Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan yang menggunakan model Borg & Gall yang dipadu dengan model Dick & Carey. Hasil pengembangan menunjukkan bahwa uji ahli dan uji coba yang dilakukan kualifikasi sangat baik dengan melalui tahapan revisi produk. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah kuasi eksperimen. Hasil pengujian hipotesis membuktikan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil belajar siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran interaktif dengan tanpa media interaktif. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan hasil pengolahan data dan disimpulkan bahwa hasil belajar kelompok siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran interaktif lebih tinggi dari yang dibelajarkan dengan tanpa menggunakan media pembelajaran interaktif. Kata Kunci: pengembangan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis komputer, menggambar teknik Abstract: This study aims to: produce a viable interactive learning media use, easy to learn students and can be used for individual learning, knowing the effectiveness of interactive learning media were developed in English. This type of research is the development of research that uses models Borg & Gall combined with Dick & Carey model. Pengebangan results show that the expert test and qualification testing performed very well with through the stages of a product revision. The method used in the study was a quasi-experimental. Hypothesis testing results prove that there is a significant difference between the learning outcomes of students who learned with using the media of interactive not using learning with media of interactive. This is shown by the results of data processing and concluded that the results of the study group of students that learned by using interactive learning media is higher than that learned by not using learning media of interactive. Penelitian pengembangan ini merujuk pada langkah-langkah penelitian pengembangan model Borg and Gall, pengembangan modul merujuk pada model Dick and Carey.Langkah-langkah yang di lakukan dalam pengembangan model Borg and Gall adalah: (1) tahap analisis kebutuhan, (2) tahap perancangan modul, (3) tahap validasi (4) tahap uji coba perorangan, (5) tahap uji coba kelompok kecil, (6) tahap uji coba lapangan dan (7) produk akhir. Pengumpulan data evaluasi validasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen penilaian yang diberikan kepada subjek uji coba yang berjumlah 58 orang antara lain: 2 Ahli Materi Pembelajaran, 2 Ahli Desain Instruksional, 2 Ahli Media Pembelajaran, 3 orang siswa uji coba satu-satu, 9 orang siswa uji kelompok kecil,32 orang siswa uji lapangan. Hasil penelitian dan pengembangan menunjukkan bahwa: (1) produk yang dikembangkan adalah modul yang berisikan materi koreksi wajah, (2) validasi para ahli secara umum menyatakan kualitas produk modul ini termasuk dalam kriteria 92.07% dari rentang skor 1 – 5, pengujian hipotesis produk modul ini dinyatakan layak digunakan untuk materi koreksi wajah Kata Kunci: modul pembelajaran, dasar tata rias, metakognisi Abstract: This study aims to develop a module based on metacognition in the Education Department of Family Welfare Medan State University with the subject matter of face correction. This development research refers to the steps of the Borg and Gall model development research, module development refers to the Dick and Carey model. The steps taken in developing the Borg and Gall model are: (1) the needs analysis stage, (2) the design stage module, (3) stage of validation (4) individual trial stage, (5) small group trial stage, (6) field trial stage and (7) final product. The validation evaluation data collection was carried out using the assessment instruments given to the trial subjects which amounted to 58 people including: 2 Learning Materials Experts, 2 Instructional Design Experts, 2 Learning Media Experts, 3 one-on-one test students, 9 test students small group, 32 students tested the field. Penelitian pengembangan yang menggunakan model produk Borg dan Gall yang dipadu dengan model pengembangan pembelajaran Dick dan Carey. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) media video pembelajaran layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran rias karakter pada program studi pendidikan tata arias universitas negeri medan, (2) terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil belajar mahasiswa yang dibelajarkan dengan menggunakan media video pembelajaran rias karakter dengan hasil belajar mahasiswa yang dibelajarkan dengan menggunakan media belajar buku teks. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan hasil pengolahan data (thitung=3,285 )pada taraf signifikansi ɑ = 0,05 dengan dk 56 diperoleh (ttabel = 1,67 ), sehingga (thitung > ttabel), efektivitas penggunaan media video pembelajaran rias karakter = 80,46%. Hasil belajar kelompok mahasiswa yang dibelajarkan tanpa menggunakan media video pembelajaran rias karakter sebesar 71,72%. Dari data ini membuktikan bahwa penggunaan media video pembelajaran rias karakter lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi dan pengetahuan mahasiswa pada pembelajaran rias karakter dari pada tanpa menggunakan media video pembelajaran. Kata Kunci: media video pembelajaran, rias karakte, pendidikan tata rias Abstract: This study aims to: (1) produce a suitable use of character makeup learning video media, easy for students to learn and can be used for individual learning, (2) to find out the effectiveness of media character makeup learning videos developed in character makeup material. Development research using the Borg and Gall product model combined with the learning development model of Dick and Carey. The results of the study showed: (1) learning video media is feasible to use in character makeup learning in the field state university education education program, (2) there are significant differences between student learning outcomes learned using the character makeup video learning media with student learning outcomes which was learned by using media learning textbooks. This is indicated by the results of processing data (tcount = 3.285) at the significance level ɑ = 0.05 with dk 56 obtained (ttable = 1.67), so that (tcount> t table), effectiveness of using media character makeup learning videos = 80.46%. The learning outcomes of the group of students who were taught without using the character makeup learning video media amounted to 71.72%. From these data prove that the use of character makeup learning video media is more effective in increasing students' competence and knowledge in character makeup learning than without using learning video media. