To support more flexible channel usage of TV white spaces, this paper investigates non-contiguous channel bonding via NC-OFDM (Non-Continuous OFDM) technique. The system model of NC-OFDM transmission for non-contiguous channel bonding is presented and the system performance is studied by simulation. It elaborates on the importance of self-organizing Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) in designing IOT appliances and proposes original designing ideas. Traditional IOT appliances are controlled through wireline facilities. Besides the high installation cost and poor scalability of the system, it is difficult for men to break away from shackles of various lines. Nevertheless, IOT appliances based on self-organizing WSNs can not only cast off lines and lower the cost, but also improve the scalability of the system a lot. Therefore it is essential to study IOT appliances on account of WSNs in smart homes. The paper discusses the wireless module selection in the self-organizing WSNs nodes, the design of multiAgent in the nodes and the overall structure of WSNs. This paper analyzes the experimental results and selection suggestions of query ways are recommended later. But, in some applications, there is no need of 100% communication reliability (CR). Active caching is a novel scheme which can satisfy the flexible CR. However, in this scheme, only caching nodes can detect missing packets, so the retransmission efficiency is low. In this paper, we propose a more efficient scheme named OAC (optimized active caching) which exploits the broadcasting nature of wireless communication to detect packet loss. The results based on simulation show that the proposed scheme has advantages in retransmission counts and time-delay. This paper briefly introduce the statistical characteristics of alpha stable distribution, analyses the fractional order correlation matrix structure through the definition of the fractional p-order correlation, proposes a new method of frequency estimation under alpha-stable noise conditions based on the traditional ESPRIT method. This paper applied FAHP to analyze the factors affecting decision-making of using personnel online banking. Through constructing the evaluation indicator system of intention of using personal online banking, adopting Delphi method to collect data, and using fuzzy AHP method to calculate the weights and sorting orders of indicators at all levels, the paper arrived at the sorting order of importance of the factors affecting the intention of using personal internet banking in the following proper sequence: flexibility (16.55 %), financial risk (15.56%), low binding (14.60%), privacy risk (11.38%), perceived ease of use (10.57%), consumer innovation (9.71%), perceived usefulness (8.90%), compatibility (7.14%), subjective norm (6.12%).
