Good management of civil infrastructure guarantees not only to save funds, but to use natural resources appropriately, thus ensuring ecological sustainability.Construction management is part of civil engineering science that focuses on managing construction projects to realize technical concepts and designs produced by other parts of civil engineering science. Construction management aims to build built physical facilities or infrastructure that is needed to support human life. Management of construction projects is becoming increasingly complex due to the many parties that interact in it and the increasingly high demands for quality of functions, comfort, security, aesthetics and sustainability. Therefore construction management is needed to ensure the efficiency and productivity of a construction project in meeting various expectations and requirements. This thesis analysis includes volume calculation, Needs of labor, materials and equipment, Bar chart, Cash flow, S Curve, method of CPM (Critical Path Method) is a method of identifying critical work paths or items. Forwards calculation, backwards calculation, free float and total float. Based on the calculation of cash flow to complete the construction of Cideres Hospital Kadipaten Dawuan Majalengka project until final stage more or less cost as much Rp. 9,034,000,000,00. These costs are divided into two parts, structure and architecture work ,for structures the cost as much Rp. 3,644,000,000,00 and for architecture the cost is Rp. 5,390,000,000,00. Selection of the type of foundation depends on the type of structure including the construction load on whether light or heavy loads and also depending on the soil type. For the construction of a light load and soil conditions quite well, usually worn shallow foundation, but the construction of a heavy load is usually the type of deep foundation is the right choice. In general, the more complex the deep foundation of a shallow foundation. To this writer tried to concentrate on planning the foundation of this thesis in which bored pile (Bored Pile Foundations). Bored Pile foundation is a foundation built by drilling the ground first, then filled with steel reinforcement and cast. Bored pile used when soil solid base which has a carrying capacity of it lies very deep, which is approximately 15 m as well as the state of the soil around the many stands a large building and rise to the feared could lead to cracks in the existing building effect vibrations caused by staking activity when administered pile foundation. Carrying capacity of bored pile end bearing capacity is obtained than that obtained from pressure and friction pile tip bearing capacity obtained from carrying friction or adhesion force between the bored pile and the surrounding soil. The Baki River Bridge was originally a 40 m long Wood type bridge connecting the village of Mengkopot Tanjung Pisang because the condition of the Baki river bridge has been damaged especially on bridge floors and girders due to age, so it is planned to re-use the steel frame bridge structure. By using the steel bridge structure, it is expected that later it can be a comparison for the future bridge planning. In this study, the structure of the planned bridge consists of bridge slabs, sidewalk slabs, backrest pipes, longitudinal and transverse girders, steel frames, wind ties, and joints. By following the SNI T-02-2005 bridge loading standard, SNI T-03-2005 for planning steel bridge structures and SNI T-12-2004 for planning concrete structures on bridges. From the planning results obtained thickness 200 mm Bridge Slab and thick sidewalk slab 250 mm with a longitudinal girder profile used WF 600.200.11.17 mm steel with a distance between girders 1.75 m. Transverse girders of steel profiles WF 700,300.13.24 are used with the distance between girders 5 m.
