Teenagers, including college students use these applications to communicate their problems and seek solutions. This study aims to describe final year students' experiences in using these applications. This study evaluates the effectiveness of an online mental health consultation service through the perceptions of 118 users, utilizing a Likert scale across three key dimensions: usefulness, usability, also integration and infrastructure. The findings indicate a generally positive reception of the service.  In the usefulness dimension, the service scored well in terms of meeting advertised expectations, maintaining consistent quality, fostering optimism, providing clarity on mental health issues, and making users feel at ease. The usability dimension highlighted the enjoyable nature of the application and its benefits, though it revealed a need for improvement in accessibility for users with disabilities. The integration and infrastructure dimension reflected positively on the service's intuitive design and user-friendliness, with high scores in data confidentiality, responsiveness of counsellors, clarity of communication, and effectiveness in addressing user issues. Meanwhile, in the same year, it was recorded that 65.15% of the people of Central Java Province owned cell phones. Some factors play an essential role in shaping adolescents' ethical views regarding mobile phones and social media use. This study aimed to analyze the factors that influence ethics by using mobile phones and social media in adolescents aged 13-15 years in Semarang. This study uses a quantitative method with Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis. The theory used in this study is the theory of Uses and Gratification, Diffusion Innovation of Technology, and Ethical Systems. Primary data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The sampling technique used with the method of accidental sampling. The study results show a relationship between adolescents' mobile phone use and social media use by adolescents with the social interaction they receive. Active involvement in online interactions can have an impact on adolescent ethics, this is reflected in aspects of self-satisfaction. Besides that, emotional satisfaction factors such as feelings of pleasure and satisfaction in online interactions affect the formation of adolescent ethics. This study also reveals that the ethical model of adolescents is influenced by two main dimensions, namely fairness and utilitarian ethics. Tujuan diciptakannya media sosial adalah mulai dari sarana komunikasi hingga menjadi wadah untuk berbagi foto. Di media sosial, berbagi foto digital dianggap lebih efektif dalam mengekspresikan diri pengguna dibanding berbagi status lewat teks. Daya tangkap audiens media sosial lebih cepat ketika informasi disampaikan melalui foto digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana motivasi pengguna membagikan foto digitalnya di media sosial dan faktor kepribadian yang melatar belakanginya. Berdasarkan kajian literatur, masih jarang dijumpai penelitian yang menghubungkan motivasi berbagi foto digital dengan kepribadian pengguna media sosial. Total empat informan terpilih setelah melalui proses pencarian dan seleksi berdasarkan kriteria. Penelitian ini menggunakan tiga metode pengumpulan data yaitu obeservasi tidak langsung, wawancara semi terstruktur, dan studi literatur. Data penelitian yang sudah terkumpul kemudian diberikan kode dengan tiga tahapan pengkodean yaitu open, axial, dan selective coding. Data hasil pengkodean selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan analisis tematik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, motivasi memori, ekspresi diri, dan pemeliharaan hubungan adalah tiga motivasi teratas seseorang berbagi foto digitalnya di media sosial. This phenomenon also emboldens brands with religious symbolism to conduct offensive marketing, namely Rabbani. This research further investigates the integration of religious commodification and offensive marketing conducted by the Rabbani brand. This research utilized a qualitative and descriptive approach through the case study of Rabbani offensive marketing. The findings of this research are Rabbani has benefitted from religious commodification practices. This in turn emboldens Rabbani to engage in offensive marketing by attacking Muslim women who did not wear the veil. This research implies that religious commodification could also bring a negative impact, especially if this practice is coupled with offensive marketing. Berbagai Regulasi yang dilakukan mulai dari Perbup sampai Perdes terkait stunting perlu dikomunikasikan lebih intens dan interaktif. Penelitian ini fokus terhadap pola komunikasi dan inovasi yang dilakukan dalam analisis struktural fungsional, dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif fenomenologi melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola komunikasi yang dilakukan adalah pola rantai (chain) atau komunikasi hierarki dan pola komunikasi Y melalui perantara staf atau pihak ketiga dengan model komunikasi Shannon & Weaver dalam proses penyampaian informasi. Inovasi program dilakukan seperti sawer telur oleh UPTD, membentuk PIKR dan Tribina (Bina Keluarga Balita, Lansia dan Remaja) oleh tim pendamping keluarga (TPK). The stigma given to the indigenous religious believers negatively results in personal and social relationships eventually influencing the believers’ life aspects. Thus, the stigma management communication