Based on the results of the system analysis, problems and shortcomings of the processes of functioning of electric power systems were identified, for the elimination of which the use of an intelligent information electric power system was proposed. In this work, the principles and requirements for the creation and application are formed, and the structure of the intelligent information electric power system is developed, which includes the subsystem of support, databases, knowledge and functional blocks, and tasks. Using the methods of system analysis and information processing, a block diagram of the information support of intelligent information electric power systems has been developed. {"title":"Исследование процесса и аппарата окончательной дистилляции мисцеллы растительного масла на математических и компьютерных моделях","authors":"Фахриддин Юсупович Хабибов","doi":"10.47813/2782-2818-2022-2-2-0241-0250","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.47813/2782-2818-2022-2-2-0241-0250","url":null,"abstract":"С развитием компьютерной техники, технологии моделирования и программного обеспечения появляется возможность их широкого применения при аналитических исследованиях химико-технологических процессов.  Исследование технологических процессов на компьютерной модели основано на формальной логике, способствующей определению основных влияющих факторов изучаемого объекта. Окончательная дистилляция хлопкового масла относится к процессам перегонки с помощью острого пара, при котором перенос массы происходит между жидкой и паровой фазами. Для составления компьютерной модели технологического процесса разработаны математические описания каждого процесса и подпроцесса. Обобщением получена полная математическая модель процесса окончательной дистилляции мисцеллы хлопкового масла. Разработан алгоритм исследования компьютерной модели процесса, протекающего на новой конструкции трехступенчатого дистиллятора. Компьютерная модель разработана для трехступенчатого аппарата, в котором выходные значения первой ступени будут входными для второй ступени и т.д. Анализируется применение современных режущих инструментов для придания деталям машин точных размеров, чистой поверхности, на что существенно влияет выбор материалов для металлорежущих инструментов. Показано, что проблемы, возникающие при взаимодействии обрабатываемой детали и инструмента, ограничивают производительность процессов механической обработки, так как они способствуют ухудшению качества поверхности, преждевременному повреждению и поломке режущих инструментов, а также износу механических частей технологической системы обработки. It analyzes the operating principle and types of baking machines at the enterprise of primary processing of wool. The disadvantages of baking machines affecting the product are considered. The principle of work and the design of new baking machines for the manufacture of quality products are proposed. The article provides information about the technology of primary processing of wool. Studied the mechanisms of machines for the production of wool and identified their design flaws. The designs and sizes of the pegs of the peg drum are analyzed. The designs of the loosening machines used in the loosening process were studied. The types and principles of baking machines working at the enterprises of primary processing of wool are analyzed. The technical characteristics of the machines are given. The negative aspects of the details of the mechanical impact on the product are noted. Defects of baking machines and their effect on the product are explained. The design and operational principle of a new spraying machine for the preparation of high-quality products is proposed. The proposed characteristics of the machine have high performance, structural design, impact on the product, low energy consumption, energy efficiency and effective loosening. In this machine, the optimal version of parts that have a positive effect on the natural characteristics of the product is selected.\u0000The designs of the loosening machines used in the loosening process were studied. The fabric of overalls for industrial workers used in the clothing industry has been studied. Taking into account that working clothes are made from these fabrics, studies were carried out to ensure that the fabrics meet the requirements of the state standard. At the same time, the quality indicators of textile fabrics made of cotton and blended fabrics are taken into account.
