This is a well-known artificial neural network tool which is widely used for classification and function approximation problems. Our proposed model has special flexibilities and user can deter mine his/her proper parameters such as number of layers and number of neurons in each layer. The learning phase in this network model is online and after this phase, the network starts the operational phase immediately. Unlike some other similar models, in this hardware model there is no restriction on weights of the network. Weights can define as floating point type and synthesize easily. We have implemented the simulation of network described above, in two, three and four layer structure for a problem of numeric patterns recognition. Among them, some questions are very attractive and popular to many users, while some other questions are very tedious and unattractive. In this paper, we aim to identify popular questions in the community QA through modeling question popularity. Three popularity-related features of questions are defined to build the popularity model: (a) potential hits, which reflect how many users are attracted by a question at their first glance; (b) popular terms, from which users find a question attractive; and (c) tedious unpopular terms. The notable characteristic of the proposed framework is extensibility and more features can be incorporated. A large-scale question dataset from a practical community QA website was used to train and test the model. Meanwhile, two well-known classifiers, k-nearest neighbors and support vector machines, were implemented for comparison. How to quickly retrieval the image is a very action research topic in the research of image retrieval based on Web because of the large amount of data required by images. Therefore automatic and efficient indexing is needed for fast content based retrieval, it alleviates the drawback of any manual annotating. The main focus of this study is dimensionality reduction and image index of Web image. First, the paper presents the commonly used methods for image index. Then, it describes how to convert from RGB model to HSV model, and how to extract 72-dimensional feature of image based on HSV color space. In the end, the method about 72-trees for image index is discussed. In this study, using the handwriting recognition technology to confirm user identity and manage security of the door, this is an innovative approach. This system is by smart phones to do the actions of management and control; it is assumed that users from outside the house to go into the house, this system will use two stages to do the work of identity confirmation. The first phase, the user must input the username and password on a smart phone, and then wait for the successful recognition of identity. In the second phase of implementation, the user must use a handwritten way, to write the text or pattern of previous settings on smart phones. After the success of system identification in the second stage, the user will get permission to enter the door and control the electronic lock. Our system can also be modified to use only the second phase of the handwriting recognition to do the identity confirmation. Because some elderly or disabled to input the username and password to the system by a phone keypad, the action of input is very inconvenient. Therefore, our system will be able to improve the above-mentioned deficiencies and strengthen the work of the home security. Users enter a handwriting on the phone, identity confirmation after the success of the door will be opened immediately, which is how easy the system. In this paper, we also use the control circuit module to replace the traditional computer RS-232 interface, and the space occupied is very small. Finally, our research Android and Java programming language, development platform, writing smartphones and Server recognition program, and to implement successful demonstration of a home security system we have developed. Specifications for such systems must be extremely detailed and extensive, with input from professionals who have designed such systems before, and who gained considerable experience from their operations. Since much of the operating environment is not not known in advance, cognitive informatics and computing should play a critical role in the design and operation. This paper describes such a system, the T-Sat1 nanosatellite. The satellite is being developed by undergraduate and graduate students at the University of Manitoba, as an extension of the standard classroom experience. Particular attention is given to the formation and maintenance of a team of teams, including the teams focusing on the satellite subsystems, assembly, integration and testing, as well as the teams of advisors from academia, aerospace industry, other industries, business, military, government, and other organizations such as the radio community. It provides an economical and effective way to machine extremely difficult to cut metals and always have a higher machining rate, better surface roughness and control. In this paper, a new predictive approach called Free Pattern Search (FPS) is used to explicitly modeling the performance of electrochemical machining. FPS is based on the expression tree of gene expression programming (GEP) to encode the individuals and express them to a non-determinative tree using a fixed length individual. FPS is inspired by Pattern Search (PS) and Free Search (FS), and it hybrids a scatter manipulator to keep the diversity of the population. Three machining parameters, the feed rate, voltage and flow rate of electrolyte are used as the independent input variables when prediction the material remove rate, surface roughness and over cut. Experiments are conducted to verify the performance of FPS and FPS obtains good results in prediction. The predictive model found by FPS agrees with the experimental results well. People who enter into a new culture or unfamiliar social situation don't know how to behave toward other people. Queuing is a good example behavior of intercultural interaction in a human crowd. This research aims to develop a system that can help users learn a different culture of nonverbal interaction using a simulated crowd. Users can learn how to engage in interaction or imitate queuing behavior in different styles from a simulated human crowd. The human recognition and body interaction section describe the hypothesis of participants' acceptance and feedback. The video and interactive-game environment are discussed and the setting example scenario are shown. The comparative discussion shows the interactive-game is cover the participants' acceptant and feedback. The queuing behavior coding is designed from the posture scoring system. An immersive environment is used for 360 degrees viewing. Learners can observe the agents' behavior in the scenario via immersive display and can interact with the agents by using their body. The FAtiMA emotion agent architecture is applied in the agent's behavioral interaction planning. Preliminary work is shown. However, translate result shows that as a matter of course, the fact that Japanese and Uighur are different languages does not allow us to apply the word-for-word translation in a straightforward way. Even though Japanese and Uighur language has many similarities, but there are also some linguistic differences cause serious problems to the word for word translation. In fact, as straightforward word-for-word Japanese-Uighur translation sometimes yields unnatural Uighur sentences. To raise the translation accuracy, we propose a word-for-word translation system using subject verb agreement in Uighur. After a brief introduction to the comparative study of Japanese-Uyghur grammars, morphology and syntax, we explain our developing of a word to word rule base system. The coverage of this rule base system and the rules for translation are explained.
