El diseño de la investigación se ejecutó siguiendo el Modelo de Gestión por Competencias, (Lévy-Leboyer, 1992), la Influencia de las TIC en la Definición de un Perfil de Liderazgo Organizacional (Sarell, 2013) y la Gestión Dinámica de Conocimiento Organizacional (Mirabal, 2015). El producto de este trabajo son habilidades (soft skills) orientadas, principalmente, a una adecuación del personal, la organización del trabajo, el desarrollo de flexibilidad y la adaptación al Cambio con el manejo de las TIC en la gestión del conocimiento.<br><br><b>English Abstract:</b> In order to optimize knowledge management and innovation processes through efficiency in the use of resources and efficiency in response capacity, this research is presented where a mixed model is applied, consisting of a documentary review and an exchange with experts in the application of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in knowledge management. The design of the research was carried out following the Competency Management Model (Lévy-Leboyer, 1992), the Influence of ICT in the Definition of an Organizational Leadership (Sarell, 2013) and the Dynamic Management of Organizational Knowledge (Mirabal, 2015). Esta técnica, en tiempos de tecnología, adquiere un inmensurable valor y por ello requiere de un régimen jurídico que además de sancionar las conductas ilícitas promueva la sana competencia, la innovación y la transferencia de conocimientos. El estudio aborda el estado de la técnica del secreto empresarial en Venezuela. La metodología utilizada fue teórica, explicativa y documental bibliográfica. La realidad en universidades, entes del Estado y el sector empresarial del país demuestran que el secreto empresarial no es conocido ni siquiera por sus principales interesados quienes ignoran su valor y forma de protegerlo. Además, no existe un sistema de normas que lo desarrolle de acuerdo con los estándares internacionales. Se concluye que esta realidad puede revertirse si los sectores involucrados convergen en normar adecuadamente la materia.<br><br><b>English Abstract:</b> There are companies that use the trade secret in order to achieve a competitive advantage in the market. This technique, in times of technology, acquires an immeasurable value and therefore requires a legal system that, in addition to sanctioning illicit behaviors, promotes healthy competition, innovation and the transfer of knowledge. The study addresses the state of the art of the trade secret in Venezuela. The methodology used was theoretical, explanatory and bibliography. The reality in universities, state entities and the business sector of the country show that even its main stakeholders who ignore its value and how to protect it do not know the trade secret. Furthermore, there is no legal system that develops it according to an international law. Primeiramente, a destruição criativa, que tem como propósito explicar o surgimento de novos produtos e processos a partir de inovações que desestruturam o mercado criativamente. Segundo, a inovação disruptiva, que busca entender a razão da falência de grandes empresas, posicionando-se como inovações que causam ruptura. Terceiro, a economia compartilhada, que não se caracteriza como um tipo de inovação como as anteriores, mas se insere como um modelo de negócio inovador que altera a forma como as pessoas e organizações interagem por meio do compartilhamento e da tecnologia. Como principal resultado é possível nota que em todos os casos é possível observar a repetição de três fenômenos, a competitividade e dinâmica de mercado, o avanço tecnológico e as mudanças no padrão de consumo. <br><br><b>English Abstract:</b> Since an evolutionary perspective from the conceptual point of view, this article aims analyze three concepts in the area of Innovation, Technology and Entrepreneurship. Firstly, creative destruction, whose purpose is to explain the emergence of new products and processes from innovations that deconstruct creatively the market. Second, disruptive innovation, which seeks to understand the reason for the bankruptcy of large companies, positioning themselves as innovations that cause rupture. Third, the shared economy, which is not characterized as a kind of innovation like the previous ones, but forms part of an innovative business model that changes the way people and organizations interact through sharing and technology. Para desagregar la eficiencia, se analizó el desempeño de los alumnos dentro del colegios para obtener la eficiencia atribuible al propio estudiante. Luego, se analizó el desempeño de los alumnos dentro de todos los colegios para determinar la eficiencia total del estudiante. Los resultados muestran que los estudiantes pertenecientes a colegios rurales son un 7% más ineficientes que los pertenecientes a colegios urbanos. De igual manera, se encontró que la mayor contribución a la ineficiencia es atribuible a los colegios.<br><br><b>English Abstract:</b> In this document, information is used at the student level and the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) to disaggregate the efficiency of students belonging to rural and urban schools of the Department of Santander (Colombia) in the knowing test 11, in the attributable part the student himself and the one attributable to the school: urban or rural. To disaggregate the efficiency, the performance of the students within the schools was analyzed to obtain the efficiency attributable to the student. Then, the performance of the students within all the schools was analyzed to determine the total efficiency of the student. The results show that students belonging to rural schools are 7% more inefficient than those belonging to urban schools. El presente estudio mediante la metodologia cualitativa tiene como objetivo conocer los simbolos, significados y practicas asociados a las finanzas personales por \u0000parte de estudiantes universitarios de Bogota. Se utilizo un muestreo teorico con la participacion de 25 estudiantes de universidades publicas y privadas, entre 18 y 24 anos. Segun los \u0000resultados, los jovenes buscan experiencias de corto plazo que redundan en sus finanzas \u0000personales, sin despreocuparse por el ahorro o endeudamiento excesivo. First, the taxation models used for taxing the societies are specified, as well as their mechanism of progressivity. Subsequently, an analysis was performed on the corporate income tax systems of European and Latin American countries, along with their effect on the redistribution of income and the reduction of inequality indexes. The method used started with a preliminary information search in order to build a theoretical model and continued with the formulating of a tool to collect the data. This tool was validated and applied in the field. Based on data obtained, a model is designed and approached using the technique of structural equations (SEM), which shows the relationships and correlations between the variables that have been analysed.
