Tsymbalaru","doi":"10.51706/2707-3076-2019-1-6","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.51706/2707-3076-2019-1-6","url":null,"abstract":"The results of the analysis of recent studies on the creation of educational environment in the institution of general secondary education (classification, typology, structural components) has shown the need for its detailed analysis regarding the consideration of personal orientation. To this time, the state of school practice was studied in terms of the organization of educational interaction between education applicants and the objects of the school educational environment. In particular, such aspects as psychological comfort, focus on maintaining health, taking into account the individual psychological and physiological characteristics of students. As demonstrated by the results of scientific research in institutions of general secondary education, the free choice of pupils from different fields of study, with a conscious choice of objects, methods and types of educational interaction not only in accordance with the inclinations and abilities, but also individual psychological and physiological features, is not fully ensured. Particular attention \u0000\u0000is paid by the authors of the educational environment towards the creation of \u0000\u0000psychological comfort for students, primarily with the help of humanization of relations between the participants in the educational process, the strengthening of the ties between school and family, personalization of the school environment, creation of favorable training environment and the structure of the school year, taking into account the volume and distribution of the amount of hours according to the state of health, the initial levels of school readiness, the age range of engagement in learning for a particular contingent of students, their individual psychological and age characteristics, activity periods at certain times of day, week, month, year, etc., as well as active involvement of students into this activity. It is also important to harmonize both internal and external educational and social environment, which is formed at school. It defines the importance, role and position of reflection in educational research cognition and educational practice. The comprehensive analysis of the idea of reflection in philosophy, psychology, scientology and education science is carried out.\u0000It was established that reflection is considered from the perspectives of many aspects in educational research cognition: at the level of cognitive phenomenon, cognitive activity, cognitive process, method of scientific cognition, at the thematic and metatheoretic levels, as the tool and form of cognition.\u0000It was shown that in pedagogical cognition reflection plays an important role in methodology of education science. Currently it is an integral part of educational researches and systemic educational practice. The theory of reflection, its methods and reflective activity provide opportunities to show the actual pedagogical reality and pedagogical activity directly and indirectly, to gain and explain new scientific pedagogical knowledge, components and structure of pedagogical theory, to study own scientific nature and status of education science, to apply improvements for the system of training and education and educational process. Moreover, it has a direct relationship to education science methodology and is systemically important for it. The reflective activity and its capacity is a part of the scientific and pedagogical, teaching and cognitive activity of each participant of the educational process. It is also included in the educational objective and planned educational results. It was concluded that the components of the theory of reflection can be found at all four levels of general system of methodological knowledge in education science: philosophical, general scientific, specific scientific and technological. The capacity for organization and arrangement of pedagogical conditions for the reflection of students’ cognitive activity along with the reflection of own pedagogical activity is an essential component of methodological competence and methodological culture of a teacher. This is dictated by \u0000\u0000the exposure of the Ukrainian state to the world level of science and technology, formation \u0000\u0000of a new type of public relations, as well as the time itself. Given that the school must \u0000\u0000always fulfill social demands of society, there is a problem of developing a new goal of \u0000\u0000national education and, accordingly, the formation of a new concept of pedagogical goal-\u0000\u0000setting for the broad social strata of the population. To prevent errors in this process the\u0000 \u0000author of the article relies on historical experience. The article reveals the main problems of \u0000\u0000pedagogical and social goal-setting in the context of public education development in \u0000\u0000Ukraine in the second half of the XIX - early XX centuries; the concept of goal-setting in \u0000\u0000social and pedagogical aspects is clarified; the conditions that contributed to the General \u0000\u0000idea of the need for public school are analyzed along with the analysis of the main bills and \u0000\u0000regulations of the Ministry of public education of the Russian Empire, starting with the \u0000\u0000basic provisions \"on public education\" 1767-1864 years; the role of public organizations, \u0000\u0000particularly local governments as Zemstvo, reflected the formation of a system of goals in \u0000\u0000pedagogical and social aspects for public education in Ukraine of the selected period. In \u0000\u0000the course of the study, the author comes to the conclusion that as a result of the Russian \u0000\u0000Empire influence during this period, the development of public education in Ukraine did \u0000\u0000not have constant positive dynamics. This had a certain impact on the nature of \u0000\u0000pedagogical and social targeting in the state. For deeper understanding of this phenomenon, scientists' approaches to interpreting the concept of \"system\" were primarily considered. It was established that the researched concept was identified by