strategies of the believers are essential when interacting with other people in their environments. This research depicts how indigenous religious believers manage the stigma of living in society. It was conducted in Banyumas, Central Java, Indonesia. The 28 groups of believers were listed on Majelis Luhur Kepercayaan Terhadap Tuhan YME (MLKI) of Banyumas. The study used a phenomenological approach. The data were collected through in-depth interviews with 10 participants from some communities of believers. Seventeen years participants were selected using a snowball sampling technique. The researchers then classified them into some categories based on the predetermined themes. The research finding showed that stigma limited the believers’ interactions with non-believers. Djoko Tjandra and Pinangki Sirna Malasari, who were caught in corruption and bribery cases, received a reduced sentence in the appeal stage at the DKI Jakarta High Court. Meanwhile, Juliari Peter Batubara, a former social minister who was caught in a corruption case involving social assistance funds (bansos) received leniency and was only sentenced to 11 years in prison by the KPK. News about corruption in Indonesia has a high news value in society. Therefore, various media provide their own portion in reporting discounts on corruptor punishments. In providing information to the public, the media select the facts of an event that they believe is important according to the interests of the media themselves. This study discusses how the media framed the discount case for corruptors' punishment in the talkshows Mata Najwa and Satu Meja The Forum. The purpose of this study is to find out how the two media perceive, understand, construct and frame these socio-political problems. This study uses Zhongdang Pan and Gerald M. Kosicki's framing analysis with syntactic, script, thematic, and rhetorical analysis structures. The results of this study indicate that there are differences in the construction of reality between the talkshow Mata Najwa and Satu Meja The Forum in reporting the same event. Mata Najwa shows his alignment with the community by emphasizing reporting on the human interest side. As the country’s second-largest energy consumer behind the transportation sector, industrial’s consumption is massively dominated by non-renewable energy and the lack of adequate energy waste management. Organizations need to build employee readiness to change toward energy sustainability. Leadership is reasonably a significant predictor of organizational change readiness (RtC). Religious commitment (RC) emerges as a personal motivator for pro-environmental behaviour because individuals perceive looking after nature and the environment as adhering to religious values and teachings. The society of Indonesia views religiosity as a virtue and values social hierarchy as one of the most substantial social structures. Accordingly, this study aims to examine the predictive roles of leadership and RC on organizational RtC and the features in communicating both predictors in change leadership. A mix-method approach was carried out by delivering questionnaires (N=257), conducting interviews, and focus group discussions with 35 managers and employees in the textile industry. A significant influence of leadership on RtC is found, strengthened by the impact of RC. Efforts to reconcile the warring parties often fail. Alternative mediation actually comes from Jakmania which offers a new narrative to create peace through collaboration with conflicting parties. This study aims to analyze collaborative communication practices in mediating conflicts between street gangs in Johar Baru Sub-District. To answer the research objectives, this study used a qualitative approach with the case study method. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with several informants concerned with peace in Johar Baru Sub-District. The results show that the actors involved in conflict mediation are diverse, including security forces, government officials, community forums, and Jakmania. The deadlock in mediation by the police, RW heads and opinion leaders opened up space for 'fringe' actors, namely Jakmania to mediate, and succeed because peace became more lasting/ maintained. The key to Jakmania's success was the use of collaboration, not contestation. Collaborative communication practices by Jakmania are implemented through the stages of persuasion, dialogue and collaborative communication at the same time. This study concludes that fringe actors such as football club supporter can be alternative mediators in resolving conflicts. This research contributes to: First, the use of collaborative communication as part of strategic communication in communication science. The method uses critical discourse analysis to uncover the invisible power, interests, and ideology behind the contents and elements of the articles and the production of a text on Tempo Newspaper and Media Indonesia. The findings that Media Indonesia's ideology in reporting the revision of the KPK Law is based on the political interests of the media owners, thus in this case, Media Indonesia considers the revision of the KPK Law as an effort to improve and strengthen the performance of the KPK with a pro-government narrative. Meanwhile, Tempo's ideology in reporting the revision of the KPK Law was based on elite interests, so the ideology used was investigative ideology by building a criticizing narrative based on the facts found.
