El objetivo de esta investigación es determinar los principales factores que influyen en la intención emprendedora (IE) de los estudiantes de administración en América Latina, tomando como base la teoría de la conducta planeada de Ajzen. El estudio es deductivo, de carácter cuantitativo y con alcance correlacional. Para la obtención de la información se utilizó la encuesta validada por Tarapuez, García y Castellano (2015) que fue respondida satisfactoriamente por 2.120 estudiantes de 128 universidades de la región. Los datos se procesaron mediante análisis de correspondencias múltiples y regresión logística. Se evidencia que los jóvenes con seria IE están relacionados con una visión proactiva sobre aspectos de creación de empresas y tienen una imagen positiva del empresario. Se concluye que la IE de la muestra de estudiantes analizada está determinada, en especial, por sus actitudes hacia el emprendimiento, seguidas por el control de comportamiento y las normas subjetivas. © 2018 Fundación Universitaria Konrad Lorenz. Com o aumento no número de riscos e rupturas dos fluxos de bens em cadeias globais, o desenvolvimento e adoção de práticas resilientes tem se tornado vital à manutenção e sobrevivência dos negócios, em especial pequenas empresas. Estas normalmente possuem processos terceirizados e com poucos fornecedores para cada procedimento realizado, o que as deixam vulneráveis a possíveis rupturas em suas cadeias de suprimentos. O presente estudo busca mapear as práticas realizadas por uma indústria de pequeno porte de modo a verificar se estas podem auxiliar na resiliência de sua cadeia de suprimentos. Para tanto, utilizou-se o método do estudo de caso, identificando as práticas resilientes no sentido dos fornecedores e clientes da indústria metalomecânica. Assim, diferentes práticas resilientes (internas e externas) foram identificadas a partir um contraponto entre resultados empíricos e teóricos. We analysed four famous sports brands to determine which type of photographs generate the greatest number of “likes” based on engagement with and admiration for a brand. The researchers themselves undertook a data collection and analysis through a netnographic process. We randomly analysed a total of 100 publications from the fan pages of each sports brand and then performed an analysis to determine the relation between the number of likes and the variables proposed as generators of engagement with and admiration for a brand. The results show that the publications with the highest number of likes by brand followers on Instagram present content related to brand identity and products; additionally, the brands generate specific content for the market segments in which they compete. © 2018 Fundación Universitaria Konrad Lorenz.
