Then, the bi-spectrum analysis is implemented on the measured signals. The obtained results of the bi-spectrum analysis showed that obvious difference could be found on the magnitude of the bi-spectrum and the distribution in frequency between the acupoint and the contrastive non-acupoint signals. Jiuzhaigou National Park is one of the most popular natural tourist attractions in China. The current issues faced are threefold; how to manage the number of tourists accumulating in each of the scenic areas of the national park, how to expand the carrying capacity of the entire national park, and how to explore and develop high quality services to enhance tourist satisfaction. In Jiuzhaigou, the recently applied “Information Technology Tourism Management Model” has aimed to mitigate these problems and has proved to be highly effective. In BNWPPSO, some particles will be constructed as new neighbors of each particle and the best one of them will have influence on the behavior of the particle. The update formula of position is modified also to balance the local search ability and global search ability more efficiency. The worst particle of the swarm will be re-randomized at every generation to prevent premature convergence of PSO. BNWPPSO is investigated by several benchmark problems, the results show that BNWPPSO performances better than traditional PSO. Furthermore, BNWPPSO is applied to train artificial neural network to construct a soft-sensor of gasoline endpoint of crude distillation unit. After analyzing the features of project manufacturing, it is concluded that current methods of setting lead-time usually don't perform well for project manufacturing. For the project manufacturing has the same features as a project, incorporated CCPM, a four step approach which involves defining a project, identifying critical chain, setting buffers and constructing the project plan, to set lead-time is proposed.
