Uslu","doi":"10.17233/sosyoekonomi.2023.02.18","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.17233/sosyoekonomi.2023.02.18","url":null,"abstract":"Bu çalışma popülizm olgusu üzerindeki liberal ve ampirik özellikleri baskın olan çağdaş siyaset bilimi literatürünün pek de yeni olmadığını ve Soğuk Savaş dönemi Amerikan sosyal bilimleri tarafından üretilen popülizm anlayışını yeniden tahkim etmeye çalıştığını ileri sürmektedir. 1950’li yıllardaki Amerikan revizyonizm okulu tarafından başlatılan tartışmalarda popülizm kavramı tarihsel bağlamından kopartılarak ve olumsuz özellikler yüklenerek oldukça pejoratif bir içerik kazanmıştır. Çağdaş literatür Soğuk Savaş döneminin ikiz totaliterler düşüncesini, neoliberal iktisat politikalarının yaygınlaşmaya başlaması ve Sosyalizmin çöküşünden sonra, aşırılıklar teorisine dönüştürerek, merkez neoliberal politikalardan her sapmanın popülizm olarak etiketlenip, bir tehdit olarak anlaşılmasına yol açmıştır. Hegemonik olan bu normatif yönelim sebebi ile çağdaş siyaset bilimi literatürü popülizm olgusunun özneleri ve aktörleri ve artmakta olduğu düşünülen popülist iktidar ile ne yapılacağı konusunda önemli katkılar sunmakla birlikte, hiç de tesadüf olmayan bir şekilde, popülist iktidar ilişkilerinin toplumsal bağlamı hakkında ise büyük oranda sessiz kalmaktadır. It is the responsibility of each person to assess the waste generated correctly. Recycling is an applicable option for environmental protection. This study defines university students' recycling behaviours based on the Theory of Planned Behaviour using Structural Equation Modelling. The results of the study, it is found that subjective norms and perceived behaviour control have a significant impact on students' recycling behaviour. In the study, annual data from 2010 to 2021 was employed. The Arellano-Bond GMM first differences and Pooled Data approach were used as models. The coefficient of the variable measuring financial innovation in the banking industry was significant and positive for the regions and provinces. The findings suggest that the banking sector's innovative goods and services, led by technical advancements and globalisation, contribute positively to the economies of certain Turkish regions and provinces. Bununla birlikte, sürdürülebilirlik sorunlarına dair küresel ölçekte düzenlemelerin yetersiz oluşu, bu konudaki sorumluluğun tüketicilere yüklenmesine sebep olmaktadır. Ancak, bazı tüketiciler kaygılarına rağmen sürdürülebilir markalardan alışveriş yapmakta zorlanmaktadır. Bu araştırmada, giyim endüstrisinin çevre ve çalışanlar üzerindeki olumsuz etkilerine yönelik tüketicilerin kaygı seviyelerini artırabilecek faktörler incelenmiştir. Online anket yöntemi ile Türkiye’de 372 hızlı moda tüketicisinden veri elde edilmiştir. Analiz sonuçlarına göre tüketici kaygısı, sorunlara yönelik sosyal medya paylaşımlarına maruz kalma, sorunların varlığına dair inanç ve algılanan bilgi ile artmaktadır. However, in the literature, besides the view that foreign aid encourages economic performance, opinions suggest that it has adverse effects on recipient countries. Some ideas argue that the positive impact of foreign aid in recipient countries depends on the institutional quality level of the nations. We examine the relationships between foreign aid, the quality of governance, and economic growth using the dynamic panel data analysis method. The empirical analysis includes samples of 78 low-income countries that used foreign aid from 2000-2019. According to the findings, foreign aid affects economic growth negatively in sample countries. In addition, we find a positive relationship between the quality of governance and economic growth. The financial performance ranking results obtained by the ARAS method are similar to the BrandFinance brand valuation ranking. Birincisi, Türkiye’de dolaylı vergilerin hanehalkı gelir ve harcamaları içindeki paylarını hesaplamaktır. Diğeri, harcama ve gelir yöntemine göre Katma Değer Vergisi (KDV) ve Özel Tüketim Vergisi (ÖTV) için artan oranlılığı ölçmektir. Analizler, Türkiye İstatistik Kurumu tarafından derlenen 2004-2019 dönemine ait Hanehalkı Bütçe Araştırmalarından elde edilen veriler kullanılarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. KDV ve ÖTV’nin artan oranlılığı Kakwani artan oranlılık endeksi ile ölçülmüştür. Elde edilen bulgular, harcama yöntemine göre KDV’nin artan oranlı olduğunu gösterirken gelir yöntemine göre azalan oranlı olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. Virtual worlds allow participants to buy and sell virtual goods and services using virtual currency. Therefore, virtual world transactions bring large amounts of income. In countries that have adopted the recommendations of OECD and G20 countries, tax regulations have begun to be made on the subject. The study aims to discuss the taxation problems arising due to the incredible number of users spending time in virtual game worlds. In the study, Turkish and US tax regulations were examined. Through simple random sampling, 318 nurses working in university hospitals in the TRC1 Region were reached. As a result of the analysis, a positive linear and significant relationship was determined between communication and information sharing and organisational ambidexterity. Bu amaçla çalışmada yatırım, tasarruf, gelir, tüketim ve verimlilik değişkenleri otoregresif dağıtılmış gecikme sınır testi yaklaşımıyla analiz edilmiştir. Yapılan analizde üç model kurulmuştur. Bağımlı değişken olarak yatırımın ele alındığı birinci modelde değişkenler arasında eşbütünleşme ilişkisine rastlanmıştır. Dolayısıyla birinci modele göre, Türkiye’de kapalı çember teorisinin geçerli olmadığı anlaşılmıştır fakat bağımlı değişken olarak tüketimin ele alındığı ikinci model ile bağımlı değişken olarak verimliliğin ele alındığı üçüncü modelde değişkenler arasında eşbütünleşme ilişkisine rastlanmamıştır.