scientists as an object, certain unity, dynamic formation consisting of interdependent parts (Andrushchenko V., Ponomaryova H., Kuzmin V.); a set of interacting elements (Shynkaruk V., Bertalanffy L.). Various scientific approaches to the definition of \"educational system\" concept were analyzed in the article. The analysis revealed the fact that in most cases the \"educational system\" is treated by scientists as a certain set of interrelated components (Berezyna V., Yermakov I., Kojaspirova H., Kojaspirov A., Karakovsky V., Lenev Y., Luchaninova O., Manuilov Y., Nechiporenko V., Novikova L., Pohorila I., Selivanova N.); the following general and specific characteristics of the educational system and its functions are marked in the definitions of the educational system concept: the system provides the implementation of goals, contributes to the overall harmonious development of the personality, creates space for self-realization and implementation of life goals, etc. (Lenev Y., Rapacevich E., Luchaninova O.); in our study we consider the concept of \"educational system\" as a structured set of components (purpose, subjects of education, their activity, communication, relations, human potential, material base). Their well- coordinated functioning ensures the development and self-realization for all participants of the pedagogical process. Current changes pose new pedagogical challenges for scholars in terms of instilling communication culture while preparing future teachers of foreign languages. The article studies the concept of bilingualism, bilingual communication culture and its specifics, scope and relations with other concepts. The author argues that bilingualism is an essential component of general communication culture of future teachers, crucial for them to exchange information and share experience by means of their mother and foreign tongues.\u0000Specifics of professional training for future foreign language teachers implies the need for bilingual communication, the effectiveness of which depends on the mastery of languages as well as ability to organize language interaction and communication skills. One possible way to develop bilingual communication culture in the process of preparing future foreign language teachers to their professional activity is engaging the model of developing linguistic and communication skills of bilinguality.\u0000It is this bilingual training system that allows students to perceive general aspects of \u0000communication culture and its fundamental principles, determins the specifics of bilingual communication and features of professionally oriented expression in the process of comprehending bilingual communication culture as a whole. The essence of the concept «socialization potential of society» is defined as a set of opportunities that society has for exercising socialization influence on an individual in order to form his/her social qualities. It is stated that the social resource potential of boarding schools consists in the ability of the actors involved in the interaction to ensure the accumulation of all components of these educational institutions‘ social resources in order to implement a system of measures for education, socialization, rehabilitation, social protection, promotion of normal life arrangement of foster children.\u0000The author conducted the study of social and cultural aspects of boarding schools on the basis of socio-systematic analysis of social organization, characterized the vectors of boarding schools interaction with the external social environment. The complex characteristic of the social and cultural model of educational organization of boarding schools is given. The reputational issues of residential institution in the eyes of the public were analyzed.\u0000The scientific novelty of the obtained results consists in the fact that it conceptualizes for the first time in the Ukrainian sociological science the accumulation process of society‘s socialization potential in the activity of boarding schools with the use of human capital theories. This enabled to achieve certain scientific results, in particular: boarding schools were researched in the new conceptual framework as agents of accumulation of society‘s social potential; the concept «social resource potentials of educational institutions» was substantiated; the activity, relational and value components of the model of social resource potential of boarding schools was conceptualized and empirically verified; the social model of a boarding school as a modern open system was conceptualized.\u0000The following points got their further development: the provisions of G. The problem is essential for secondary education in Ukraine and establishing inclusive educational practice. Scientific explorations in this area demonstrate the diversity of analytical positions, the allocation of many essential characteristics given by researchers (students' self-education, willingness to behavior self-regulation, interest in learning, informational needs of students, awareness of their own resources, etc.). Those characteristics may correlate with educational and rehabilitation influences. Alongside with that there are also indirect characteristics of the pedagogical rehabilitation effectiveness, such as physical and mental health, emotional stability and others. The current state of the problem has led to the author's theoretical and empirical consideration of the successful educational activity phenomenon among the students with special educational needs. The ability for successful educational activity is an indicator of the pedagogical rehabilitation system effectiveness in secondary school institutions. The abilities for successful educational activities among students with special educational needs are considered by the author as a set of properties which characterize capabilities of children with special educational needs to learn the school curriculum in accordance with the requirements of state educational standards and, secondly, are the result of a dynamic system of rehabilitation educational measures applied in the institutions of secondary education. The theoretical reflection of the phenomenon allowed to distinguish four positions (motivational, cognitive, competence-based and reflexive) for its deeper comprehension and systematic measurement. The criteria for studying the researched indicator are: the level of student's educational motivation, the direction of educational motivation, the development of achievement motivation, the level of educational achievements, the level of students' information and self-educational competences, their ability to exercise personal and intellectual reflections. The research was based on the above-mentioned criterion and indicators and it revealed a significant influence of the pedagogical rehabilitation system on the studied characteristics. Mavrin","doi":"10.51706/2707-3076-2019-1-2","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.51706/2707-3076-2019-1-2","url":null,"abstract":"The article analyzes socio-political, cultural and educational prerequisites for the development of life-creation pedagogy at the Cossack times and during the times when Ukrainian lands were under the Russian and Austrian empires. It was found out in the study that the development of life-creation pedagogy at the Cossack times was facilitated by the following factors: personal liberty and dignity as social practice, emergence of a new educational phenomenon of Cossack pedagogy, which envisaged the development of a person as a creator of own life. During the period, when Ukrainian lands were ruled by the Russian and Austrian empires the development of life-creation pedagogy was complicated by enslavement and constant pressure on national culture for the purpose of its destruction. The study defined the contribution of such Ukrainian teachers as Hryhoriy Skovoroda, Pamfil Yurkevych, Mykola Korf, Ivan Franko, Borys Grinchenko to the development of conceptual framework of life-creation pedagogy.\u0000The scientific novelty of the obtained results is the following: for the first time a holistic historical and pedagogical analysis of the Ukrainian life-creation pedagogy theory and practice was conducted; the socio-political, cultural and educational prerequisites for the development of Ukrainian life-creation pedagogy from the Cossack times were comprehensively reviewed. Sheremet, Zhanna Kovalchuk","doi":"10.51706/2707-3076-2019-1-18","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.51706/2707-3076-2019-1-18","url":null,"abstract":"The purpose of the article is to analyze the main directions for the development of the theoretical foundations of special education and speech therapy in Ukraine during the 1940–1960's in the light of the decisions made by the pro-government bodies of the Ukrainian SSR.\u0000The article focuses on the need for critical analysis of the historical and pedagogical conditions for the development of speech therapy as a science in Ukraine as a definite experience for creative reflection in the course of modernization of special education in the current socio-economic, socio-political and cultural situation. A number of factors have been identified that have influenced the development of the special education system in different historical periods, such as: socio-economic conditions in the country; activity of the state towards people with various impairments in psychophysical development; legislation in the field of education and human rights; the state of special education as an integral branch of scientific\u0000 \u0000knowledge. It was determined that the significant development of scientific and methodological work in the field of speech therapy at the beginning of the second half of the twentieth century was facilitated by the increase in the number of children with severe speech disorders, who needed vocational guidance and special forms of training and upbringing and by inconsistency of the existing network of pre-school and school education establishments for the specified category of children.\u0000The analysis of archival documents reflects important governmental decisions on the provision of professional correctional assistance to children with disorders of psychophysical development and the organization of scientific and methodological activities of scientists in the field. It is determined that scientific work in the field of special education and speech therapy in particular at different age periods was conducted by the staff of the Research Institute of Defectology, department, and later the laboratory of speech therapy of the Research Institute of Pedagogy, Defectology Faculty of the Kiev State Pedagogical Institute named after O. These results highlight the urgency of the problem related to the development of professional readiness to the systematic organization of inclusive education among education managers. Based on the experience of Khortytsia National Educational Rehabilitation Academy, it was proved that the priority for the development of professional readiness among inclusive education managers is the educational and rehabilitation direction of postgraduate pedagogical education, the possibility to involve leading scientists and experienced practitioners who can demonstrate the inclusive management at work. The article gives arguments for the conceptual statement that an important prerequisite for the success of the inclusive managers’ activity is their professional understanding of the role played by the key specialists of the educational and rehabilitation area of expertise (primary school teachers, assistants of inclusive class teachers, assistants of rehabilitation teachers, tutors of special and inclusive educational institutions, speech therapists, defectologists, social teachers, practical psychologists, consultants of psycho- pedagogical medical institutions, physical therapists, rehabilitation therapists, inclusive education methodologists) in creation of inclusive general education space. The article analyses the content of refresher courses for managers of inclusive educational institutions, which is determined by the priorities of studying the modern theory of educational and rehabilitation management, particularly, advantages, limitations and specifics in the use of basic management approaches: systemic, strategic, program- targeted, adaptive, informational, participative, distributive and network management.
