Therefore, seek the participation of your clients in these portals through actions such as reactions, comments and shared content (metrics that represent eWOM). Although there are studies that vary the effects of the characteristics of the publications on the performance of eWOM, there are no investigations that identify the appropriate amount of emojis and characters in brand publications to generate greater interaction. Through a negative binomial regression model, the present study establishes the effects of emojis and the extension of the message on user participation on Facebook. The findings reveal that an increase in the number of emojis and characters has positive effects on eWOM actions. Para ello se hizo uso de la minería de datos y de texto de las publicaciones indexadas en Scopus que se refieren a co-creación, innovación y clientes en el periodo mencionado. Se emplearon herramientas como VOSviewer y Bibliometrix, y se encontró que otras áreas asociadas con co-creación, innovación y clientes corresponden a ventas, negocios, compromiso, desarrollo de productos y ventaja competitiva. En América Latina, México sobresale por su producción y citaciones. Fue posible descubrir temáticas emergentes que aún necesitan desarrollo en el estudio tales como marketing, cadena de suministro, co-creación e innovación de servicios. © 2020 Fundación Universitaria Konrad Lorenz. The methodological design was quantitative, explanatory, observational and transversal. To do this, it took 407 young entrepreneurs from SMEs in the state of Guanajuato, Mexico. According to the findings, entrepreneurship and innovation management had a positive and significant influence on the company’s results. Likewise, the management of the enterprise positively and significantly influenced innovation. empresarial, pymes. El objetivo de la investigación tuvo como finalidad identificar si existe influencia conjunta entre la gestión del emprendimiento y la innovación sobre el rendimiento de las pymes mexicanas. El diseño metodológico fue cuantitativo, explicativo, observacional y transversal. Para ello, se tomó de 407 jóvenes emprendedores de las pymes del estado de Guanajuato, México. De acuerdo con los hallazgos, la gestión del emprendimiento y la innovación influyeron de manera positiva y significativa sobre los resultados de la empresa. Esta inquietud se originó por el interés de conocer la evolución en la rigurosidad de la debida práctica de la etnografía para obtener conocimiento del consumidor en el marketing. Se presenta una respuesta a la pregunta de investigación, basada en una revisión documental sobre el desarrollo histórico de su uso empresarial en el escenario global y nacional. Se plantean contrastes y similitudes mediante comparación de características y de fenómenos sociales estudiados, que permitieron establecer que la integración aún se encuentra en construcción tanto de forma presencial como digital; así como que la legitimidad de los resultados se cuestionan dadas la menor dedicación de tiempo y la fragmentación de la convivencia con los actores del fenómeno social bajo estudio, que inciden sobre el rigor en la aplicación del método científico y sobre la viabilidad económica del proyecto de negocios. © 2019 Fundación Universitaria Konrad Lorenz.
