Main content. It should be noted that today Ukraine has been faced with an unknown problem -the need to solve problems related to forced migrants, which requires the development of effective mechanisms for the realization of the right to social protectionof this category of the population, as part of the activities of the National Police. Methodology: The dialectical method of scientific knowledge is the methodological basis of the investigation. Conclusions. The purpose of this article is to clarify the peculiarities of the release from punishment of military servicemen sentenced to service restrictions but who are unfit for military service for health reasons (health-based release). The judicial practice of releasing from punishment military servicemen sentenced to service restrictions, arrest or detention in a disciplinary battalion but unfit for military service for health reasons is insignificant for influencing the criminal execution policy in the sphere of punishment execution. Methodology: consideration of materials and methods (based on the analysis of the legislation of Ukraine) of release from punishment of servicemen sentenced to restriction of service but unfit for military service for health reasons. Conclusions. Para dicho propósito se utilizacomo método de estimación la regresión agrupada con mínimos cuadrados ordinarios (MCO) en base al análisis de datos de panel, que incluye24 regiones yperíodo de estudio 1999-2020;se analiza con dos variables dependientes:crecimiento económico y desigualdad intrarregional. La metodología es de naturaleza descriptiva. Los resultados apuntan cómo el modelo de la Universidad de Servicio genera conocimiento e innovación a los stakeholders en la producción de valor añadido a las instituciones gubernamentales, a las comunidades y a las entidades sociales. La presente investigación se refiere a un estudio analíticoque aplica el método científico deductivo y la valoración crítica de los documentos consultados, elaborado a partir deartículos científicos publicados en revistas indexadas y en otras fuentes primarias y secundarias. Se desarrollaun procedimiento para medirla demanda y la oferta en un destino turístico, que permita establecer un balance o equilibrio, con la finalidad de favorecer el crecimiento del sector, posterior al significativo declive creado por la pandemia de la Covid-19. In particular, attention is paid to the study of the consolidated legal positions regarding the possibility of the “verticaldirecteffect”, “horizontaldirecteffect” and “indirect effect”of EU directives.Dialectical, comparative-legal, historical, and formal dogmatic methods were used in the research.As the resultof analyzewas made the conclusion that the EU directives, which are used by national courts to fulfill their obligations regarding the respective interpretation, can not be considered with direct effect, because in such disputes they serve as a means of determiningthe scope of other legal provisions that the national court treats or interprets. The following methods were used: general theoretical; testing, analysis of products of activity, formative experiment, statistical methods. Motivational, cognitive, activity and reflective components of professional competence were identified in the course of theoretical analysis. The medium indicators of dominance of cognitive, activity and reflective components of professional competence of students during martial law were recorded. The motivational component was the least developed. Experimental impact is effective for the development of motivational and cognitive components, but requires further clarification in the development of activity and reflective components. The significance of the changes is confirmed by statistical verification of the data. La investigación es de tipo básica, con el propósito de reforzar conocimientos existentes, sobre la especificación de variables determinantes de la oferta y de la demanda, para las maestrías de la Universidad Señor de Sipán, que tomen validez en la propia realidad observable y en tiempos de pandemia en el año 2021. Se utilizó el método inductivo-deductivo; el diseño de la investigación es no-experimental. Los resultados se analizaron a través de las variables estadísticas de forma y contenido descriptivo. The authors also analyzed and modeled the directions of development of social relations arising from the use of digital money in various spheres of people's lives. In particular, the authors of the study identify the details of the impact of the digital monetary system in ensuring stability and the implementation of monetary policy in the financial sphere. Likewise, the potential impact of the use of digital money in the banking system is analyzed.
