This study was anchored on the leadership theory by Vroom and Yetton’s normative leadership (1964) and Weber’s Theory of Bureaucracy and Authority. The study employed the descriptive correlational research design. Purposive sampling was utilized to get the participants. Survey questionnaire was used to gather data. Frequency and percentages, mean, Pearson R Moment of Correlation were utilized for establishing relationship between the independent and dependent variables. Although management and leadership are important for the delivery of good health services. The two are similar in some respects, but they may involve different types of outlook, skills, and behaviors. It is therefore conclude that the leadership and management style of the generational nurses have no difference even though that most number of nurse leaders belong to the millennial group. It is also visible in the profile that mostly had continued their master degree courses. The prevalence of Hepatitis-B still exists in the Philippines despite of the availability of prophylaxis vaccine; there is still insufficiency of information about Hepatitis B. The study was to determine the knowledge, attitudes and prevention practices about Hepatitis B among Grade-9 student. A mixed method was used in collecting and analyzing data of 100 Grade 9 students. Data were gathered by means of survey questionnaire and group interview. The validated questionnaire contains 32 for the knowledge, attitude and prevention practices. Descriptive statistics were used for determining patients’ demographic profile and mean scores for knowledge, attitude and practices of students toward hepatitis B. Data revealed that overall of the respondents have moderately knowledgeable, moderately prevention practices and moderate attitudes towards hepatitis B and also revealed that there’s no significant difference in attitude and practices between male and female and there is significant difference in knowledge between male and female. The findings of this study indicate that Grade 9 students lack a basic understanding of Hepatitis B. This can result in the further spread of Hepatitis-B infection. Intensive health education should be provided in school and communities. It intended to describe the demographic profile of at least one hundred participants, determine the levels of burnout, job satisfaction, and turnover intention of the participants. This study also identified the correlation between the aforementioned variables as well as the best predictor for turnover intention. Descriptive quantitative research design was employed for the study and purposive sampling was done in choosing the participants. The statistical tools utilized in the study were descriptive statistics, mean and standard deviation, Pearson r moment of correlation, and multiple regression. Relevant results revealed a high number of nurses with short length of employment and most of them are in young adulthood. However, the participants were undecided on their overall turnover intention. Significant findings showed that burnout and job satisfaction are strongly correlated to turnover intention. To conclude, both burnout and job satisfaction can greatly predict the rate of turnover intention among nurses. Frequency, percentage, and mean standard deviation were the method used in the analysis of data. Finding shows that with regards to Physical Activity, Smoking, Alcoholic, Caffeine Drinking/Beverage, there was no significant result; therefore, hypothesis is accepted. There were significant results to food frequency which means that the hypothesis is not accepted.
