The model controls traffic-light systems to reduce traffic congestion and help vehicles with high priority pass through. A fuzzy neural network (FNN) calculates the traffic-light system and extends or terminates the green signal according to the traffic situation at the given junction while also computing from adjacent intersections. In the presence of public transports, the system decides which signal(s) should be red and how much of an extension should be given to green signals for the priority-based vehicle. The system also monitors the density of car flows and makes real-time decisions accordingly. In order to verify the proposed design algorithm, we adapted the simulations of sumo, ns2, and GLD to our model, and further results depict the performance of the proposed FNN in handling traffic congestion and priority-based traffic. This architecture relies on four lightweight open-sourcing frameworks of Struts, Spring and Hibernate. Meanwhile, it refers to service-oriented architecture thoughts, adopts Browser/Server/Service architecture and makes use of PHPRPC to realize the system coupling and reliable data exchange. It supports dynamic access to the sensing network. SNG, SSA, RS data flow diagram, external interface, and data structures are also presented in this paper. Based on the theory of relational matrix, the method obtains an R_schedule to meet all the time constraints. The proposed antenna was printed on a FR4 substrate which is intended to be pasted onto the windshield of a car. The antenna has an overall size of 50 mm × 40 mm × 0.5 mm and consists of a semicircular slot and a rectangular-shaped ground plane, it can generate resonant mode at about 1.575 and 2.3385 GHz respectively. A 50-Ω coaxial mini-cable is employed to feed the antenna via a CPW structure. Furthermore, the time complexity of the image erosion algorithm involved is improved. Existing text similarity algorithm has many disadvantages when used in Chinese news-texts, we propose a more suitable and effective news-text similarity algorithm. This paper uses the Chinese word segmentation technology, and based on this kind of news-text similarity comparison and improved vector space model is applied to the algorithm.
