Many research says that the learner's active listening duration is 15 to 20 minutes and research on e-learning mainly focusing to offer an adaptive e-learning content with respect to the learner's profile and knowledge. This paper, we are mainly focused, how to engage the student in e-learning for longer duration. To keep the learner, in active listening mood, we have to recognize the learner mood and offer the adaptive learning content with respect to their mood, knowledge in the domain, profile and Learner history feedback. We focused to reveal the learner's emotional behavior, we have taken Facial feature emotion extraction, body gesture, movement and EEG — Bio signal approach for emotion prediction. The result was analyzed and it shows that bio-signal accurately predicting the learner's emotion. Finally, we have used the EEG approach for predicting the learner's emotional behavior while learning.","PeriodicalId":425974,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Algorithms, Methodology, Models and Applications in Emerging Technologies (ICAMMAET)","volume":"40 4","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-02-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114126997","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Climate change is a global issue as it influences the environment and it impacts directly affecting the human and the marine species. Global warming is a big threat and it reflects in sea temperature. Due to the rising sea temperature, the fishes like sardine and pelagic are not getting the living sea environment and the annual catchment of these fishes are reduced. The fishes are drifted from one place to other. This paper focuses on forecasting these fishes based on the catchment of historical data. The proposed approach incorporates the Multivariate Imputation by Chained Equations (MICE) is used to determine the missing values. The Auto Regressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) model is blended for predicting the upfront values. The proposed approach is tested with various parameters and the test results shows its efficiency.","PeriodicalId":425974,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Algorithms, Methodology, Models and Applications in Emerging Technologies (ICAMMAET)","volume":"13 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-02-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126214882","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the past years, it fascinated a great deal of attentions from both industry and academia for a variety of applications. Opinions are significant, because people need to make decisions. It is helpful not only for the individuals but also for the business organizations. Fuzzy logic can provide a quick way to solve the haziness present in most of the natural languages. The techniques are less explored in sentiment analysis. In this paper, Aspect based Sentiment Summarization (ASFuL) is proposed with fuzzy logic by classifying opinions polarity as strong positive, positive, negative and strong negative. It also integrates the non-opinionated sentences using Imputation of Missing Sentiment (IMS) mechanism which plays a vital role in generating precise results. The researchers used Fuzzy Logic to find sentiment classes in the review. The results show that the mechanism is viable to extract opinions in an efficient manner.","PeriodicalId":425974,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Algorithms, Methodology, Models and Applications in Emerging Technologies (ICAMMAET)","volume":"23 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-02-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126368326","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Primary data of extraordinary significance to several difficulties can be acquired straightforwardly from Land-cover observing. As it is required to discuss about the issue of supervised Land-cover classification of multispectral satellite images in the perspective of cluster ensemble and self learning. Different information partitions inferred by several clustering methods which are gathered into a better solution by cluster ensembles. supervised iterative Expectation-Maximization (EM) method can be initialized by cluster ensemble based strategy which will be examined in the paper. This will deliver better approximation of cluster parameters. Here definition of Land-cover classes is vital. Another method for producing suitable labeling model for each and every clustering of the consensus is introduced for cluster ensembles. The upgraded parameter set acquired from the EM step is trained by maximum likely-hood classifier to classify the rest of the pixels. The effect of data overlapping from several clusters can be reduced by the self learning classifier. Comparison is made on the performance of the clustering between the proposed method and individual clustering of the ensemble for medium resolution and a very high spatial resolution images.","PeriodicalId":425974,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Algorithms, Methodology, Models and Applications in Emerging Technologies (ICAMMAET)","volume":"38 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-02-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125123621","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A number of methods have been employed in previous work based on this load monitoring principle. The classification of loads is essential so as to ensure proper analysis of the power consumed. Load disaggregation comes handy for this purpose. Every appliance can be classified based upon its own unique signature. Hence, this paper is an effort conducted through the comprehensive study of various techniques used for load disaggregation and the benefits and the drawbacks associated with each technique. The techniques discussed in this paper employ approaches like active power measurement, harmonic analysis, wavelet transforms and graph signal processing. INS alone can compute the position of a certain object or vehicle with no assistance from the outside world. There are extensive number of errors that are acquainted from time to time due to which there are inadmissible floats in the yields. Henceforth GPS is utilized to help INS utilizing the Kalman channel which helps in redesigning the position precision and the errors are evaluated. Extended Kalman Filter is intended to coordinate INS and GPS in a flexible way compared with the conventional integration. In light of the loosely coupled GPS/INS integration, the proposed plan can switch between the feed forward and feed backward techniques. In this way, the framework can lessen the position and speed errors contrasted with ordinary combination strategy. The outcome of the project is the successful integration of the GPS and INS using a simulation model in the MATLAB. The result obtained demonstrates the minimized errors in the parameters when both INS and GPS are integrated using Kalman Filter.","PeriodicalId":425974,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Algorithms, Methodology, Models and Applications in Emerging Technologies (ICAMMAET)","volume":"26 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-02-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131532851","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Among them, Square Difference Function (SDF) is one of the popular time-domain pitch detection algorithms. A modified SDF known as YIN is known to give better results. Each pitch detection algorithm has its limitations and error in pitch detection is observed across all algorithms. We specifically address one of the prominent pitch detection errors, known as harmonic errors where the estimated pitch is one of the multiples of the actual pitch. In this paper, we propose a modification to YIN function using Fourier series approximation to reduce harmonic errors. This method gives better estimate of pitch in case of quasi-periodic signals like music due to use of Fourier series coefficients which captures the signal in a better way. We have studied various harmonic signals and analyzed them to find out the cause for such harmonic errors. Then we apply the algorithm on real music signals as well as synthetic signals. Our simulation study shows that the new algorithm leads to an improved pitch estimation method.","PeriodicalId":425974,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Algorithms, Methodology, Models and Applications in Emerging Technologies (ICAMMAET)","volume":"6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-02-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128285958","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Cloud computing has drastically changed the way these online services are being offered. Hence it is of significance importance that the databases need to be compatible with cloud computing. The data is growing enormously with every passing day. With the paradigm shift in the technology used to store, manage and retrieve the data from file storage to relational databases to today's cloud databases, the need to process the query efficiently while preserving the privacy had always been the priority. The dynamism of the query and the optimization of the resources used for query execution are the aspects that doesn't change in any situation. The timing constraint on the query execution could be either instantaneous, urgent, leisurly or indefinite. But in almost all the scenarios the effective storage, manipulation and data retrieval is the key. While retrieving the data stored in cloud, privacy preservation is of utmost importance. To improve query efficiency in cloud with preserving the privacy can be achieved by introducing dataflow optimization techniques and defining data descriptor based algorithms.","PeriodicalId":425974,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Algorithms, Methodology, Models and Applications in Emerging Technologies (ICAMMAET)","volume":"58 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-02-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114989851","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
