摘要

本文介绍了在圆柱体侧面平行放置的若干压电片上实现的截面超声辐照器(USI)实验结果。结果表明,当截面数从1增加到4时,辐照强度均匀性急剧提高。截面数的进一步增加使均匀性增加得更差。值得注意的是,六段USI仅提供了辐照器上10- 15%的强度波动。
