To this aim, we adopt Propensity Score Matching (PSM) and Difference-in-Differences (DID) techniques to construct treatment models. The results show that exporting encourages firms’ employment significantly. It fills the gap in the literature since it is one of the first studies conducted performing a unit root test that considers structural change and nonlinearity for all OECD countries. Ekonomi okuryazarlığı, toplumun her kesiminin bilmesi gereken ekonomik olayları yorumlayabilme ve rasyonel karar verme becerisidir. Bu çalışmada, gelir düzeyi sabit ve eğitim düzeyi yüksek olan kamu personelinin ekonomi okuryazarlık düzeylerinin tespit edilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmada, kamu personelinin neredeyse %85’inin ekonomik ve finansal gelişmeleri yakından takip ettiği ve tüm ekonomi okuryazarlığı alt grup düzeylerinde de iyi seviyede oldukları görülmüştür. İşsizlik oranı üzerinde sendikalaşma oranının negatif, ticari açıklık oranı ile kamu nihai tüketim harcamalarının ise pozitif bir etkisi olduğu saptanmıştır. A multiple-group analysis was conducted to determine the moderating effect of household income. The study sample included 669 people who participated in the labour market in Kocaeli; were recruited using convenience sampling. The findings showed a significant negative correlation between social exclusion and well-being. This effect was higher for those below the hunger threshold, indicating that, with increased social exclusion, there is a more significant adverse effect on well-being. The main concern is to document whether the presence of herd investing and the level of market efficiency changed between pre-vaccination (i.e., 9 December 2019 - 8 December 2020) and post-vaccination (i.e., 9 December 2020 - 6 January 2022). The generalised Hurst exponents are calculated through multifractal detrended fluctuation analysis. Overall, the empirical results show multifractality for each vaccine stock during the COVID-19 outbreak. Besides, the efficiency level differs among the vaccine stocks based on multifractal properties. The results indicate that the post-vaccination period is more prone to herd investing in BioNTech and Moderna stocks. To realise this aim, research was carried out in the textile sector operating in the province of Uşak. As a result of the study, it was concluded that psychological well-being has a mediating effect on the effect of managerial support on employee performance, but personnel empowerment has no mediating effect. Our results show that a negative oil supply shock affects the stock returns of clean energy companies positively. In contrast, an oil-specific demand shock negatively affects them. The findings also reveal that an increase in oil prices owing to an oil-specific demand shock tends not to improve the stock returns of oil and gas companies. Çalışma, BİST 100 endeksinde işlem gören ve 2015-2021 yılları arasında düzenli olarak sürdürülebilirlik raporlaması yayımlayan 23 adet işletme şeklinde toplam 163 adet gözlemden oluşmaktadır. Çalışmada, dinamik panel tahmin yöntemlerinden biri olan Genelleştirilmiş Momentler Metodu kullanılmıştır. Çalışma sonuçlarına göre, ilişkili taraf borçlarının firma değeri üzerinde pozitif yönde, ilişkili taraf satışlarının ve alımlarının ise firma değeri üzerinde negatif yönde bir etkisi vardır.
