Proper education regarding physical activity arranged for them is necessary to keep them healthy and active. A quasi-experimental study was conducted to educate school-going female adolescents about the importance and benefits of physical activity. Female adolescents from 10-15 years of age were selected by using a cluster-sampling technique. The sample size was 108 individuals. The study was conducted in two schools of Lahore, a government, and a private school. The study duration was six weeks. Data collection was done by selfstructured questionnaire. The study had 3 phases, first pre-testing, and then interventional phase in which nutrition education was given to students, and after a one-week gap post-testing was done through the same questionnaire. A paired sample t-test was used to analyze data. There was a significant association (p=0.001) showed in results between pre- and post-knowledge, attitude, and practice (KAP) among school-age female adolescents. This study concluded that nutrition intervention has a positive impact on students. Schools should have a proper setup for teaching their students regarding the importance of physical activity and its sound effects on health for the betterment of the community.","PeriodicalId":426715,"journal":{"name":"June-2020","volume":"34 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130935603","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Face recognition is included as an inevitable pre-processing step for face recognition. Face recognition itself has to face difficulties and challenges because sometimes some form of issue is quite different from human face recognition. There are two stages used for the human face recognition process, i.e. face detection, where this process is very fast in humans. In the first phase, the person stored the face image in the database from a different angle. The person's face image storage with the help of Eigenvector value depended on components - face coordinates, face index, face angles, eyes, nose, lips, and mouth within certain distances and positions with each other.\u0000There are two types of methods that are popular in currently developed face recognition patterns, the Cascade Classifier method and the Eigenface Algorithm. Facial image recognition The Eigenface method is based on the lack of dimensional space of the face, using principal component analysis for facial features. The discrete Haar transform that is very useful in many signal and image processing applications can be also calculated by the fast paired transform. The Haar transform can be considered as the particular case of the paired transforms, namely the 2-paired transform. In this research a Novel Fast algorithm for Haar transform is developed using paired transform: Paired Fast Haar Transform (Paired FHT). For illustration purposes relation between the Haar and paired transforms are described using the examples for 16, 8, 4 – point transforms are analyzed in detail. It is a hybrid protocol, uses both the greedy forwarding approach and the carry-store-and-forward approach to ensure the connectivity of the routes. Our solution to situations, when the network is sparse and when any (source or intermediate) node left its initial position, makes this protocol better in city scenarios. We only consider Vehicle to-Vehicle (V2V) communication in which both the source and destination nodes are moving vehicles. The paradigm of cross-layer design has been introduced as an alternative to pure layered design to develop communication protocols. Cross-layer design allows information to be exchanged and shared across layer boundaries in order to enable efficient and robust protocols. There has been several research efforts that validated the importance of cross-layer design in vehicular networks.","PeriodicalId":426715,"journal":{"name":"June-2020","volume":"25 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123273319","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
