Abstract

Higher Education plays an important role in ensuring the Sustainable Development of the countries. The purpose of the article is to systematize scientific approaches to the study of the impact of digitalization on ensuring the Sustainable Development of Ukraine and its regions in the conditions of modern COVID-19 and military challenges. The methodological basis of this study is a systematic approach, as well as general and special scientific research methods, namely: systematic analysis and generalization, grouping, induction and deduction, abstract-logical, scientific abstraction and modeling, graphic methods. The authors verified that Higher Education has a tangible positive impact on the dynamics of Sustainable Development of Ukraine and its regions. 数字化对乌克兰可持续发展的影响:COVID-19和战争对高等教育的挑战
高等教育在确保国家可持续发展方面发挥着重要作用。本文的目的是将科学方法系统化,以研究数字化对在现代COVID-19和军事挑战的条件下确保乌克兰及其地区可持续发展的影响。本研究的方法论基础是系统方法,以及一般和特殊的科学研究方法,即:系统分析与概括、分组、归纳与演绎、抽象逻辑、科学抽象与建模、图解方法。作者证实,高等教育对乌克兰及其地区可持续发展的动态具有切实的积极影响。首先,这种影响是通过大学的教育和研究活动来实现的。文章强调,在新冠疫情和战争挑战的情况下,大学能够在教育服务市场上保持竞争地位,是数字化的功劳。
