Introduction of the system’s policy quality management of higher education should be based on student-centered learning, culture, traditions of higher education institutions, a set of beliefs and values that determine the behavior of the institution in the educational market. The statement on the introduction of the policy of the higher education quality management system in accordance with the international standard ISO 21001 provides the basis for setting the goals of the institution, which are periodically reviewed to ensure that the mission and strategy of the institution is carried out efficiently and effectively, moving towards the vision of the institution. Such a movement of an educational institution will allow it to provide quality educational services, to be competitive in the educational services market, in demand in the labor market and to be present in international ratings of higher education institutions. To ensure the quality of higher education, the international standard ISO 21001 can help higher education institutions demonstrate their commitment to effective quality management of education by introducing an internal quality management system for higher education, monitoring all its processes and periodically reviewing such a management system. Protecting images from unauthorized access and applying is a correspondingly urgent task. This causes the use of well-known classical encryption methods in the case of image encryption. But the image is a signal that possesses, in addition to typical informativeness, also visual informativeness. Informativeness for modern image processing methods makes it possible to ensure unauthorized access. Creating an attack on an encrypted image is possible in two ways: by traditional hacking of encryption methods, or by classical methods of visual image processing (filtering, highlighting contours, etc.). In this regard, one more requirement is put forward to encryption methods in the case of their application concerning images - this is the complete noise of the encrypted image. This is necessary so that the use of visual image processing methods becomes impossible. The RSA algorithm is one of the most widely known industrial standards for encrypting signals. Unlike symmetric encryption, in an open-key encryption scheme, it is impossible to calculate the decryption procedure, knowing the encryption procedure. Namely, the working time of the algorithm for calculating the decryption procedure is so great that it cannot be implemented on any modern computers, as well as on computers of the future. Such coding schemes are called asymmetric. Therefore, the urgent task is to implement the application of the RSA algorithm so that when encrypting an image: – the cryptographic stability of the RSA algorithm has not become worse; – the full image noise was achieved to prevent the use of visual image processing techniques. The algorithm of elements of the RSA algorithm, as the most resistant to unauthorized decryption of signals, and bitwise operations for a compatible combination during encryption and decryption of images is proposed by the authors. Encryption - decryption is performed without additional noise. The proposed algorithm is applied to images in which there are strictly extracted contours. Elements of the RSA algorithm are assigned to perform bitwise operations on the intensity values of pixels of a color image. The developed algorithm has higher cryptographic stability compared to the traditional RSA algorithm. The authors described the possibilities of using elements of the RSA algorithm in bitwise transformations when encrypting and decrypting images. The results of encryption simulation for cryptographic transformations of color images of a given dimension are presented. Modified models and algorithmic procedures of key formation processes of direct and inverse cryptographic transformations have been developed. The main driver of this initiative is a missing centralized repository for connection strings to various systems like databases, CRM/ERM systems (for example. Netsuite or Salesforce), system variables, other sensitive info (for example tokens), and third-party components. The problem here is that each application has stored these connection strings in its configuration (usually in the web. config). It means one connection string is multiplied in many places and if there is a change in credentials, for example, the change must be done in all these application configurations. Finally, it would be better to have any registry of which connection string is used where. An algorithm for encryption-decryption of monochrome images using elements of the RSA algorithm as the most resistant to unauthorized signal decryption in ternary affine transformations is proposed. The developed algorithm is applied to images in which there are strictly delineated contours. Elements of the RSA algorithm are proposed to be used to construct the coefficients of ternary affine transformations. The proposed algorithm has higher cryptographic stability compared to the RSA algorithm. The ways of applying the elements of the RSA algorithm in affine transformations in encryption-decryption of images are described in this article. The results of modeling the affine modified cipher for cryptographic transformations of black and white monochrome images of a given dimension are presented. This takes into account the finite speed of light propagation of electric and gravitational fields. For certainty, the derivation of the obtained results of gravity is duplicated by the methods of classical mechanics. Wave equations are obtained. Fullprof Suite software was used to model the crystallographic characteristics of the Er1-xScxNiSb thermometric material. Modeling of the electronic structure of Er1-xScxNiSb was performed by Coring-Kon-Rostocker methods in the approximation of coherent potential and local density using the exchange-correlation potential Moruzzi-Janak-Williams and Linear Muffin-Tin Orbital in the framework of DFT density functional theory. The Brillouin zone was divided into 1000 k-points, which were used to model energetic performances by calculating DOS. The width of the energy window was 22 eV and was chosen to capture all semi-core states of p-elements. Full potential (FP) was used in the representation of the linear MT orbital in the representation of plane waves. The accuracy of calculating the position of the Fermi level was εF ± 6 meV. To verify the existence of a continuous solid solution, Er1-xScxNiSb substitution, the change in the values of the period of the unit cell a (x) was calculated within the framework of the DFT density functional theory in the range x = 0–1.0. It is presented that the calculated and experimentally obtained dependences of the period of the unit cell a(x) Er1-xScxNiSb are almost parallel, which confirms the correctness of the used tools and the obtained modeling results. To research the possibility of obtaining thermometric material Er1-xScxNiSb in the form of a continuous solid solution was performed modeling of thermodynamic calculations in the approximation of harmonic oscillations of atoms in the theory of DFT density functional for a hypothetical solid solution Er1-xScxNiSb, x = 0–1.0. It is shown that the change in the values of free energy ΔG(x) (Helmholtz potential) passes through the minimum at the concentration x≈0.1 for all temperatures of possible homogenizing annealing of the samples, indicating the solubility limit of Sc atoms in the structure of the ErNiSb compound. The presence of this minimum indicates that the substitution of Er atoms for Sc atoms in the ErNiSb compound is energetically advantageous only up to the concentration of impurity atoms Sc, x≈0.1. At higher concentrations of Sc atoms, x> 0.10, stratification occurs (spinoidal phase decay). It is shown that modeling of the mixing entropy behavior S even at a hypothetical temperature T = 4000 K shows the absence of complete solubility of Sc atoms in Er1-xScxNiSb.
