[1]\u0000На даний час в Україні 90 - 95 % кролів утримується в присадибних господарствах громадян, в яких нараховується 1,3 млн. кролів, та виробляється біля 90 % продукції кролівництва.\u0000У фермерських господарствах, де утримують кролів м'ясних порід селекція спрямована на підвищення їх скороспілості, зменшення витрат кормів на одиницю приросту, та покращення м'ясності тушок. Основним методом розведення кролів в господарствах є чистопородне розведення, а також застосовують промислове схрещування.\u0000Az emberi étrendben az állati fehérje hiánya miatt a FAO előrejelzése szerint az elkövetkező években a nyúlhúsnak jelentős szerepe lesz az emberi táplálkozásban. Jelenleg Ukrajnában a nyulak 90-95% -át a háztáji tartásban tenyésztik, ahol 1,3 millió nyúl van, és az össznyúltermelésnek mintegy 90% -át képezik.\u0000A farmgazdaságokban, ahol hústermelő fajták tenyésztése van előtérben, a szelekció célja a korai érettségük felgyorsítása, a növekedési egységre jutó takarmányköltségek csökkentése és az egyedek húsrészarányának javítása. Were outlined needed for the introduction of innovative technologies, in particular, for organic production direction. Justified, that forms of intellectual potential, in the field of agricultural development, are substantiated, as a key basis for such development is personal human's ability to accumulate information, knowledge, to generate content and creative ideas. The wording of the synergistic effect to achieve effective agricultural management on the innovative basis with the usage of technologies for organic production. In parallel, highlighted the importance of qualification level for management staff capable of thinking creatively and innovatively to produce productive ideas. It is noted that the existence of a competitive environment requires constant interaction between manufacturer and product's consumers, studying their demand and assessing opportunities for their own proposals. The expediency of creating an agro cluster on an innovative basis is highlighted. It is advisable, in the process of forming innovative approaches to ensure the development of the agricultural sector, taking into account regional features, as each region has its own specific properties, due to both geographical location and climatic conditions. During the article, emphasis was placed on the need to combine the efforts of state and government agencies, institutions of science, and education in innovative agribusiness. Usage of a comprehensive approach to solving the problematic issues of innovative agricultural management development in the region will contribute to the formation of a competitive image environment, which in turn will give impetus to the expanded reproduction of the agricultural sector. Its morphological features and biological characteristics have been described. The uniqueness of the Yuvivata 60 genotype has been determined. It is related to a number of ontogenetical peculiarities, ecological and adaptive mechanisms: high ecological plasticity of plants due to genetical heterogeneity that proves inhomogeneity of phenetic markers – spectres of proteins-gliadins, high crop capacity of grain (with the potential of 10 tonnes/hectare) due to high reproductive ability, viz.: multifloweredness (up to 60 flowers in an ear), multispiculateness (up to 23) and ear grain content (96%); high quality of grain (with the amount of protein up to 16%, gluten up to 34%); forming a strong root system (prolonged coleoptile – up to 6 cm, deep and branched bedding of primary and secondary radicles in spring with optimal sowing terms between 25–30 September); medium photoperiod susceptibility and highly active renewal of spring bunch-formation (the variety of prolonged daylight hours); synchronic development of spring shoots (low percentage of aftersprings, earless stems); high photosynthetic productivity of crops (7 g/m2/day conditioned by continuous functioning of the leaf apparatus of the first and second layers, awns and ear); resistance to lodging side by side with medium-growth and high crop capacity of the grain due to a strong and incrassate stem; high resistance to sprouting within the ear (caused by a long latent period); resistance to pests and pathogenic agents of fungus infections, viz. septoriose, yellow stripe rust and various kinds of brand (8–9 points), medium resistance to leaf and stem rust, as well as oidium (5–7 points); high resistance to anomalies of climatope in the autumn-winter and spring-summer periods (drought resistance 8–9 points, winter and frost resistance above average – 7 points). Artificial infection has been done by fungus inoculum Phytophthora infestans (Mont.) de Bary to multispecies hybrids of the intensively studied seedbed of 127 samples. A significant phenotype polymorphism of the samples’ resistance to the pathogenic agent has been determined. Furthermore, forms with high resistance to potato blight and economically valuable characteristics were singled out. The author suggests data on the accumulation of volatile ethers/esters in wines with added plant raw materials, as well as their optimal volume. The quality of various types of wine has been determined and the best variants have been singled out.
