The original biological background of boid should follow three basic simple steering behaviors: separation, alignment and cohesion. However, to promote a fast convergent speed, the velocity update manner of each boid omits the alignment rule, this may result premature convergence phenomenon. Therefore, in this paper, the alignment rule is added to the velocity update manner for optimizing the multi-modal numerical problems, in which each particle adjusts its moving direction according to the personal historical best position and the alignment direction. Furthermore, a mutation operator is also introduced to enhance the population diversity. By using the stochastic analysis approach, employing some free-weighting matrices and introducing an appropriate type of Lyapunov functional which take into account the ranges of delays, a new stability criterion is established in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) to guarantee the delayed neural networks to be robustly asymptotically stable in the mean square. And the new criterion is applicable to both fast and slow time-varying delays. We propose an incremental model for constructing real-world knowledge to allow us to understand real-world events. The central plank of the proposed model is the labeling practice. In the model, both the ontology of real-world events and the implementation of a sensor system are simultaneously improved based on a manually labeled event corpus. Many developed methods treat filled-in values as if they are original data. The correctness of such hypothesis has not been widely studied. In this paper, a philosophical and experimental study on the hypothesis of missing values imputation is discussed. In the experiments, classification accuracy of three learning algorithms with regard to six incomplete data sets are compared, which indicates that missing values imputation may not always help to improve the learning performance. Learning directly from incomplete data without imputation may reach a satisfying performance. The variation can be especially useful for a more efficient evolutionary implementation of rough clustering. Experimentation with the rough K-means algorithm has shown that it provides a reasonable set of lower and upper bounds for a given dataset. However, rough K-means algorithm has not been explicitly shown to provide optimal rough clustering. Recently, an evolutionary rough K-means algorithm was proposed that minimizes a rough within-group-error. The proposal combined the efficiency of rough K-means algorithm with the optimization ability of GAs. The medoid based variation proposed here is more efficient than the evolutionary rough K-means algorithm, as it uses a smaller and discrete search space. In this paper, an information measure is proposed for computing the discernibility power of a categorical or numeric attribute. Based on the measure, a uniform definition of significance of attributes with categorical values and numerical values is proposed. Furthermore, an algorithm to obtain an attribute reduct from hybrid data is presented, and one of its accelerated version is also constructed. Experiments show that these two algorithms can get the same reducts, and the classification accuracies of reduced datasets are similar with the ones using Hu's algorithm. At present, it is extremely important of commercial banks to set up an early bank risk warning system. The author who makes great effort on the credit risk and its reason, besides bringing in the western commercial banks experience of bank credit risk management, makes researches on credit risk in a microcosmic view. The author sets up early warning indicators for commercial bank credit risk, and carries out the warning for the credit risk in advance with the help of artificial neural networks. The experiment has proved that this method is objective and effective.
