Munculnya komplain atau keluahan dari masyarakat/pelanggan merupakan salah satu indicator ketidakpuasan mereka terhadap pelayanan Lembaga atau kinerja pegawai. Kegiatan melayani adalah kegiatan yang bersifat tidak berwujud yang ditawarkan kepada konsumen atau pelanggan yang dilayani, salah satunya pelayanan yang dilakukan oleh para aparatur pemerintah Desa Cibeureuyeuh. Para aparatur desa harus memiliki kesadaran moral yang didasari oleh integritas dalam melayani masyarakat. Namun kenyataan yang terjadi dilapangan, aparatur pemerintah desa masih belum menerima dan menyadari bahwa mereka bertugas di instansi penyelenggara pelayanan publik. Mereka masih saja menganggap bahwa dirinya adalah orang yang sangat berkuasa atas jabatannya tersebut, mereka lupa pada fungsi dan tugasnya yaitu melayani masyarakat yang datang kepadanya. So it is hoped that through the promotion of digital literacy, the increasingly rapid use of information technology can be handled appropriately and intelligently by the community. This service activity consists of two forms, namely socialization and training. In the first stage, namely socialization, the team presented material related to the importance of digital literacy. Then proceed with training regarding the appropriate and wise use of social media. This activity was attended by around 200 people consisting of various elements, such as village officials, community leaders, teachers and students, as well as other members of the general public. Untuk meningkatkan keterampilan digital masyarakat, diadakan seminar literasi digital dan sosialisasi langsung sebagai bagian dari program KKN. Tujuannya adalah memberikan edukasi tentang literasi informasi publik, undang-undang ITE, penggunaan bijak media sosial, serta pemanfaatan teknologi informasi guna meningkatkan pendapatan ekonomi masyarakat. Seminar literasi digital ini dihadiri 200 peserta dari siswa, ibu-ibu PKK, para pemuda, bapak-bapak, dan ibu rumah tangga masyarakat Kampung Pasirlaja Desa Sindangsuka. As an alternative, using number-counting bags with straws might be an easier solution for teachers to practice and use in the learning process. The activity \"Creating Together in Making Counting Bag Media Based on Bruner's Theory for Elementary School Teachers\" aims to improve the ability of elementary school teachers to produce effective mathematics learning media. This activity involved 17 teachers from the Tunas Dharma Private Elementary School. The training process is carried out through the stages of preparation, delivery of material, creation of learning media, media presentation, and evaluation. This study aims to describe the implementation of Sanggar BANI activities and the results of changes in reading interest and art produced. The data analysis method used is quantitative analysis using the Likert scale. The implementation method used in Sanggar Bani activities is using the POAC (Plan, Organizing, Act, Check) model. Planning includes regional determination, observation, development planning, and activity planning. Organizing includes the distribution of jobdesks to team members. The Act includes the implementation of planned activities. Check includes evaluation of activities that have been carried out. The teacher's initial understanding is obtained by giving a pretest to measure the teacher's initial knowledge about the independent curriculum, then followed by a presentation of material related to the independent curriculum. Then to find out the final understanding is done by giving a posttest to see an increase in teacher knowledge about the independent curriculum. The average post score obtained by the teacher is 58 and the posttest average score is 79 where there is an increase of 0.16%. Community service activities ended with assistance in the preparation of learning implementation plans where teachers were asked to make products in the form of teaching modules that were in accordance with the independent curriculum. The application of this technology can be used in mobile-based learning media, as a solution so that the material delivered by educators looks more attractive. Thus, community service activities were carried out in the form of training in making mobile-based learning media for junior high school teachers. This activity aims to improve the ability of educators to create mobile-based learning media. The training activities were attended by 40 science teachers from the Cisompet sub-district. The training is carried out in stages, namely 1) preparation; 2) material exposure; 3) making learning media by participants; 4) task collection; and 5) evaluation. The results of the participants' responses to this training activity were positive. The existence of a laboratory in schools is very necessary to support learning in the classroom. The main function of the Laboratory is to study and prove a particular theory and find or produce a scientific product (result). The laboratory is a practical facility for certain subjects that require practicum activities. Based on these facts, it is necessary to have good school laboratory management and pay attention to work safety factors. Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety in the laboratory needs to be owned by all parties who will work in the laboratory so that accidents do not occur. The method used is in the form of exposure to material and an introduction to simple practicum by paying attention to OHS offline which contains an explanation of the basic concepts of work safety, sources of causes of work accidents, cases and how to control work safety in the laboratory. The data analysis technique used is descriptive.
