All the results are tabulated. The examined circuits don't yield to indexes to well-known variants of coupling with electronic modules. It is shown that with section number increase from I up to 4, uniformity of irradiation intensity across USI sharply increases. The further increase in number of sections increases the uniformity more poorly. The promising method is the use of high-intensive infra-red laser irradiation (Nd-YAG laser) with a wavelength of 1,06 mkm.