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan dengan menggunakan pengembangan model Borg and Gall dan pengembangan modul merujuk pada Dick and Carey. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) Uji ahli materi pelajaran optik geometri berada pada kriteria sangat baik dan layak digunakan (89,06%), (2) Uji ahli media pembelajaran berada pada kriteria sangat baik dan layak digunakan (92,18%), (3) Penilaian dosen fisika berada pada kriteria sangat baik (89,50%), (4) Uji coba perorangan berada pada kriteria sangat baik (82,95%), (5) Uji coba kelompok kecil berada pada kriteria sangat baik (85,98%), (6) Uji coba lapangan berada pada kriteria sangat baik (86,00%), (7) Bahan ajar optik geometri berbasis inkuiri untuk mahasiswa pendidikan fisika STKIP “Tapanuli Selatan” Padangsidimpuan sangat efektif digunakan. Hal ini terlihat dari hasil tes kemampuan mahasiswa setelah perkuliahan dengan menggunakan bahan ajar modul ini tuntas karena 80% dari subjek uji coba memenuhi ketuntasan belajar dan adanya aktivitas yang positif dari mahasiswa. Abstract: This study aims to produce inquiry-based geometric optical module teaching materials for the STKIP Tapanuli South Padangsidimpuan physics education students, and to determine the feasibility and effectiveness of inquiry-based geometric optical teaching materials for STKIP physics education students in South Tapanuli Padangsidimpuan. The type of research used is development research using the development of the Borg and Gall model and module development referring to Dick and Carey. The results of this study indicate: (1) Test of expert geometry optical subject matter is in the criteria of very good and feasible to use (89.06%), (2) Test of expert media learning is on the criteria of very good and feasible use (92.18%) , (3) Physics lecturers' assessment is in very good criteria (89.50%), (4) Individual trials are in very good criteria (82.95%), (5) Small group trials are in very good criteria ( 85.98%), (6) Field trials are in very good criteria (86.00%), (7) Inquiry based geometry optical teaching materials for STKIP physics education students \"South Tapanuli\" Padangsidimpuan are very effective to use. This can be seen from the results of the student's ability test after the lecture by using this module teaching material thoroughly because 80% of the test subjects met the learning completeness and the positive activity of the students. (2) mengetahui efektifitas multimedia pembelajaran pada mata kuliah Pengetahuan Alat Pengolahan dan Penyajian Makanan program studi Tata Boga. Penelitian menggunakan model pengembangan produk Borg and Gall yang dipadu dengan model desain pembelajaran dari Dick and Carey. Metode penelitian ini terdiri dari dua tahapan, yang mana pada tahap I merupakan tahap uji coba produk yang terdiri dari: (1) validasi ahli desain pembelajaran, (2) validasi ahli materi pelajaran, (3) validasi ahli media pembelajaran, (4) uji coba perorangan, (5) uji coba kelompok kecil, dan (6) uji coba lapangan terbatas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) uji ahli desain pembelajaran berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik (82,17%), (2) uji ahli materi berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik (89,5%), (3) uji ahli media berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik (85%), (4) uji coba perorangan berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik (87%), (5) uji coba kelompok kecil berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik (86%), dan (6) uji coba lapangan terbatas berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik (83,8%). (2) knowing the effectiveness of learning multimedia in the subject of Food Processing and Food Processing Program Knowledge and Processing Tools. The study used the Borg and Gall product development model combined with learning design models from Dick and Carey. This research method consists of two stages, which in stage I is the product testing phase which consists of: (1) validation of learning design experts, (2) expert material validation, (3) validation of learning media experts, (4) test try individuals, (5) small group trials, and (6) limited field trials. Tahap perancangan media berupa naskah media yang akan dikembangakan. Tahap pengembangan dilakukannya penilaian pada hasil media kemudian diuji cobakan terhadap siswa skala kecil dan skala besar. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pengembangan media pembelajaran media interaktif berbasis CTL sangat layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Terbukti dengan penilaian oleh ahli materi mendapat nilai rata-rata 3,69 dengan tingkat kelayakan 74,00% dengan kategori “Layak”, ahli media mendapat nilai rata-rata 4,36 dengan tingkat kelayakan 89% dengan kategori “Sangat Layak”, ahli desain pembelajaran 4,00 dengan tingkat kelayakan 80% dengan kategori “Layak” dan guru ekonomi 3,87 dengan tingkat kelayakan 77,34% dengan kategori “Sangat Layak” serta pendapat siswa pada uji skala kecil 4,26 dengan tingkat kelayakan 85% dengan kategori “Sangat Layak” selanjutnya uji skala besar 4,30 dengan tingkat persentase kelayakan 86 % dengan kategori “Sangat Layak”. Kata Kunci : media belajar interaktif, contextual teaching and learning, ekonomi. Abstract: Research aims to develop Contextual Teaching And Learning learning media. CTL-based interactive learning media is about the material of Economic Development and Economic Growth with research subjects at Medan State High School 20. The media design stage is in the form of a media script that will be developed. The stage of developing assessment on media results was then tested on small and large scale students. Based on the results of research on the development of CTL-based interactive media learning media it is very feasible to use in learning.
