A certain innovation may be the introduction of the institution of group lawsuits (massive, collective)in Ukraine, which will simplify access to justice for citizens, it will increase its quality and, due to the reduction of theburden on the courts, will accelerate the consideration of cases, including those of an environmental nature. Methodology: The methodological basis of the research is the dialectical method of scientific knowledge; Through the application of this method, the legal, functional, organizational and procedural aspects of the protection of environmental rights and interests in the courts were considered. conclusions. El método empleado fue la revisión sistemática, la cual se dio a través de un diagrama Prisma y una tabla de autoría. Además, la información fue recopilada de bases de datos de repositorios indexados, tales como: Scielo, Elsevier, Springer y Redalyc. Se tuvo en consideración el idioma, país y los años de antigüedad para la selección de los trabajos de investigación. La Psicología positiva influye favorablemente en la labor de los docentes, ya que estos pueden desempeñar una función óptima para guiar y acompañar a los estudiantes universitarios. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the conceptual basis of using digital marketing technologies in the commercial activities of enterprises to increase their value, competitiveness and ensure sustainability of development in the conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic. The methodological basis of the study of the use of digital marketing technologies in the commercial activities of enterprises in the conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic is a systematic approach and principles of digital marketing management, including: goal orientation, efficiency, functionality and complexity. The feasibility of the complex application of digital marketing tools in the commercial activities of the enterprise for the implementation of the marketing strategy in the conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic has been proven, including: contextual advertising, SEO and SEM promotion, banner advertising, advertising windows, television advertising, radio advertising, advertising in gaming, shopping and other applications, native advertising, SMS mailing, QR codes in offline mode, viral advertising, advertising in messengers, teaser advertising, retargeting. The advantages and disadvantages of using digital marketing in the commercial activity of the enterprise in the conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic are highlighted. Social development in the direction of a post-industrial society activates the introduction of digital technologies in all areas of life, which requires paying attention not only to the innovative component of its development, but also to the intellectual one, since the digital transformation requires a constant updating of knowledge; this determines the purpose of this scientific study. The article aims to highlight the influence of intellectual and innovative determinants in the development of regions under current conditions, which are outlined by the manifestations of the COVID-19 pandemic and global digitalization in the development of economic systems. The foundation of the system approach methodology made it possible to distinguish the development trends of the regions in the conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic and global digitalization. It is proposed to create guidelines for the intellectual and innovative promotion, determinants of the development of the regions in the conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic and global digitalization, according to the socioeconomic, scientific-technological, organizational and legal components.
