Enhancement of security and the increase in its demand has paved way to an interest in an automated method of personal authentication which is based on Biometrics in recent times. Owing to the availability of multiple factors of evidence biometric systems that are multi-modal are considered to be more reliable. In visual interactions among humans, facial recognition is one of the most commonly acceptable biometrics. Selection of features is a challenging task as the interaction among the facial features can be complex. Self-similarity [23] is an attractive image property which has recently found its way into object recognition in the form of local self-similarity descriptors. It is an on-demand network accessed over a shared group of computing resources. Only minimal management effort is needed to be released with no communication with a service-provider. Optimization problem such as Invasive Weed Optimization is used in cloud computing but the challenges in this technique is its premature convergence and cannot achieve global optimum, specifically for multimodal issues. In the case of Genetic Algorithm (GA), it does not always come with global optimum always, mainly the population is varied when overall solution is required. GA is a technique which is complex to be understood. To overcome these drawbacks Genetic Algorithm-Invasive Weed Optimization (GA-IWO) method is proposed. Less computation time is required in GA-IWO and it is easy to implement on embedded systems and this makes the proposed techniques beneficial in the case of real-time decision making situations. The encryption of data is a technique to achieve the confidentiality of the data in these gadgets. A variety of algorithm like AES, DES, and RSA are used to achieve the confidentiality in the data. Additionally the relative review is acquainted with decide the best method for medical image compression. Edge location strategies change unique pictures into edge pictures compensation from the progressions of gray levels in the picture. The work is especially focused on towards wavelet image compression utilizing Haar Transformation with a thought to minimize the computational necessities by applying diverse compression limits for the wavelet coefficients and these outcomes are acquired in division of seconds and subsequently to enhance the nature of the constructed image. Mutual information is an accepted comparison metric for medical image registration. Sobel edge detector and Gabor filter are used for feature extraction. Recurrent Neural Network is used for classification of images. Since feature selection is NP hard, a Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO)is proposed to optimize the feature subset selection. Dual band is achieved by inserting slots on the top radiating patch. The size of the patch is 15 × 12 mm2 and finite ground plane size is 44 × 40 mm2 which can easily be integrated inside the mobile phone. The proposed antenna is simulated using CST software and simulated S11, radiation patterns are presented. The broadside radiation characteristics are achieved at both the frequency bands. Finally surface current distributions are analyzed and parametric studies of the slots dimensions are done. Two degrees of freedom is achieved to tune both the frequencies. By parametric studies of the slot parameters, it can be used for DCS, PCS, UMTS, Bluetooth and additional band (4–5 GHz) applications. Finally, Knowledge based neural network (KBNN) is used to model the resonant frequencies of the compact dual-band PIFA. The water level fluctuation has an imortant influence on slope stability. In the process of water level fluctuation, the change of soil state from unsaturated to saturated and other problems which should be taken into account in the analysis of slope stability. A typical slope in the south to North Water Diversion Project is calculated by software in this paper. This paper described the simulation of the standard deviation of Mohr — Kulun, and mades a quantitative analysis of the influence of water level change on slope stability. The displacement and safety factor of the slope is obtained after the water level decline. On chip link are optimized for efficient communication and low power consumption which is trade off in nature. So achieving both efficient communication and low power consumption requires a special optimization mechanism. Evolutionary algorithm of genetic algorithm will be solving such contradictory optimization problems. Here, in this paper genetic algorithm based On chip communication link optimization is presented. The algorithm will optimize efficiency of communication link with constrain of low power consumption. The parameters involved in power consumption and efficient communication link is coded in the chromosomes. By evolutionary iteration the optimal parameters of the communication link is derived that is used for the communication link successfully in the simulated system.
