In this work, the principles and requirements for the creation and application are formed, and the structure of the intelligent information electric power system is developed, which includes the subsystem of support, databases, knowledge and functional blocks, and tasks. Using the methods of system analysis and information processing, a block diagram of the information support of intelligent information electric power systems has been developed. 摘要

本文对现有电力系统的功能进行了系统的分析。在系统分析的基础上,指出了电力系统运行过程中存在的问题和不足,并提出了采用智能信息电力系统来消除这些问题。在本工作中,形成了智能信息电力系统创建和应用的原则和要求,并制定了智能信息电力系统的结构,包括支撑子系统、数据库子系统、知识和功能块子系统、任务子系统。运用系统分析和信息处理的方法,绘制了智能信息电力系统的信息支撑框图。本文还提出了提高控制对象潜在能力利用效率的一般目标,以及智能信息电力系统控制决策形成和采用的主要功能。
