In order to overcome these situational limitations, many artistic event organizers are paying attention to virtual reality technology. The technology allows potential visitors to appreciate artworks in realistic settings without visiting art galleries, museums, or performance halls in real life. This study shows that openness to experience of persons appreciating artworks has a positive effect on the perceived telepresence and authenticity of artworks presented using virtual reality technology. This study further shows that this improved telepresence and authenticity enhance overall aesthetic experience. Through two experiments, we demonstrate that openness to experience, an individual trait variable, acts as a moderating factor influencing aesthetic experience, and the path from perceived telepresence to authenticity mediates the effect of appreciating art through virtual reality on aesthetic experience. By providing a better understanding of the psychological process underlying the effect of appreciating art using virtual reality on aesthetic experience, this study contributes to the fields intersecting art and technology.

Accordingly, an in-depth interview was conducted with nine users who had experienced a watcha party by selecting the phenomenological research method of Giorgi. As a result of the study, a total of 8 components and 27 sub-components were derived, and the following results were obtained. First, it was found that due to the diversification of OTT services and the development of group streaming, audiences chose not only cinema but also various spaces when watching movies. Second, it was found that while continuously using Watcha Party, users experienced differentiated interests that they had not experienced with the existing movie viewing method. Third, based on these experiences, it was confirmed that the choice of the movie viewing space was expanded according to the type of movie or the given situation in the future. This study is significant in that it specifically analyzes the experiences of Watcha Party users through phenomenological methods and can help identify and understand the types of movies watched through group streaming.

Service quality factors of online performance are defined as content characteristics, video quality, information and reliability in outcome quality; usability, convenience and technology in physical environment quality; interaction and responsiveness in interaction quality; and price in quality for the price. Importance-Performance Analysis(IPA) is used to identify perception on the service quality factors. \u0000In the result, first, most online performance viewers have watched live musical performances offline and watch more and spend more on offline musical performances. Second, the analysis on the difference between importance and satisfaction of service quality factors showed that the importance is greater than satisfaction in technology the most and the interaction was the only quality factor with higher satisfaction over the importance. Third, in the IPA matrix result, content characteristics, video quality, reliability, usability and convenience were included in the ‘Keep the good work’, technology and price were in the ‘Concentrate here’, information, interaction and responsiveness were in the ‘Low priority’. The result suggests that online performance viewers recognize price for quality, physical environment quality and outcome quality as core service quality, while interaction quality as supplementary quality. \u0000The findings of this study could provide basic data for setting the direction of development and strategic management of online performances.

To investigate, the study divided satisfaction into overall satisfaction, satisfaction with detailed factors, and standard deviation of satisfaction with detailed factors. Loyalty was divided into loyalty to the performance and to the art company. Using customer surveys on the two pieces of the Korean National Ballet, the relationship between satisfaction and loyalty was examined. The study noted that the higher the overall satisfaction of the performance, the stronger the loyalty of both types. In the case of satisfaction by detailed factors, it was found that there was a positive relationship between the two types of loyalty only in satisfaction with choreography and dancer skills. In addition, only the relationship between satisfaction with dancer skills and loyalty showed a partial mediating effect on loyalty to the performance. Accordingly, the study confirmed that the relationship in which satisfaction improves loyalty is partially valid in the detailed satisfaction of performing arts and in the loyalty of other dimensions. From the perspective of art organizations, it is necessary not only to secure excellent dancers but also to develop dancer skills and choreography, which are the identity of the art company.

The issue is that the local governments or arts centers that operate the orchestras rely only on the current regular basis evaluation system without any alternatives even though the system not only fails to fulfill the purpose of improving the skills of the members and also causes conflicts. \u0000Therefore, regarding the problems of the evaluation system, which is being implemented for the purpose of improving musicians’skills, as well as specific measures for the development, FGI(Focus Group Interview) will be conducted in in-depth interviews with the union leader who represents musicians from the six municipal orchestras, artistic director(principal conductor) who directly asses musicians and are most sensitive on musicians’qualities, and the administrative personnel who operates the system. \u0000The evaluation system must be premised on improving the efficiency of orchestra operations, musicians recognizing the identities of the orchestra, and improving ones’ artistry prior to appraising each members’qualities.
