Para ello me detendré en los paisajes que el poema construye para presentar la historia de la violación, la mutilación, el relato y la metamorfosis de Filomena: fuentes, mar y selvas e intentaré demostrar que el manejo de dichos espacios supone también la reflexión sobre coordenadas poéticas y genéricas que refuerzan la multiplicidad de sentido y la variedad en la escritura.\u0000\u0000Abstract\u0000This work intends to analyze the first part of the mythological poem La Filomena included in Lope de Vega´s miscelanea of the same name published in 1621. We will try to describe the variatio as a constructive principle of volume but also of the poem. For this we will focus on the landscapes that the poem builds to present the history of the rape, mutilation, and metamorphosis of Filomena: fountains, sea and jungles. En este sentido, un análisis pormenorizado de la epístola primera -dedicada a Francisco de la Cueva y Silva- puede aportar algunas hipótesis con respecto a la pertinencia de ciertas inclusiones en la totalidad del libro. La problematización de la erudición \"poeticida\" en la mencionada epístola ayuda a comprender no sólo la contienda oblicua de Lope poeta con ciertos rivales, sino también un modo de calibrar el combate con la erudición y aglutinar −por medio de ese ejercicio defensivo− la totalidad fragmentaria del libro.\u0000\u0000ABSTRACT:\u0000It is necessary to investigate the characteristics of the miscellaneous literary genre for the study of La Filomena, by Lope de Vega. In this sense, a detailed analysis of the first epistle -dedicated to Francisco de la Cueva y Silva- can provide some hypotheses regarding the relevance of certain inclusions in the entire book. Tras pasar revista a las apariciones de dicho mito en la obra previa del Fénix y a las opiniones de la crítica al respecto, analizamos cómo lo presenta en los tres libros de nuestro corpus: La Filomena (1621), La Circe (1624) y el Orfeo en lengua castellana (1624). Específicamente examinaremos las fábulas mitológicas en sí, particularmente «La Filomena», «La Circe» y el propio Orfeo, para observar cómo evolucionó el tratamiento del motivo, y en particular de la escena de la muerte del poeta, y sus relaciones con las posibles fuentes lopescas: la traducción de Bustamante, el Picta poesis ovidiana de Reusner, la Philosofía secreta de la gentilidad de Pérez de Moya y el Teatro de los dioses de la gentilidad de Vitoria.\u0000\u0000Abstract\u0000This article examines the importance of Orpheus myth in Lope de Vega’s non-dramatic works during the first years of Philip IV’s reign (1621-1624). After reviewing the apparitions of the aforesaid myth in Lope’s previous works, and critics opinions on the subject, we analyze how he uses it in the three works in our corpus: La Filomena (1621), La Circe (1624), and Orfeo en lengua castellana (1624). Insigne monte y recreación del excelentísimo señor Duque de Braganza”. El armónico diálogo entre la descripción del solar de recreación (La Tapada) y el relato que se ocupa del enaltecimiento de una figura ilustre (Teodosio II de Braganza) ha configurado un poema que se incluye dentro de la categoría de texto híbrido y –por su originalidad– llama la atención dentro del macrotexto de La Filomena, cuya definición genérica aún se discute.\u0000\u0000ABSTRACT\u0000\u0000We propose to show two compositional aspects –the description and the story– that organize the framework of the poem “Description of La Tapada. Insigne mount and recreation of the excellent Duque de Braganza”. Este libro no es un estudio de literatura colonial al uso. No descarto la particularidad y circunstancias específicas («coloniales») de los escritos de Garcilaso, sino que las incorporo y pongo en el contexto más amplio de lo que podríamos llamar el mundo hispánico de los siglos XVI y XVII. En las siguientes páginas explicaré los postulados del enfoque colonialista contemporáneo para proponer mi propia perspectiva, menos teórica y más textual, la cual pretende no tanto refutar como complementar y adicionar a lo que los estudios coloniales ya investigan con mayor o menor fortuna.
