to cover the wider frequency band that is ranging from 3.1 GHz to 13 GHz. The proposed antenna system has a compact electrical size of 0.27λ×0.27λ×0.0083λ at 3.1 GHz. The bandwidth ratio of the proposed antenna is 4.19:1 which is greater than the octave. Owing to their innate wide bandwidth, feasibility and no license requirement, optical wireless communication systems are alluring for providing broadband services.So optical wireless communication renders an unorthodox substitute for radio frequency communication in indoor use and other applications where line of sight communication is viable. The digital voice communication system has been designed for better performance and noise immunity. It also propounds secure data transmission. This work objective is to design efficient 2×2 antenna array at 28 GHz and 38 GHz according to 5G requirements. MPA used widely in wireless technology due to its relatively tiny cost, low profile, and ease of production. On the other hand, evaluating previous work that those antennae covered 5G requirements very poorly. In this work, 2×2 antenna array designed at both 28GHz and 38GHz. For both antenna designs, Foam used as substrate element, substrate height Hs=0.5mm and quarter-wave feeding used as feeding technique. The recommended 2×2 antenna array showed excellence performance having the bandwidth, return loss, realized gain, VSWR and antenna efficiency are 1.3GHz, 61.19 dB, 15.4 dB, 1.001 and 97.97% at 28GHz and 2.49GHz, 52.28 dB, 13.8 dB, 1.005, 97.97% at 38 GHz correspondingly. Many people are trapped inside their house during disaster time and they cannot communicate with others as there is no network coverage. This paper aims to help those affected people by using Wi-Fi communication. We developed a real-time communication system for Android users where they can send a message and make an audio call through Wi-Fi and also develop an alarming system by which we can detect the appropriate location of the affected people. For audio call, we use UDP (User Datagram Protocol) and for messaging we use TCP/IP. When there is an audio call request it starts a peer to peer communication between the users. TCP/IP is used for messaging because this is a connection-oriented protocol which means there is a guarantee of message arrival.
