Methodology: empirical basis of the article consists of primary data obtained through interviews conducted with representatives of large Russian corporations, and secondary data from open sources, corporate reports and media publications. Findings: the author formulated three assumptions that emphasize different business model blocks: the one with the highest competitive advantage concentration, the one with concentration of a company’s activities in the home market, and the one that is most subject to institutional changes. The study was conducted based on survey data of 486 petroleum and liquefied petroleum gas enterprises in Vietnam with the respondents being members of the business leadership or the person in charge of quality management and collected during the period from October 2020 to February 2021.The results show that the factors (1) Perception of the effectiveness of TQM; (2) Perceived ease of use of TQM; (3) Perceived effectiveness of TQM compared to the old system; (4) The size of charter capital has a positive effect (5) The size of the labor force has a negative effect on the intention to apply TQM in petroleum and liquefied petroleum gas enterprises in Vietnam. The study also shows that the more modern the leaders in petroleum and liquefied gas enterprises in Vietnam are, the easier it is to make decisions to apply TQM. The reproduction of these features is based on the understanding of this emerging and rapidly developing phenomenon, both in scientific research and in business practice (in this part, the authors rely on a review of existing research on joint consumption and descriptions of cases of operating companies in the field under study). For a systematic reproduction of the specifics and features of the business model, the authors use a previously developed approach that has been tested in a number of industry markets. The theory of psychological contracts is presented as a dynamic construct that evolves and changes over time. The authors consider the dynamics of the PC as the main tool for forming and changing the expectations of top managers from their employers. Empirical data were obtained by conducting in-depth interviews with managers: the target sample was 30 respondents. One of the most important confirmed results of the study is that the PC of top managers undergoes minor changes over time, forming a “core” idea or career model that is embedded in all subsequent expectations from the employer. Rodchenkov","doi":"10.21638/spbu18.2022.301","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.21638/spbu18.2022.301","url":null,"abstract":"Goal: identify and evaluate the factors that significantly affect the current assessment by representatives of the business environment of the quality and functionality of reporting generated by management in accordance with international financial reporting standards, in terms of increasing the clarity, simplifying and reducing current reporting to improve its perception by users. Methodology: the applicable methodology included general scientific methods of cognition, including analysis and synthesis, and expert assessments. The main results were obtained using factorial and multivariate analysis tools. Findings: the results of the tests performed are statistically significant and indicate against the null hypothesis. A significant part of the reporting information is difficult to fully understand by investors and representatives of other groups of interested users who ambiguously assess the feasibility of simplifying and reducing current reporting in order to increase its consumer value. Originality and contribution of the author: the basis of the study is a statistical analysis of current primary data obtained during a survey of representatives of the business environment. The theoretical significance of the results obtained lies in the refinement of the structure and assessment of factors influencing the quality of perception by users of corporate reporting information prepared by management in accordance with international financial reporting standards. The authors apply a combined systematic and bibliometric review methodology using Scopus metrics and natural language processing techniques using R. Through an analysis of 173 journal publications from the Scopus database, the authors systemize accumulated knowledge on the topic. As a result, the authors have developed a knowledge map based on keywords, identified and analyzed seminal papers on digital trust, identified the main research directions on this topic, and analyzed their development and perspectives. From a practical point, the results of the study demonstrate that companies not only need to pay attention to the development of consumer trust in service, but that the quality of technical equipment and the security of consumer data are also important. This transforms the nature of competition into the “cooperative competition” realized through ecosystems. Ecosystems emerge on the basis of cooperation network by partnering companies building joint value proposition to their customers. Methodology: a systematic review of the literature on the topic of the factors of consumer participation in collaborative consumption was used as the main research method. For the analysis, the authors selected studies that were published between January 2012 and May 2022 in foreign scientific journals indexed in the scientific citation databases WoS, Scopus, and Google Scholar. As part of the primary selection, the authors analyzed more than 2 thousand publications on the topic. The most relevant papers for the systematic review of the literature were included in the final sample of 151 publications. Findings: as a result of the analysis, the factors of consumer participation in collaborative consumption are systematized into the following groups: economic, technological, political, legal, social, environmental, demographic, psychological, and hedonistic; in addition, the features of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic as a separate macro factor are revealed. Each group of factors is described at five levels of the sharing economy: personal, organizational, industry, state, and global. Originality and contributions: from a theoretical point of view, the systematization provides comprehensive information about the factors of consumer participation in sharing at each level of the sharing economy, summarizing a number of existing approaches to interpreting participation factors. Methodology: during the study, regression models were evaluated based on data from more than 1 400 Russian manufacturing companies for the period 2014–2020, using the least square method on the transformed data (within estimators). Findings: it was found that the uncertainty of economic policy leads to an increase in cash holdings, which means a decrease in the level of investment in the development of the company and payments to owners, while this effect is stronger for companies subject to sanctions and companies without state participation, while large companies are less sensitive to policy uncertainty than medium-sized enterprises. Findings: methods of assessing the level of development of information and communication technologies based on the construction of chains of the same and different-quality elements of the structure have been developed; a method of comparing time indicators designed to establish the level of need, security, use and development of information and communication technologies has been proposed.
