Previously the votes were casted through the traditional methods of polling booths, punch cards, lever voting, optical voting machine, which are now replaced through some electronic mediums. All of these consumes more time to cast their votes. The proposed system are developed to select their candidate through smart phone application. This process consists of three steps: online registration of voter, vote casting of voter and display of results, through the concept of SMS (short messaging service). It provides more efficiency for voters to cast their vote from anywhere, at any time through internet. The important aspect of this is to provide more security till the core, since every vote counts and each of the votes are to be remained confidential. This prevents voters to cast their vote more than once with the use of OTP (one time password) for every sign in and login. It also reduces the paper work and eliminates the manual counting process. Here the security is provided through the RSA encryption algorithm.","PeriodicalId":425974,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Algorithms, Methodology, Models and Applications in Emerging Technologies (ICAMMAET)","volume":"10 3","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-02-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"120884072","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is a long-term and often the gradual decrease of thinking ability that affects the patient's daily living. Constant monitoring and support from caretaker is required to carry out routine activities. The overhead incurred in caretaking is high in terms of money, time and energy. Thus, assistive health care system for dementia is essential and feasible through the smart home. Activity recognition, decision support, and clinical score assessment are the various phases concerned in modeling dementia care system. This research work focuses specifically on clinical score assessment that measures the performance of the activities in terms of cognitive and mobility traits of the dementia patient. This progressive estimation provides decision support system to the doctors so as to offer appropriate treatment based on patient's performance in daily activities. The usual procedure for clinical assessment is a questionnaire session which is prone to errors. Therefore, the proposed system models a progressive assessment framework for dementia care through the smart home that integrates supervised machine learning and context-based reasoning to perform context-based clinical assessment. Thus, the experimental results suggest that each diagnosis dement occupant reached 80% of classification accuracy.","PeriodicalId":425974,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Algorithms, Methodology, Models and Applications in Emerging Technologies (ICAMMAET)","volume":"2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-02-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126131337","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Biclustering is a strategy to distinguish qualities that are co-directed under a subset of conditions, however are not really co-controlled crosswise over different conditions. The dataset is in the form of matrix, row matrix represents a set of genes and column matrix represents a set of conditions. Each row in a matrix corresponds to set of genes and each column represents a set of conditions. The goal of this project is to identify groups of genes sharing a common subset of regulatory units. A method is needed to select clusters of genes and conditions simultaneously, finding distinctive clusters with less number of rules generated. Feature selection might be assessed from both the proficiency and adequacy perspectives. While the productivity concerns the time needed to discover a set of components is that the adequacy is identified with the nature of the subset of elements. Hence fast clustering is used to cluster the data into two categories (relevant data, irrelevant data). K-means algorithm is employed to bicluster the data in order to divide the input data into four classes. From the calculation of the maximum and minimum specificity of each class, better accuracy is outperformed.","PeriodicalId":425974,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Algorithms, Methodology, Models and Applications in Emerging Technologies (ICAMMAET)","volume":"8 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-02-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114147934","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Corporates and Service providers spend much money on highly priced firewalls to implement security. Software-Defined Networking (SDN) is a new structure that can save Corporates and service providers money, reduce provisioning time from days to minutes, provides centralized management, allow programmability in the implicit Network. SDN accomplishes this by decoupling the control plane from the data plane. This paper demonstrates the benefits of implementing a Cloud based firewall on OpenFlow SDN network, which is a way of implementing SDN. The firewall has the capability of identifying application layer traffic, like social Medias and other websites and excluding some Denial-of-Service Attacks. This paper handles the implementation information and give a performance analysis of the firewall component.","PeriodicalId":425974,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Algorithms, Methodology, Models and Applications in Emerging Technologies (ICAMMAET)","volume":"35 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-02-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128785200","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
